QB Jacoby Brissett is a good example of why I included targets per dropback (Tgt/DB) in the tables below. He isn't a good QB, and the Cardinals rank in the bottom half of the league for most pass-efficiency stats. However, he is a pretty good QB for fantasy production, in part because 91 percent of his dropbacks are turning into pass-catch targets.

Brissett converts 91% of dropbacks to targets; fantasy-friendly for pass-catchers.

Is a good example of a QB who is pretty good for fantasy production despite not being a good QB overall; 91 percent of his dropbacks are turning into pass-catch targets, compared to Minnesota where the combination of frequent sacks and scrambles means just 76 percent of dropbacks have yielded targets; also locks on to his favorite guys, which helps fantasy-friendly pass-catcher production.
