STACKED’s take
Washington lacks return experience but offers college receiving production and coverage toughness.
Age 25, 5'10", 174 lb; Round 7 selection by Dolphins in 2024. Injured early in camp and spent 2024 season on Injured Reserve. In 2025, saw action in six games with one start (45 snaps on offense, only four on special teams). Cut by Miami in August, signed by Eagles, then released in final cuts. Different from other candidates in that he is not an experienced returner, only taking handful in college and NFL preseason. Speed profile: 4.52 forty and 1.63 split (not elite). However, was outstanding receiver in college with gift for playmaking in open field; known as tough competitor on coverage units and chose to participate on special teams even after becoming offensive starter.
