Breece Hall

NegativeBust0:05

Author calls Breece Hall a total bust, shocked he's ranked RB13 given he's had only one 1,000-yard season and typically maxes out at 4-5 touchdowns per year. The Jets have announced a three-headed running back committee approach.

Insight page
NegativeRole0:05

The Jets have committed to a three-headed running back committee with Breece Hall, Isaiah Davis, and Braille (who is putting on weight), reducing Hall's workload and consistency.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup0:05

The Jets are a historically terrible fantasy offense, making them an unreliable situation for any running back, including Breece Hall.

Insight page

Chris Bell

PositiveSleeper0:04

Author mentions Chris Bell as a potential sleeper with some upside for the Dolphins, though he's coming off an injury.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

NegativeBust0:01

Author has zero confidence in drafting CMC, stating he's completely inconsistent with a 50-50 track record—busting 3 out of the past 6 years. He finished top-2 last year (416 fantasy points), but historically running backs rarely finish top-2 in consecutive years (last was Priest Holmes 2002-2003), making a decline imminent.

Insight page
NegativeProjection0:02

Author expects CMC to decline significantly from his RB3 ranking, predicting he'll come off the board in the top 5-7 range but will fade due to historical running back regression patterns and his own injury-prone history.

Insight page
NegativeRole0:03

The 49ers have indicated they plan to lighten CMC's workload, and they drafted Caleb Black, adding to concerns about his usage and workload reduction.

Insight page

Clyde Edwards-Helaire

NegativeBust0:07

Author references his past warning against drafting Clyde Edwards-Helaire in round one as a rookie, noting the Chiefs' historical inability to produce elite running backs and Edwards-Helaire's subsequent career irrelevance.

Insight page

De'Von Achane

NegativeBust0:03

Author ranks Achane as a bust despite his RB5 ranking, noting he's not a consistent performer statistically and lacks the elite volume needed. Last year's 1,350 yards and 8 TDs on 238 attempts are solid but not elite, and he doesn't get the high-volume touches of a true workhorse.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup0:04

The Dolphins lack quality wide receivers (Malik Washington is their WR1, a former 6th-round pick), which will result in stacked boxes against Achane and neutralize him as the focal point of a weak offense with Malik Willis at QB.

Insight page
NegativeProjection0:05

Author projects Achane will not finish as a top-10 or even top-15 running back this year, expecting him to be completely stuffed at the goal line and neutralized by the Dolphins' weak offensive situation.

Insight page

Emmett Johnson

PositiveRole0:06

Author notes that Emmitt Johnson, drafted by the KC Chiefs, could have been a full workhorse running back but was instead placed in a committee with Kenneth Walker.

Insight page

Isiah Pacheco

NegativeBust0:07

Author cites Isiah Pacheco as an example of a Chiefs running back who didn't perform well, supporting his thesis that the Chiefs don't produce elite workhorse running backs.

Insight page

Kareem Hunt

PositiveProjection0:07

Author notes that Kareem Hunt in 2018 was the last Chiefs running back to finish in the top 12, highlighting the rarity of elite production from Kansas City's running backs.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

NegativeBust0:06

Author is baffled by Kenneth Walker's RB11 ranking, especially since he finished outside the RB20+ last year and is now in a worse situation. The Chiefs drafted Emmitt Johnson and added Brashard Smith and Demarcato, putting Walker in a committee.

Insight page
NegativeRole0:06

Kenneth Walker is in a committee situation with Emmitt Johnson and other backs (Brashard Smith, Demarcato), reducing his opportunity to be a true workhorse despite some potential for increased usage.

Insight page
NegativeProjection0:07

Author expects Kenneth Walker to decline after his Super Bowl MVP-caliber season, citing the historical pattern that players tend to decline after reaching a pinnacle year.

Insight page
NegativeProjection0:07

Author considers Kenneth Walker's RB11 ranking 'ludicrous' and projects he will not perform as expected, citing the Chiefs' historical inability to produce workhorse running backs.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup0:08

The Chiefs have two mobile quarterbacks with Patrick Mahomes still healing from injury, and they're using a quarterback committee approach with Fields, creating an unstable offensive situation for Walker.

0:00I would literally rather lose than draft these 4 massive name running backs.
0:04We're talking big name running backs. Again, I would rather lose than draft these guys to have them on my roster.
0:10That's how much I believe, that's how much conviction I have that these guys are going to bust this year.
0:16So do not draft these guys. I'll tell you who they are and why to avoid them.
0:21Especially the last guy here. I have zero idea why he's so hyped up.
0:25It makes zero sense to me. I'm excited to tell you who they are.
0:29Okay? New to the channel. Subscribe. Swipe it, hype it, smash it, tap it if you guys watch regularly.
0:35Really helps the channel. And right now, grab 16 rounds.
0:37Right now, I've linked it below. Sleepers, breakouts, optimal players.
0:40All the answers. All my sleepers. All the players to avoid.
0:44Everything on a silver platter delivered to you. Do not draft for those 16 rounds.
0:48You will lose your league. And league mates that do have 16 rounds will be light years ahead of you.
0:54So don't let that happen. Grab 16 Rounds. I've linked it below.
0:57Okay? Let's talk about these 4 running backs to avoid.
1:00And I'm excited to dive into this. Okay? The first one is Christian McCaffrey.
1:04This is pretty obvious if you're a regular to my channel.
1:08I'm going to hammer this point home if you haven't heard it.
1:11If you're new to the channel, welcome. I'm not a CMC fan.
1:15Why? Because he's completely inconsistent. Okay? Last year, 416 fantasy points.
1:181202 yards. 10 touchdowns rushing. 7 receiving, give or take.
1:21Okay? But here's the deal with Christian McCaffrey. I'm going to hammer this point home in case you guys missed the memo here.
1:28The past three, three out of the past six years, he's busted.
1:31Meaning, he's 50-50. So if you draft him, right?
1:34It's like, yes, he could do well or no, he can't.
1:37It's like one year up, one year down. One year, like that's the type of momentum this guy has given, right?
1:43Like, you don't know what you're going to get, right?
1:46Like, it's like that old movie, like Forrest Gump, right?
1:49Life is like a box of chocolates. Well, fantasy is like a box of CMCs.
1:53You never know what you're going to get. You're going to get an injury-prone guy or you're going to get a guy who finishes on top.
2:01That being said, last year he finished on top, which means this year he's most likely going to what?
2:06Trend down, right? Like 416 fantasy points. Not duplicatable, right?
2:09Last time a running back finished on top two years in a row was Priest Holmes, 2002-2003.
2:14It's very rare for a running back to do this historically to finish on top two years in a row.
2:20So that's telling me that a decline is absolutely imminent.
2:23That's telling me that a third, pretty much, what is it?
2:26Like third overall wide running back is where he's ranked, RB3, right?
2:30He's going to come off top 5, 6, 7.
2:32Maybe he'll go to 8. I doubt it. He's going to be a top 5, 6 pick.
2:37Like I'm not paying that for a guy who I know historically is going to fade, right?
2:42Not only from a running back perspective. Running backs just don't do it two years in a row.
2:48But from a CMC perspective where this guy just does not finish seasons, okay?
2:52One year on, one year off. That's how it works, all right?
2:55So I'm not taking that chance. And he's 30 years old to boot, all right?
3:00And they said they're going to lighten his workload.
3:02There's a lot of things. And they drafted Caleb Black.
3:05There's like, I got so many reasons up my sleeve on why I'm not drafting CMC, all right?
3:11So just don't do it, guys. Make smarter decisions, all right?
3:14The second one here, this is going to blow your mind here because no one's talking about this.
3:19They just have him ranked RB5. Is Devin a chain?
3:22Now, A-chain, okay? Here's why I don't like A-chain.
3:25It's very simple to me. These guys have, first of all, I'm not a believer in that chain, all right?
3:30Look, if you look at his stats the past three years, last year was his best year, okay?
3:36He's just not a guy that gets it done every single year, like statistically.
3:40Like, he's been safe, but he hasn't been like, you know, Saquon Barkley type pinnacle.
3:44You remember Saquon Barkley in his pinnacle year? He doesn't put up those monster numbers.
3:49Last year, 1,350 yards, 5.7 yards per carry, eight touchdowns.
3:52Those are good, but they're just not like, I'm not wowed by them.
3:55They're like, 238 attempts. He doesn't get the high volume, right?
3:59Like, he's not a 300 attempt type guy. Now, here's the thing that really turns me off of Devin a chain this year more than anything, right?
4:06This is very simple for me, is that they don't have any wide receivers.
4:11Their wide receiver one is Malik Washington, okay? This guy was a sixth round pick a couple years ago.
4:16They don't have any wide receivers. Guys, what does that translate to?
4:20Now, they drafted Chris Bell. There's some upside there.
4:22There could be some there. He's a sleeper. He's got his share of injuries coming off an injury, but they don't have any wide receivers.
4:30What does that mean? It means that more stacked boxes.
4:32It means that he's the focal point of the offense.
4:35It means he's going to get neutralized. It's that simple.
4:38Malik Willis is the quarterback, all right? This situation is not good.
4:42Greg Dulcich, or whatever his name is, is the tight end one.
4:45Again, it's not good. Like, I do not trust Miami's offense.
4:49I just don't trust the team. I don't trust the quarterback.
4:52I don't trust the wide receivers. Stack box, and I'm not really an out-chain believer, right?
4:56His first year got banged up, right? I get, no, man, way too high for this guy.
5:01I don't, like, he's just not going to finish as a top five running back, top 10.
5:06I don't even see top 10 or 15 this year.
5:09I see him getting completely stuffed at the goal line a lot.
5:13They're going to completely neutralize him. And I think this offense is going to be a disaster, all right?
5:18Do not draft out-chain. Number three, this guy's a total bust.
5:22And I don't know why he's sitting as RB13.
5:24It blows my mind. He's had one 1K season, four touchdowns.
5:27Like, this guy doesn't eclipse four to five touchdowns.
5:30That's kind of his pinnacle peak per year. And the coaches have already said they're going to run a three-headed monster.
5:36I wouldn't even say monster because the guys behind him aren't that good.
5:40But Braille now, apparently, is putting on weight. Isaiah Davis.
5:43But what I'm talking about is Brees Hall. Like, do not draft this guy.
5:47Like, just no. Like, he's just not proven that he's going to be a consistent guy.
5:52And the Jets just can't be trusted. The Jets are a terrible offense historically for fantasy.
5:56Or as of recently, anyway. Do not trust these guys.
5:59Do not care for Brees Hall. Do not care for this offense.
6:03I mind you, you know, Sadiq could be an interesting prospect at tight end.
6:07But, yeah, man. I would not draft Brees Hall.
6:10Like, especially when the coaches come and saying, we're going to have a three-headed, you know, monster situation.
6:15I don't know what the exact quote was. But, like, no.
6:18Don't do it, okay? And the last guy here makes zero sense.
6:22I don't know why this guy's RB11. Considering he finished outside the RB20 plus last year.
6:26And he's in a worse situation, okay? And I'll tell you who it is.
6:30Before I do, make sure you guys do grab 16 rounds.
6:34Hit the thumbs up. And drop in the comments below.
6:37Drop a name of a running back you're avoiding.
6:39A big name running back you're avoiding. I want to make this interactive, okay?
6:43So, this guy. Okay, I'm going to get to this guy.
6:47Is in a slight committee. They drafted Emmitt Johnson, the KC Chiefs.
6:50They got Brashard Smith and Demarcato. Demarcato's going to probably be involved in some of the passing game.
6:55If they don't start using Emmitt Johnson. Emmitt Johnson could have been a full workhorse running back, by the way.
7:01Just not, you know, they put him in a committee with Kenneth Walker.
7:05And that's the guy I'm talking about is Kenneth Walker.
7:08I'm going to give you a quick stat. I looked it up when I was looking this up.
7:13I think it was the last time a KC Chiefs running back finished top 12.
7:18Not even top 10. Was Kareem Hunt in 2018.
7:20That's what we're talking about. The Chiefs do not produce workhorse running backs.
7:24Remember when everybody was telling you Clyde Edwards or Lair round one.
7:27When he was a rookie. I said, don't draft him.
7:30Like, I don't trust the Chiefs, right? And then Clyde Edwards-Lair career.
7:34Where is Clyde Edwards-Lair? Just not relevant, right? The careers for Chiefs running backs.
7:38They don't end up good. Like, Pacheco didn't do well.
7:41Like, they did average. Like, you know what I mean?
7:44Like, there could be a chance that they just work Walker.
7:47And make him the workhorse guy. And just keep running him and running him.
7:51And using him in the passing game and becomes a machine.
7:54There's a chance. But personally, I don't trust it.
7:57Especially with Walker coming off a Super Bowl hangover.
8:00I don't, you know, coming off this pinnacle year, Super Bowl MVP or whatever.
8:04Players tend to decline after that, okay? And I just don't trust the situation with the KC Chiefs.
8:09And they've got two mobile quarterbacks with fields. They're saying they're going to be quarterbacked by committee.
8:14As Mahomes is still healing from his injury. I don't like the situation, okay?
8:18So, for me, way too high for Kenneth Walker.
8:21RB11 is ludicrous, okay? So, CMC round one. Devin out of chain.
8:24Those guys coming off pretty much round one. Way too expensive.
8:27Brees Hall, like, what is his ADP? Like, round three-ish, four.
8:31Walker, two to three, give or take, right? These guys are very, very pricey.
8:35When there's better running backs you can get earlier and later than these guys.
8:39I'm not including these guys on my roster this year.
8:42Let me know what you guys think. Are you in or out on these guys?
8:46Are you drafting them? Are you passing? Love to get your feedback.
8:50Go grab 16 rounds and smash your leagues this year, all right?
8:53Subscribe, thumbs up. We'll talk soon.
