1:43I'm starting to get very, very worried that the Los Angeles Chargers end up being the story of the 2026 NFL fantasy football season.
1:53I hope I'm wrong, and there are plenty of reasonable people who disagree with me, which is the one thing that's kind of keeping me off the ledge.
2:05There are, in fact, I would say there are probably more very serious fantasy football analysts who are skeptical of Chargers pricing
2:14than there are people chasing them up the board.
2:18But, you know, one thing that I've really learned in my fantasy football career is that very few teams and very few
2:27players can define the fantasy football season. By and large, there are, you know, 80% of the fantasy football population, 80% of
2:36the guys who are going to be on our rosters basically don't matter.
2:42Right? I mean, that's kind of the context. So let's just go look at some 2025 fantasy point scores just to really
2:51drive home how few players matter in fantasy football.
2:55Because there are a lot, right? And basically, what you find is that these offenses that have the ability to just lift
3:04all boats end up being so, so important. Right?
3:08All right. Let's go pull up the rankings page.
3:12And we're just going to, I don't know, let's just compare some of these wide receivers from last season and let's see how insignificant they were.
3:23So let's just, all right, let's click on, I don't know, let's click on Michael Pittman Jr.
3:30Michael Pittman Jr. last year finished as the wide receiver 30, wide receiver 18 points per game.
3:37He scored 11.91 points per game. Oh, weird start here.
3:41Jamar Chase goes one. We will take Jackson Smith and Jigbet five.
3:47So Michael Pittman Jr., wide receiver 18, 11.9 points per game.
3:51Now let's go to, I don't know. Let's go to, well, actually, it's funny.
3:57Let's go to Josh Downs. Josh Downs last year finishes as wide receiver 44.
4:03He scores 8.5 points per game. That's someone, Romeo Dubs, that's actually a good one.
4:09That's actually, that's actually a good one. And we will go 165 total points, 10.3 points per game.
4:17You know, the, basically, and you can go through the list, right?
4:22You can just go down and you can just find all these guys that don't matter.
4:29Don't, that don't add anything to your roster. You know, they just kind of exist.
4:35They're just there to help get you over the line.
4:39And what I'm worried about, what I'm, what the, what the nightmare would be for me is that people end up being correct about the Chargers.
4:50You know, I think it's possible. Herbert has been unbelievably good for fantasy football.
4:56I mean, it's been a long time now. It was kind of back in the super happy, fun era of fantasy football in 2020 and 2021.
5:07They have more been kind of conservative with him, but multiple coaching staffs have actually been relatively conservative with him and with his surroundings.
5:17But he's never had Mike McDaniel before, who is, I think, one of the offensive geniuses that currently exists in the NFL.
5:27Like, I don't, I don't really think how many play callers, how many coaches, how many offensive coaches would you say are certainly better than Justin Herbert?
5:38I can't, or than Mike McDaniel. I can't believe, can't believe there are that many, you know?
5:45So, and the film guys, the film guys are very certain that Justin Herbert is him.
5:52I mean, basically the film guys all agree with Sam Monson, that he is an MVP caliber player.
6:00Lad McConkie, Quentin Johnston, Amarian Hampton. I mean, God forbid, Charlie Kalar, my guy Keaton Missal.
6:06I'm, so one of the things that I'm going to be trying to do over the next like three weeks or so
6:16is I am going to try and get my Chargers exposure up.
6:21I am going to be trying to get, well, what should we do here?
6:27Uh, are, oh man, it's going to be, it's going to be a D Henry team.
6:33Yeah. All right. We got a little bit of a after ADP Derek Henry.
6:39That's a, it's tough to do. My guy Hunter, if I wasn't the first used to remember, I had to be close.
6:49Hey, big salute to my guy Hunter Goss, 1959.
6:52Uh, my guy Jackson Brennan is in the draft without realizing it.
6:58Good luck. Good luck. I, I, I tell you what I did kind of move on already from my guy, Keandre Lambert
7:07Smith, because there is another deep threat wide receiver on the Los Angeles chargers who are, who's, who's pretty appealing to me.
7:16And, uh, he's actually referenced in a new video.
7:20That's going to be coming out immediately after this over on the Matic fantasy football channel.
7:27There is a sleepers video that is going to be coming out after this video.
7:33You will be directed right towards it. So I hope that you guys go and watch that.
7:40And we have the JSN Derek Henry start and we were pro.
7:45Do I want to take a lot of air?
7:49Do I want to take ETN? Hmm. I'm going to give myself more.
7:55I'm going to take ETN because I'm going to be able to give myself more room to take Scadaboo if he falls
8:04to me at 44 and I'll almost certainly take a running back at 53, but maybe I'd like the optionality to select a wide receiver at 53.
8:15You know, someone's listening to a fantasy football podcast.
8:19When someone says modal, that is the good stuff hat.
8:23That is the good stuff. Can we call Brennan Thompson Booker T?
8:28I don't see why not. I mean, frankly, I would just like to know for a stone cold fact that Brennan Thompson makes the roster.
8:39I very much agree with this. I am also getting more and more bullish on Amarian Hampton.
8:46Where I'm not certain that Amarian Hampton is that good, frankly.
8:51I mean, I think he's fine. You know, I don't think the dude is like Najee Harris or whatever.
8:59But just the ability to be the battering ram in that offense is so valuable.
9:05It's so, so valuable. He could definitely ship. Like how many touchdowns could Amarian Hampton ship?
9:12What do you guys think is realistic? What does your quant have for Amarian Hampton touchdowns?
9:19Like the floor is probably in a healthy season, like eight touchdowns.
9:24And the ceiling would be like. I mean, would the ceiling be 20 touchdowns, 18 touchdowns maybe?
9:31I mean, let's just go to Justin Herbert's pro football reference and see who would have scored the most.
9:39So in 2020 for the Chargers, we had. Okay, they were they were bad in 2020.
9:46They were quite bad in 2020. Who were their running backs then?
9:51Well, Austin Eckler, Joshua Kelly. Okay, 2021. How about that?
9:55Eckler had Eckler had 20 touchdowns. Yeah, it's definitely possible.
9:59Oh, I'm going to take. I'm going to take.
10:03You know what? I'm going to take Terry McLaurin here because another pairing that I'm trying to get a little bit more
10:12of is the Jaden Daniels Terry McLaurin pairing. Thank you to my boys at the Toxic Tower.
10:20BBG Quant says 20 touchdowns. Hampton should be going right next to Gente ahead of Cook and Saquon.
10:27I very much could be right that that very, very much could be.
10:33Correct. Oh, ice cold Diet Coke. GMGM getting more excited.
10:37Turned by $70 of winnings in the MLB. A little eliminator into $70 of football losses.
10:44Positive mental attitude. That's an investor's mindset. All right.
10:47So we have got. Wow. Should I be taking running back here?
10:52Best advance rate here historically is five running backs.
10:56Seven. Yeah. Three, five, seven, three, which is kind of my favored build.
11:02Anyway, it's going to be. Okay. I was going to say it's going to be very hard for me to pass.
11:11On level in there, but he went. Let's just take.
11:15Let's just take Henderson. Henderson. Henderson or Tootin. Yeah.
11:19I'm going to. I mean, Henderson is who I have ranked the highest.
11:24I don't like love Trevion. Well, actually, I do really like Trevion Henderson because if Hayden Hayden wrote this great article, I
11:33mean, this is like three or four years ago now, but, you know, effectively contention value is the only thing.
11:42If we are, if we are sticking with the mindset, which is the, which is the mindset that I adhere to that
11:51about, you know, I don't know, 10 guys matter in fantasy football, then it would probably make the most sense to draft
12:00guys that we know can average like 20 fantasy points per game.
12:06Like if Corain does his legendary upside article and doesn't include at least one paragraph on Trevion Henderson, I'm going to accuse him of being facetious.
12:17You know, I'm going to accuse him of disingenuous touting because Trevion Henderson can easily, easily be the story of the fantasy football season.
12:27I don't even, I don't even really think this is debatable.
12:31Trevion Henderson without Ramond Ray Stevenson last year was had, had this been the postseason, he would have been the guy you
12:41needed 28 points, 32 points, 30 points, 17 points on 42% of the snaps in week 18 against Miami.
12:49I mean, he, he, he was, he wasn't phenomenal.
12:52He was, he was a great, great fantasy football asset last year.
12:58And Ramond Ray is certainly, Ramond Ray is certainly going to be in the way, but I am probably not as concerned
13:07about his inability to hoist the backfield from Ramond Ray as your average fantasy football analyst.
13:14In fact, I would consider, this is what we call a callback in the business.
13:20I would consider the modal outcome to be an outcome where that is what happens.
13:26I think that Trevion Henderson will have a better real football season at this stage, right?
13:33Oh my God. Quentin Johnson just went at 64.
13:37J Mitz 87 is a Herbert believer. My goodness gracious.
13:41Look at all these quarterback falls. Should I try and push it?
13:46I am going to try and push it. I'm going to take Makai Lemon.
13:52This is the first time I ever remember all of these quarterbacks surviving round six.
13:58Look at this. Tate, Bucky, P-Wash, QJ, Price, Warren, Marv, all before any of the quarterbacks go.
14:06Good. Okay. Well, all right. I guess, I guess bad decision there.
14:11Bad decision because Jaden Daniels and Drake may then immediately get snapped off, but that's, that's very strange.
14:18What are we doing about neighbors? I am drafting neighbors.
14:22I disagree with my qualitatives. Jacob Sanderson, Pat Corain, Sacrilegious, Shady Advice, my other qualitatives.
14:29I disagree with them pretty strongly on Malik neighbors.
14:33They, they have been doing their best to convince me that I'm wrong.
14:38And I, I have not been convinced, uh, at this point.
14:43Well, I guess we are going to sub out one Mr.
14:47Jaden Dan. Oh my gosh. Oh, I'm just getting, I'm getting pilloried here, boys, because now Hertz goes, all right, well, I'm going to take Pollard then.
14:59So Henry ETN, Trev, Henry ETN, Trevion Henderson, Pollard, JSN, McLaurin, and Makai Lemon.
15:05From this stage of the draft, I mean, we are certainly going to be going three quarterbacks.
15:12I don't really think there's much of a doubt about that.
15:1717% advance rate historically. Three quarterback build here. Um, I'm thinking five running backs seem, yeah, 22% historical advance rate with the way we've done this capital.
15:28Okay. All right. I'm feeling, I'm feeling good. I'm feeling good about that.
15:33I think we're, I think we're locked in. I think we're locked in.
15:39Had to sit down with my wife and explain to her why a random best ball bro was saying my quant through the radio.
15:49My quant. Lemon butchered this team. I'm, I'm quite high on lemon.
15:54I think the, uh, I think the film bros are quite hot.
15:59Not even, I think I know the film bros are quite high on lemon.
16:05The data stuff on lemon is very clear. The, the, the data stuff on lemon is, is great actually.
16:13Like he's, he's probably underrated and it's only because people, they hate to be Jalen hurts, man.
16:20They hate Jalen hurts. I, I did need a quarterback there, but I think this was the right, I believe this was the right way to play it.
16:32I mean, maybe, maybe I should have just taken Jaden Daniels.
16:37I guess, I guess. Yeah. I guess that's the answer is you can never push quarterback anymore.
16:44Well, I've got. Shuck with ETN. And I've got Darnold with JSN.
16:49I'm going to be okay. I'm going to be okay.
16:53And I can also, I can take my homes and I can take Kelsey.
16:59I can take Purdy and Stribbling. I can take Dart and likely here at this upcoming turn.
17:06Yeah. I guess I should have taken Daniels there.
17:10Okay. All right. Well now, now that the quarterback wall.
17:14Okay. All right. Well now I'm eating it because now the quarterbacks are going to, the quarterbacks are going to be gone
17:24for me and I'm going to have to take one early here.
17:29So I guess, I guess you get what you get and you don't throw a fit.
17:36I mean, maybe I just push it even more.
17:39How, how late pick 92. It's not enough. All right.
17:44We're going to do, we're going to do Purdy one Mr.
17:48Brock Purdy here. I was thinking maybe RJ Harvey there, but it's not even much of an ADP fall worried about Lennon's
17:58usage with Wicks being too good of a blocker in the new system in Philly.
18:04Yeah. But if you want a blocker is Wicks, is Wicks a better blocker than Eli Stowers?
18:11I'm going to guess. No, I'm going to guess that Don Tavian Wicks is not a better blocker than, than Stowers.
18:20Right. You guys, I mean, you guys answer that to me.
18:25If you, if you needed to gain five yards on a running play, would you rather have 240 pound Eli Stowers doing
18:34the blocking or like 218 pound Don Tavian Wicks doing the blocking?
18:39In which case you want, you want lemon out there to provide more of the receiving threat.
18:46Wicks is a really good receiver in a really specific role.
18:51And I actually do think he is a pretty good.
18:55Good. Like Wicks is a pretty good stylistic fit actually for, for Jalen hurts and for the offense that I expect them to run.
19:05Cause hurts is kind of the, I'm going to put the ball where it needs to go and let the wide receiver make a play guy.
19:16Uh, I mean, Pierce all here for the easy stack ability.
19:21We do need wide receiver. Is there a chance that Kittle gets back around to me?
19:28It's gotta be a chance, right? All right. Let's take Pierce all.
19:33Cause there's gotta be a chance that Kittle gets back to pick one 16.
19:39His ADP is one 13. I like, I like taking, I like taking Wicks fine.
19:45I don't feel super strong about Don Tavian Wicks.
19:49I mean, I have, I have certainly felt stronger about Don Tavian Wicks in years past than I do this year.
19:58I mean, that, that is categorically true. All right.
20:01Check the advanced rate stuff. Still 17% where I took Purdy still 22% if I get to five running backs still 21%
20:11if I get to seven wide receivers and it's definitely, yeah, definitely going to be all right.
20:18I think, I think we're cooking with gasoline here.
20:22This team feels quite nice. Why does the wide receiver two on the Titans and saints go before the wide receiver two on the Bucks Vikings and Colts?
20:34It's a good question. Does the wide receiver two on the Titans go before the wide receiver two on the box?
20:42There's more, I mean, there's certainly more ambiguity like Juwan, Juwan Jennings could outscore Addison.
20:49That much is true. There are certainly plenty of questions about how the target dissemination in Tampa Bay would go.
20:57And the Colts might just be bad. The Colts, the Colts are, are terrible.
21:03No, they're not terrible. They could be terrible. And also I do agree with this.
21:09I mean, Jordan Tyson, I think could outplay Chris Alave.
21:14What's my favorite combo from Philly wide receiver tight end room.
21:18If you have Hertz, I mean, yeah, I think you want to go Hertz lemon Stowers, right?
21:25That's the, that's the, the pure fun. Cause I think the Stowers bet is quite interesting.
21:32We, we forget about this stuff once we get into the season, but Dallas Goddard was like rumored to be done.
21:41They were, they were, his contract was over. They brought him back on a one-year deal and they're not paying him a ton of money.
21:52He, they're paying him like a fine amount of money.
21:56Wow. All right. Kittle does come back to us.
22:00Bang. Press the button on George Kittle there. I mean, is it worth if Stafford gets to me?
22:07I mean, he's not good. He's going to go to the Puka drafter.
22:13The Puka drafter is going to take Stafford right here, but if he doesn't take Puka, if he does not take Stafford,
22:22if Stafford gets all the way back around to me at one 25, I'm taking him and back stacking him with Terrence Ferguson.
22:32And maybe I'll take Terrence Ferguson and Colby Parkinson.
22:36I like gum. I chew it all the time, every day.
22:40And lately I've been trying this underbrush from Nathan and Sons.
22:45It's remineralizing chewing gum, basically an oral care routine in gum form.
22:50You brush in the morning and at night, but after lunch, there's a big gap where most of us do nothing for our teeth.
23:00Underbrush is made for that moment. Chew it for five to ten minutes, spit it out, move on, or keep chewing if you like the feel of it.
23:12It's made with hydroxyapatite, the same mineral your enamel is made from, as well as natural saps like mastic and spruce.
23:21So it has that firmer, really satisfying chew. To say it's all natural would be an understatement, because they make it themselves
23:30from scratch in Northern California, where the biggest, best trees are.
23:35I'm so glad I found this company when it's only a few years old, and the team is literally making, packing, and shipping gum every day.
23:46So if you want a simple daily upgrade for your teeth that tastes great, check out Underbrush.
23:53Order now at NathanandSons.com. That is NathanandSons.com. Try it now.
23:57This episode is brought to you by Troll Co.
24:01Clothing. And oh, is this one worth it? You know, more than a few people have asked me about Troll Co.
24:10So let me actually tell you about it. I wear their hats, their sweatshirts.
24:16I have for a while now. The quality on both is legitimately good.
24:21The hats hold their shape. The sweatshirts are the kind of heavy that you actually want, not the thin stuff that pills after three washes.
24:32I just like them. The reason I connected with the brand in the first place is the story behind it.
24:40You know the phrase, dirty hands, clean money? It's a blue collar saying that has been around forever.
24:48It's the idea that honest, hard, physical work is how you build a good life.
24:54Troll Co. We started by two guys who came out of the oil patch who could not find any clothing that represented people like them.
25:05So they built it themselves. That is the kind of origin story I respect.
25:11And the product truly backs it up. If you want to check them out, go to trollco.com slash profiler.
25:19That is T-R-O-L-L-C-O dot com slash profiler. And use code profiler 25 for 25% off your first order.
25:26There you go. All right. Stafford goes. So how am I going to play quarterback on this one?
25:34Ward and Pollard. Darnold for sure. I mean, this might even have to turn into like a Mendoza team.
25:42Brock Purdy is the most important man in the world for this team.
25:47There's no way this team succeeds without Purdy. Getting to a spot of ADP value on dubs.
25:55Kelsey might make a little bit of sense. There's that.
25:59There's like this tight end wall right here. Mandrews.
26:03Yeah. You know what? I will do a Romeo dubs.
26:07I never really take him. Maybe he gets. I don't know.
26:12I don't know. It's best I can do. Goddard will play more snaps than Stowers, but Stowers could easily have the more
26:21fantasy friendly role unless they do the nonsense they were doing last year where they just kept.
26:28I was so infuriated by this every week. The short yardage touchdowns for Dallas Goddard.
26:34Yeah. No Darnold there. If I'm if I'm doing Darnold, if I'm ever doing the Darnold JSN thing, I am pushing it.
26:44I am don't want to have. I don't want to have any of my Darnold ahead of ADP really.
26:52Why? Why don't I like dubs? He's just not exciting.
26:56I don't know. Do I have a good reason for it?
27:01I mean, I don't I don't expect him to dominate targets on this team.
27:07They have not traded Kayshawn booty. You know, career like one point eight yards per route run.
27:14Never had a 20 percent target share. He's fine.
27:17Dubs is fine. And maybe I should just be a little bit higher on the Patriots offense overall.
27:25Yes, this is a best ball mania. Certainly wouldn't bank on cousins.
27:30Yeah, I'm not banking on cousins at all. No, no cousins for me.
27:36I'm I'm pretty into Mendoza. I think Mendoza is right about the median you would expect for a number one overall quarterback prospect.
27:45He's big six four. He ran a little bit and I'm very, very high on Clint Kubiak.
27:53Kubiak, I think is if anything kind of underrated actually as a play caller.
27:58Okay, just let me take my Sam Darnold here with JSN and no one gets hurt.
28:05Yep. There we go. Bang. Now, what do I want to do for a third?
28:12I could take Cam Ward if he gets to me.
28:16Very easy backstacks with Cam Ward. I could take Bryce Young.
28:20You got Brazel. You got Mendoza and Tucker. Maybe I'll just let the room decide for me what I'm going to do at third quarterback.
28:31Have I grown the show to the point that we are safely out of the state farm territory?
28:39No, no, definitely not. If anything, if anything, you could.
28:43You could probably argue. The opposite. Because I have a child now.
28:48Do we really think AJ Brown will have a good Week 17 game against Sertan?
28:54You are probably talking to the wrong guy about that, brother.
28:59You probably would have to talk to Chess Liam about granular Week 17 matchups.
29:05It's just not really the kind of thing that I weigh too heavily when I'm drafting these things.
29:12When we look back 10 years from now, who will we say is a better number one overall pick?
29:20Cam Ward or Mendoza? My guess would be Mendoza.
29:24Ward was a very interesting prospect. I mean, he played a ton of college football and didn't play that well.
29:33Although, if I don't take Ward here, is there anyone I'm skipping who I really like?
29:39Not really. So I am going to take Cam Ward and we're going to do the backstack there.
29:47Where am I at on Zach Charbonnet? I do not like Zach Charbonnet.
29:53I think most of the ways this season plays out are quite bad for Zach Charbonnet.
29:59He either struggles to get back in time from his injury.
30:04He returns from his injury, but Jadarian Price, who they spent the 32nd overall pick on, plays well.
30:12Or, Jadarian Price plays poorly and George Helani and Emmanuel Wilson play quite well.
30:18Really, the only scenario where Charbonnet comes back and has a super useful fantasy football role is Price is not what they anticipate at all.
30:28And they're totally comfortable saying, Emmanuel Wilson, George Helani, thanks for your service.
30:34But we are going to install Zach Charbonnet coming off of a torn ACL as our 15-touch per game running back.
30:42Which I don't feel great about. Now, again, a big, big miss for me.
30:48I got this wrong last year with Christian Watson.
30:52I bet against Christian Watson. I was wrong to bet against Christian Watson.
30:58So, maybe take what I have to say with a grain of salt.
31:03But I, in general, historically, I've been lower on the injury return guys.
31:09Although there are some injury return guys I like this year.
31:13So, maybe you just can't take what I say seriously at all.
31:18Alright, we are about to be back up. Tight end is kind of what we need.
31:25But there aren't really any obvious ones. I think I am probably going to do a running back here.
31:33And I'm going to take Tank Bigsby. Who really is basically just my favorite running back too.
31:40I think you get a little bit of standalone value from him.
31:45Just a smidge. You know, maybe he gets one week where he scores for you.
31:52But I do think the contingent value is massive.
31:56Are we sleeping on Pacheco if he gets the Montgomery role?
32:00It depends on who you ask. I know Pacheco has his fans out there in the fantasy football community.
32:08My guess is that Pacheco doesn't play particularly well in that role.
32:13And Gibbs ends up being just a true workhorse.
32:17I also think that James Conner or Trey Benson could end up following their former offensive coordinator, Drew Petsberg, to Detroit after they get waived.
32:28Because there's just not enough room there on the roster.
32:32I mean, do I just... I guess I just got to take Helm now so that I don't get Snipes.
32:40Jester Gooner, a little bit ahead of ADP, but fine there.
32:45So now we have got a 3-5-5-2. Purdy, Darnold, Ward, Derrick Henry, Travis Etienne Jr., Trevion Henderson, Tony Pollard, Tank Bigsby, Jackson
32:54Smith & Jigba, Terry McLaurin, Makai Lemon, Ricky Pearsall, Romeo Dubs, George Kittle, and Jester Gunnar Helm.
33:01Tank got to be the worst running back on the board.
33:06I mean, that just seems like kind of a silly thing to say.
33:12Like, he's no different than Algier or Spears or Robinson or any of these guys.
33:18Right? What is any different... What is the difference between Blake Corum and Tank Bigsby?
33:24I'm just not certain. Would I ever play the World Series of Poker main event?
33:31Yeah, I mean, yeah, that would be an absolute dream.
33:35I have loved poker for a long, long time.
33:39Have played... I've played, actually, a ton of poker in my life.
33:44But would need to generate... Would need to generate the cash.
33:48I don't know. Is Corum going to get way more work?
33:53I kind of maybe have a hard time with that.
33:57I feel like our memories of Corum are maybe a little...
34:02A little slanted. He had 14 points on 7 rushes, 26 points on 12 rushes, 13 points on 11 rushes, 13 points on 14 rushes.
34:12So he had one little stretch where he was okay.
34:17He didn't get any work in the passing game.
34:21Never topped... Never topped 40% of the snaps in a game that Kyron also played.
34:27I don't know. I mean, he's fine. I have no...
34:31No ill will for... No ill will for Corum, but I just think he's kind of whatever.
34:38Do I want to take Ridley here? Yeah. Yep.
34:42No. No, let's take Dalton Schultz. Little bit of ADP value there on Mr.
34:48Schultz, and then we can be done at tight end, and this can actually not be a Terrence Ferguson team.
34:56Who is the best, best ball tout poker player?
35:00I have no idea. I mean, Levitan has played a lot.
35:05What's the difference between Corum and Bigsby? This is why you're a bottom 1%.
35:11I mean, what did Corum do last year? Corum was a below average advance rate guy, so what's the difference?
35:19I'd love to hear. What tournament did you win?
35:23Kadarius Tony, 8-9-6-9. Show me the tournament you won.
35:27I'd love to see it. Show me. All ears, brother.
35:31Man, you know what? I'm just going to take Cooper Cup.
35:36Oh, no, I'm not, because he already got drafted.
35:40All right, let's do Surratt. Still waiting, bro. Show me your tournament-winning team.
35:45I notice you seem to not be responding, so I guess you haven't won shit either, huh?
35:52Funny to say that Tank is a bad pick when his analytics were off the chart.
35:59I mean, the deal with all of these guys is that they are bad picks unless someone gets injured.
36:07It's why the SIM-based tools are telling you to wait or to draft running backs early because the projection for Sean Tucker,
36:16Ray Davis, Algier, Tank Bigsby, these guys, they're all quite low unless someone gets injured ahead of them.
36:24All right, let's go pull up Blake Corum's projection compared to Tank Bigsby.
36:29Maybe I am totally off. Tank Bigsby. Tank Bigsby projected for 83 rushes, three touchdowns.
36:36Los Angeles Rams. Corum projected for 168. Okay, well, there's a meaningful difference there.
36:42That is actually interesting to me. I don't know if I agree with that.
36:48No, I asked you what tournament you won, Kadarius Tony, 8-9-6-9.
36:52I asked what tournament you won because it seems to me that you have quite a bit of knowledge.
37:00So I'm wondering what tournament you won, brother. What did you win?
37:05How are you in authority on fantasy football? All right, so tell me the tournament you won, brother.
37:13Ship it to me. What's the... Since you're so good at fantasy football, hit me with the shipper.
37:21I wonder if Torrey Horton is draftable. Probably not.
37:24Booty? No, you don't want Booty and Dubs together.
37:28Who does Mason have ranked the highest? Mason has Mooney ranked the highest.
37:34Don't love that. Man, these wide receivers stink. Taekwon?
37:37I do draft a lot of Taekwon. Lane, Yoshibas, DK.
37:42Well, spoiler alert, I'm just going to take Taekwon.
37:45I've drafted Io Manor a couple times. Feels like there's a potential winner there if Ridley gets traded.
37:53All right. How did we do here? Ooh, A-grade.
37:57S-tier advancement. B-ADP. A-uniqueness. Yeah, Horton had what? Like six touchdowns last year?
38:02All right. We've got... We did JSN, Derrick Henry, ETN Jr.
38:07And I tell you what, I'm having a really hard time with Zay Flowers in the 30s.
38:14That seems crazy to me. Maybe I am wrong, but it does seem tough to me.
38:21All right. McLaurin at 44. I would take the McLaurin pick now when I would have just taken Waddle because my plan...
38:30My plan was to get Jaden Daniels and the plan didn't work.
38:35Trevion Henderson at 53 is fine. This was the pick I messed up.
38:41I should have just taken a quarterback here instead of taking Lemon.
38:46Pollard at 77. Purdy 92. Pearsall and Kittle with Purdy.
38:50Dubs, Sam Darnold, Cam Ward, Tank Bigsby. Gunner Helm, Dalton Schultz, Elijah Surratt, and Taequann Thornton to end it.
38:58Have I seen an A-plus draft? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
39:02I can probably sort by... Actually, not even... I know I can pull up an A-plus one.
39:09Yeah. Kittle falling was a huge help here, which when you take the quarterback first, you kind of control that dynamic.
39:18So that's something that I like, where you kind of get that with...
39:23You get that with Lamar and Mark Andrews. You get that with Herbert and Gadsden.
39:30You get that with Mayfield and Jalen McMillan or Ted Hurst, like generally speaking.
39:36Let's see. Let's pull up a... Let's pull up an...
39:40Let's sort by advancement. Oh! Ooh! I actually meant to...
39:44I meant to go through these, my little Dalmatian ones.
39:48All right. Here's an S-tier advancement. Mendoza... Oh, God.
39:52I messed up the quarterbacks here. Okay. Here's a good one.
39:57Herbert, Nix, Rogers, Walker, Kyron, Javante, Judkins, Dobbins, Jefferson, BTJ, Jaden Reed, Khalil Shakir, Jalen Coker, Debo Samuel, Flournoy, Dolcich, Kosicki, Ingram.
40:06Sure. That feels fine. The Zay Flowers bowl case as Andrews is dust and Zay gets 160 targets is the only viable pass catcher.
40:16I think that is a pretty rational and reasonable bowl case.
40:21I have... I'm not gonna argue against that. All right.
40:25Well, let's go back. Let's go back to the lobby.
40:29I was thinking there's gotta be... They're gonna do something new today, right?
40:35BBM, Elim, Weekly Winners, Big Dog, Mastiff, Pitbull, the Dalmatian, I'm already done.
40:40Yeah, you know what? We'll do an eliminator. Oh, all right.
40:45Gotta enter on my phone. This has been... This has been happening to me a good amount recently where I've been getting the...
40:55I've been getting the location error on all gambling websites.
40:59Anything that is gambling or best ball or whatever, I've been getting the location error.
41:05Where'd it go? The eliminator. All right, here we go.
41:10Locking in. Oh, this is a slow. Did I not enter on my phone?
41:15Oh, here we go. No, this is also a slow.
41:20I swear I entered on my phone. Side question.
41:24No, it says I'm on my phone. Side question.
41:27How are your World Pups going? I honestly did a bad job advancing.
41:33I did not draft enough Joshua Kimmick, and I drafted...
41:37I basically just drafted too many French guys, which is funny because they're so, so good, but they didn't score very well.
41:46And so because those guys didn't score very well, I have kind of...
41:52I've fallen off. I got 30 advance through. Although, I mean, if I get...
41:58You know, if I get 10 through it, 10 of 30 through, then I'm right back in it.
42:05I have to wait. This is what it does is it takes me to this spinny circle.
42:13All right. Command F, eliminator. The one without the orange circle.
42:17Here we go. All right. Hey. The battle of Davis against technology.
42:22All right. We're in. We're drafting at 12. Chi-town True, Glodarin, Shea, Illustrious Fox, Mojo Rising, JR Dave 7, Kenny the Jet,
42:32Frank DuRaw, Mile High Jabroni, T-Boner 80, and then Chris.
42:36Got to see Mbappe in person. Yeah, that's so sick.
42:40That's so sick. No World Cup games for me.
42:44Missed out. Huge bummer. But, you know, we ride.
42:48It's been, the World Cup has been phenomenal. This is, I think probably every World Cup, I would imagine, people feel is
42:57the best one as it's happening because it's, there's so much going on.
43:02It's emotional, whatever. But this does feel like the best World Cup of my life.
43:09I mean, I guess 2022, the Argentina-France final was like unbelievable.
43:13And this is certainly the best the U.S. men have ever played.
43:18The U.S. men have never played this well in my adulthood.
43:23All right. Let's do, I mean, I'm definitely going to take one of these running backs.
43:30I'm probably going to double tap the running backs.
43:34Yeah, I'm going to do Cook and I'm going to do Barkley.
43:39Week 7 bye for Cook, week 10 for Barkley.
43:43But, the decisions left to me at running back at the 3-4 turn are going to be dark.
43:50Yeah, 2022 World Cup final has got to be up there with one of my top five games I've ever watched of all time.
44:00Great World Cup at the group stage felt like preseason because of how many advance.
44:07But there were still, there were still great games in the group stages though.
44:13Right? Oh, good note from Jordan here. James Cook opens up against Houston.
44:18Not my favorite week one matchup. And I just need him to scam two touchdowns.
44:24And I'm definitely going to take probably one more running back at the 3-4 turn anyway.
44:31Oh my gosh. This dude just took Josh Allen at 15.
44:36Is Noomi, is Noomi going to throw this one out?
44:40Morocco, uh, Cote d'Ivoire game. Incredible. Yes. I mean, I guess the bad games, Paraguay, Australia was bad.
44:48England and Ghana were bad. Those are really the only two I can remember being like truly dreadful.
44:55I can't, I can't think of another one that was just like, dude, I don't want to watch this.
45:03This stinks. And we got, we have some absolute bangers coming today.
45:08Switzerland, Algeria, I know it's late, it's going to be like after my bedtime, but that, that is a huge potential banger.
45:18Uh, what did I think of Balogun's red card last night?
45:22Hard for me to say that it should be a red card and I really think it should be rescinded.
45:31It, it won't, it won't be rescinded. Hmm. Sweden versus whoever when it was 0-0.
45:37Dude, the hydration breaks are terrible. Ken Walker at pick 22.
45:42Some of these guys are living my dream. Some of these guys are living my dream.
45:48I hate it. We have the tech to get food delivered in 15 minutes, but we all have horror stories about buying tickets.

46:32I'm Josh Spiegel, host of the podcast Lunatic in the Newsroom.
46:37Join me and my guest BJ Shea as we celebrate America's big birthday.
46:43What are the best and worst American inventions? How would the founding fathers feel about today's America?
46:50What's the most American thing? And what will America look like at 500?
46:55Join our celebration this week on Lunatic in the Newsroom.
46:59All right. Well, the wide receivers are actually going early in this.
47:05Ibuka at 30. Pickens at 21. London got all the way to 25.
47:10This is a wild room. Let's do... I mean...
47:14Yeah, I mean, I'm definitely taking Rashi Rice if Chris doesn't take him.
47:19Chris should take Josh Jacobs. Chris is... Yeah. Oh!
47:23All right. Well, I mean... When... Okay, by week 11 and then Wilson's not until by week 13.
47:31This is a wild draft. In what ways do you change your structure?
47:36I mean, you just tilt your production early in the season.
47:41You care a lot less about rookies. The quarterbacks with sketchy playing time.
47:46You know, Mendoza, some of these guys. Like, Mendoza to me is a tough click in the eliminator.
47:54Elite tight end I like a lot less. I think Bowers and McBride should definitely go after their best ball mania ADP.
48:03And some of the hopium guys, like, for example, I probably won't have very much burden in the eliminator, where the reason
48:13that I am drafting burden is because I think that burden can be around one pick next year, which obviously would be
48:22very useful in the eliminator, but I also can be rational and acknowledge there's a big chance he just kind of is
48:31a normal guy who scores 12 points per game.
48:35You know, he kind of becomes that style guy and a dunes a is the touchdown score Wicks and Adonai Mitchell are great eliminator picks for sure.
48:46Oh, yes. And and by weeks, by weeks matter a ton.
48:51You want to have your by weeks varied. So I have a by week seven by week 10 by week 11 and by week 13.
49:02To me, that's a great start. Your your positional groupings, you want to spread the by weeks out.
49:09Obviously, like a big thing you should do and I have not gotten there yet is like schedule analysis.
49:17So I have not started to schedule out like, oh, this team has a really soft schedule.
49:24This team is a really hard schedule. Like I I'm I am not there yet.
49:31It's work that I should do what I've been what I've been doing in the eliminator is I've been doing I've just entered one eliminator slow.
49:42I started it, I guess what? I'm on Monday.
49:46I started entering one eliminator slow and then I'm going to just I'm going to draft some of them on stream.
49:54Factually true. I mean, it's it's a thing that it's it's obviously a little bit more complex than this, but technically you
50:04only have to be 200 or no, sorry. You only have to be 22 entrance in the eliminator win $200,000.
50:12So six out of 12. Then you beat one person for 15 weeks than one person in week 16.
50:20My thoughts on the world pup now. Yeah, I mean, Shirky Shirky is basically the guy who killed me.
50:28I just I kept taking the French guy. I kept taking the secondary French players and they have not scored any and not scored any points.
50:39It's just Ben and Boppe, Elise a Dembele do a and and Barclough.
50:45You know, it is what it is. All right.
50:48We are about to be up. We have three running backs.
50:53We have one wide receiver. Devante Adams feels like a very Olympic man.
50:59Tony Pollard at pick 60. You think you think you know a guy.
51:04fantasy football gone wild. I actually quite like I'm going to do price and then I'm going to take Brian Thomas Jr.
51:13Price was another week 11 by but that's fine.
51:17It's actually it's extra fine because I took James Cook who I don't think is going to have a particularly good week one score.
51:27So I actually think that makes a little bit of sense.
51:32But I mean, maybe I should Tony Pollard ahead of you Darian Price with David Montgomery.
51:39Team three is having a nice draft chase Walker Javante McLaurin and Lamar Jackson.
51:45I'm not I'm not huge. I'm not I'm not massive on the elite quarterbacks here, but I do think Lamar.
51:53If I was going to take one, it would be Lamar at this price.
51:59I would not be taking Josh Allen in the third in the eliminator.
52:05I have I have a tougher time with that.
52:08Pollard ahead of price in all formats. I don't know, man.
52:13I am just I think I think I'm a Jadarian Price guy.
52:18I think I think that's where I'm at. I think I am a Jadarian Price guy and maybe this will end up being a real Rashad Penny situation.
52:30I mean famously Rashad Penny. This is it's just funny because there is a clear organizational thing that goes through.
52:38But look at this. So we've got the 2018 Seattle Seahawks Rashad Penny was the 27th overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft.
52:48I don't remember. I it's been so long. I forget the exact circumstances, but he gets 85 rushes behind Mike Davis and Chris Carson.
52:58Incredible, incredible foreshadowing if that ends up being what happens.
53:02I actually got reminded of that on on on X, the everything app.
53:08The bad pass blocking for price feels limiting to me.
53:12I mean, is George? I guess Halani is a pretty he's got to be a good pass blocker because he plays so
53:21much on passing downs, but it doesn't it doesn't.
53:25He can't be that good. And how do we even do we even know that price is a bad pass blocker just
53:35because he didn't play on passing down so much.
53:38I mean, generally speaking, rookies are bad pass blockers.
53:42George Halani, George Halani pass blocking. He had 50 reps for all of last year.
53:49I mean, he's got 52 pass blocking snaps in his NFL career.
53:54You know. I don't I don't know. Not really convincing.
53:58Neither neither Halani nor Emmanuel Wilson are really convincing to me.
54:02And Charbonnet did not have his ACL procedure until February.
54:07So this just it's a long, long, long runway for Janarian price to prove that he's good.
54:14I price price is not tiny, right? Price is he's just a normal sized guy.
54:20I think he's like two. Yeah, 210 pounds. I mean, he's bigger than he's bigger than Trevion Henderson is consistently having an
54:30above average advance rate year over year past the first round of these tournaments enough to just max out to justify maxing out.
54:39I mean, I don't know. I do. You're you're you're really you're really asking the wrong guy.
54:46All right. We're going to do man. You know what?
54:51Here's here's an E-L-M-ass pick boys. I'm going to take Cortland Sutton.
54:56And then I'm going to take Trevor Lawrence with Brian Thomas, Jr.
55:01Cortland Sutton is an E-L-M-ass pick. If Walker can't get 65% of the snaps price, definitely can't.
55:08I wouldn't be I would not be that certain about that at all.
55:13That that doesn't feel that doesn't feel true to me because the offensive coordinator is gone.
55:20Also, Kenneth Walker has had stretches, multiple stretches for the for the team where he did play over.
55:28Where he did play over 60% of the snaps.
55:32Kenneth Walker. I want to say it was the 2024 season.
55:36Is that right? 2024. Yeah, 2024. He played a big stretch.
55:41I mean, really, he actually played quite a bit in.
55:4571, 76, 84%. I guess he did get injured at this point.
55:50I don't even really remember. I think price is probably going to be the price is probably going to be the goal line guy.
56:00I hate it as much as the next guy, but does Sutton's price feel too good?
56:07Honestly, I'm very low on Sutton in best ball mania, and I'm very high on jail and Waddle, but this is kind
56:16of a format that is built for Corlin Sutton.
56:20Bo Nix led the National Football League in past attempts last year.
56:25I mean, I think you're going to get your your six and a half targets per game, seven targets per game for Corlin Sutton.
56:35He probably scores six touchdowns. I just think if there's a true fantasy football breakout on that team, it is almost certainly going to be jail and Waddle.
56:47Walker splitting time with Charbonnet is night and day to price splitting with Lonnie.
56:53That is that's basically my viewpoint. I do not think the George Lonnie has enough cache inside of that team.
57:02I don't think that he is good enough to demand.
57:06Also worth noting that Walker still got lots of touches like Walker's snap to touch ratio was still quite high.
57:14Ooh, big news. My guy Fresno kid has come around on Keaton Keaton thinking about if McDaniel can make Darren Waller look good.
57:24Why not Keaton? Well, Keaton is good. Keaton Keaton is quite good.
57:29I think my opinion. Keith Mitchell is a really talented running back.
57:34Crazy high rushing yards over expectation. Hmm. The Diet Coke is hitting today.
57:40All right. What am I going to I very good decision of me to take Trevor Lawrence, by the way, because look
57:49at the quarterbacks that are here now. Oh, my God.
57:53Mahomes is still there. This is the craziest thing about the eliminator to me.
57:59This is the this is the wildest wildest thing about the eliminator to me.
58:05People are people are just totally over Mahomes. This guy, Chris, is going to take him from me, though, and I'm not
58:14going to be able to take him. That is so annoying.
58:19All right. All right. But I'm going to keep pushing it at tight end.
58:25I'm actually going to take Kyler Murray to be my second quarterback.
58:30I don't care about having him stacked. I like rushing quarterbacks in limonair because they add some floor in there.
58:38All right. I'm a Ravens fan. And Keaton Mitchell is the NFL's best kept secret.
58:45Ball knower. Do I have any flagplant players that you are comfortable being overweight on or willing to draft ahead of ADP?
58:54Well, I can pull up my highest owned guys.
58:58So I'm through what? 992 imported drafts, 290 Terrence Ferguson teams, 238 burden teams, 234 worthy teams, Helm, Walker, Tootin, Zachariah Branch,
59:07and then Malik Willis, Caleb Williams, Keaton Mitchell, Patrick Mahomes, Rashi Rice.
59:12That, that, that basically kind of summarizes how I feel.
59:16I mean, I guess it, it makes a little bit of sense.
59:22The chiefs do open the year playing against the Denver Broncos and Mahomes, Mahomes could start the year.
59:29He could start it slower. You know, maybe, maybe he just kind of has to feel it out.
59:37I would be very interested to see if he plays in the, I'd be very interested to see if he plays in the preseason.
59:47You know, like, do we, do we get, do we get any of him playing?
59:53And that, that would be big. I think Mahomes playing in the preseason, just like, can I see him?
60:01Taequann Thornton only on my DK teams or what?
60:05You know, I, I just haven't, I just haven't gotten hip to him.
60:11Like, I was not taking him at all in the pre-draft stuff.
60:16I, I, the, the Taequann stuff has been very bullish, like, more bullish than I anticipated.
60:22They're, they're just talking about him as, as a straight up, like, starter.
60:28To the point that, Kansas City Chiefs blogs are, are writing things like, Chiefs forcing Taequann Thornton into a primary role he might not be ready for.
60:39I mean, that might just be, that might just be like AI slop.
60:45Like, who knows? Like, when you, when you're reading, when you're reading these things, it's always, it's always so funny.
60:53I don't know if you guys have this experience.
60:57Like, I obviously do a lot of searching for fantasy football news.
61:02Like, I just want to know what's going around the internet.
61:07And, it's very funny to me to just find pure, pure slop.
61:12Like, it's no human being oversaw this at all.
61:16It's, it's literally just a Claude prompt. You know?
61:19All right. Ooh. Ferguson with the week 14 buy feels pretty good here.
61:25Yeah, we're gonna, oh my god, this guy Chris is the most, single most annoying guy to draft against.
61:33All right, we're gonna go Goddard with a week 10 buy and then I'm gonna take Stefan Diggs.
61:41I, this, this Diggs price is insane. Why no Max Claire love?
61:46Second round pick should see the field a lot, but crowded tight end room.
61:52I, I don't think he'll play at all. My guess is Max Claire plays about eight snaps a game.
62:00I mean, look at, so Terrence Ferguson was also a second round pick and look how long it took him to earn a meaningful role last year.
62:11He was not active. He didn't, he didn't receive a target until week five.
62:17This game was when the week seven game against Jacksonville was when Puka was hurt.
62:23He scaled up. Then he earned a role for the rest of the season.
62:29He was a big part of their offense at the end of the season, but I, I'm gonna guess that Claire like
62:38basically just doesn't play or, or takes like Tyler Higbee snaps.
62:43Like what were, what were Tyler Higbee snaps last year?
62:47Tyler Higbee played. Oh, he played a lot. Actually, I kind of forgot about that.
62:54Huh? Who knew? I mean, that guy did absolutely nothing.
62:58I guess he was hurt. I don't know. My projection is that Ferguson ends up being the lead dog.
63:06That's my, that's my projection and that Colby Parkinson is the complimentary one.
63:11Claire, Claire can play some. I mean, they, they have no, they have no wide receivers.
63:18You guys want it? You guys want to start naming third wide receivers for the Los Angeles Rams?
63:26Jordan Whittington, Xavier Smith, Kanata Mumfeld. He also, Higbee is also making like no money.
63:32Like people, people talk about him being on the team.
63:36He got, he signed a two year deal. You guys tell me how real you think this contract is.
63:44Two years, $6 million. Um, he can be cut for absolutely nothing.
63:49He has an active roster bonus. So that roster bonus is actually a pretty big deal because it means, it means that
63:59they can, it means they can cut him. Uh, why do the Rams not sign digs?
64:05I think, because they're fine with Ferguson being their third wide receiver.
64:11That, that is, that is my guess. Do I have any initial truth serum thoughts heading into the season?
64:19I, I think that my primary truth serum that I am both excited and scared by is that we are all overreacting
64:28to running backs largely staying healthy last year. And our, our, our, how all the slappies are drafting running backs like crazy.
64:37I think we see a potential big change back to the way fantasy football has worked for 10 years where running backs get hurt.
64:47Wide receivers. This guy. All right, dude, Chris, fuck off, man.
64:52Come on, dude. Come on. Dalton Schultz, Gino Smith.
64:56I dude, we're at Chris, Chris, wherever you are.
65:00Come on, man. Come on, dude. You really needed my homes and Brenton strange that bad.
65:06Yeah. I mean, mumfield mumfield will play mumfield will play some Xavier Smith.
65:12They'll play some, they'll all play some. I, I, I think we honestly, like for the way that I've drafted Ferguson, I
65:21just knew him to score like six touchdowns, but five years before that, the landscape was just like this with running back time is a flat circle.
65:33Yeah. Except it was, it was, it was bad though.
65:37The, the landscape at that point, they were, they were, um, they were drafting sub optimally.
65:44Just tuned in. And Davis is talking about Terrence Ferguson.
65:48They made me do it, bro. They were asking me about Max Claire.
65:53They made me do it. I, I didn't even, I didn't even bring it up.
66:00McVay likes experienced players. Puka was the exception. Well, Josh, you've been around the streets for a long time.
66:08You played a lot of fantasy football. What is, what is your read on what the Rams are going to do?
66:16Pass catcher wise. Hunter. Yeah. I'm, I'm not clicking Hunter in the eliminator.
66:22Really? In the world where Walker has his nutted outcome, where does he then get drafted next year?
66:30You know, I think just because McCaffrey and Taylor are likely going to be drafted lower.
66:36Gente will be drafted higher. Henry will be drafted lower.
66:41Cook will be drafted lower. Barkley will be drafted lower.
66:45Hampton will be drafted higher. Chase Brown will be drafted about in the same range.
66:51Walker could be like a one, two turn pick next year.
66:56Could Eric all junior see the field for the bangles this year?
67:01I mean, I don't know if he's a hidden gem, but I definitely think he's going to play this year.
67:09I don't, I don't think you can go and let Gisicki play, play all these snaps.
67:16Who's there? They have drew sample. They have another guy, Tanner, Tanner McLaughlin.
67:22I want to say who also got injured. Is he still on the roster?
67:27Their tight end room is sample. Oh my God.
67:31The freaking ads on our lads always are annoying me.
67:36Drew sample, Gisicki, Erica. Oh, Tanner Hudson. Preseason all-star Tanner Hudson.
67:40Uh, but, but, but, but, uh, Brian Robinson, Jr.
67:44No good here. Braylon Allen. No good here. You know what?
67:49Jaden blue, man. I'm not afraid. Even in, even in the E-lim, I'm not afraid.
67:55Can I wait on tight? No, no, I can't wait on tight end.
68:00And you know what? I kind of actually need a more.
68:05I'm going to take Fryer move instead of Ferguson for it's so funny.
68:11My, um, my like slap index at tight end is so broken because I draft a lot of Terrence Ferguson and helm,
68:20but I also draft Dalton Schultz and Pat Fryer move.
68:24And, and these guys too, like tight end is just a very funny position.
68:30Walker, Walker's like, he's like a mid second round pick, right?
68:35He's like 16. I think, I think his ADP next year can be 11.
68:41How about that? I think Kenneth Walker's ADP next year can be 11.
68:46If Puka or Devonta gets injured, it's not the wide receiver.
68:51That's going to benefit. I mean, we, so we saw a game last year.
68:57Uh, let's go pull this game up. Cause we saw a game that Puka injured, got injured last year.
69:05Game logs, 2025. He didn't play what? So he didn't play week seven.
69:10So let's go next game for the Rams. He didn't play in that blowout game against the Jags.
69:18So in that game, no Puka Adams had five for 35 and three touchdowns.
69:24Whittington had two for nine. He'd be at three for 19.
69:28I guess this game ended up being such a blowout.
69:33It's hard to learn anything, uh, in terms of the snap counts.
69:38We had Whittington, 60 Adams, 59 Xavier Smith, 47, then mum field Davis Allen played the most snaps at tight end followed
69:47by T for yeah, I guess the blowout kind of obfuscates what happened in that game.
69:54Oh, gente, gente is, um, gente is definitely going in the top five next year.
70:00I think gente can be the one-on-one next year.
70:04What odds do I honestly give the U S a beating Belgium without Balgan?
70:10I mean, I, they should be favored. They are a better, more physical team.
70:16Frankly, in a way that is very surprising, the United States is also very technical.
70:22Like the, the Tyler Adams, Weston McKinney, midfield with, um, Anthony Robinson, kind of like providing the width.
70:30They're, they're very good. Honestly, like, and, and I know, I know it's kind of hard if you don't watch a ton of soccer to understand this.
70:41Balgan is not even like one of the five most important guys on the team to get heard.
70:49Like if you were to miss the game, if you were going to, if you were going to draft the guys in
70:58order of like who you wouldn't want to miss.
71:02I mean, I would say Tyler Adams to me would be number one.
71:07Tyler, Tyler Adams is very, very, uh, important to them.
71:11McKinney, very important. Pull the stitch, very important. Probably, probably Robinson for like Ricardo Pepe or, or, or Haji, right?
71:20Uh, this, this is definitely not true. This is, this is, uh, all due respect, definitely wrong that he's the 100% the most important.
71:30Uh, all right. Three, five, five, three drop in.
71:34You know what? Let's do a Pat Bryant. Our running backs really should be good.
71:40Pat Bryant. And you know what? Kayshawn booty. Also, that's a pretty easy, that's a pretty easy pick.
71:48Uh, roast my exposures. 51% Clayborne. Love it. Emmett Johnson, 38%.
71:52I don't love it as much. I think, I think you're about to learn.
71:58I think you're about to learn Amari Di Mercado digs, 32%.
72:03Great. Dulcich, 31%. Great. Golden, 27%. Love it. Judkins, 27%.
72:07That to me would be the scariest one. Those are, those are not bad.
72:13Uh, I did, I did watch Pepe versus, or I did watch him verse Turkey.
72:19I just think I'm not saying, I'm not saying that, I'm not saying that Balogun is not good.
72:27Balogun is, is very, very good, but we have more, we have more ability to play around that than we would.
72:36Like Berhalter coming in for Tyler Adams would be a huge mistake.
72:41Like, or it would just be a huge error.
72:45Tyler, Tyler Adams is very, very good. In my opinion, I, I agree.
72:50Balogun is our, are legit. Like only like high end striker.
72:55I'm not saying it's, I'm not saying it's good.
72:59The Balogun is out. I would, I would greatly prefer him to play.
73:04We also have good, we have good goal scoring wingers.
73:08I, I would not be, I, I actually would not be opposed to him starting Raina.
73:15He, they will, they will not do it, but I, I would, I would not be opposed to, to Raina starting.
73:24What lessons can we learn from Caleb Johnson last year?
73:28I think the, the, I think the only lesson to be learned is, uh, like you gotta read, you gotta read the, uh, the coach speak correctly.
73:40Cause there, the coach speak made this pretty evident.
73:44Uh, it is not like England losing Harry Kane.
73:47No, it is. It is not like England losing Harry Kane.
73:52Well, it's not like England losing Harry Kane because England is just a much better footballing nation than us.
74:00And they would, they have plenty of other strikers who are quite good.
74:06And Baligan is, is not as good as Harry Kane.
74:10All right. How did we do on this one?
74:14Lawrence, Kyler, Gino, James Cook, Barkley, Josh Jacobs, Jerry and prize, Jaden blue, Garrett Wilson, Brian Thomas, Jr.
74:21Coral and Sutton, Xavier worthy, Stefan digs, Pat Bryant, K Sean booty, Dallas got her.
74:28Dalton Schultz, Pat Friermuth. Could be better. Could be worse.
74:32All right, let's go ship another one. What should we do?
74:36Is there a new contest out? It just passed.
74:40It's noon. Did we get anything new? Nope. Nothing new.
74:44All right, let's go to another BBM. 89. Oh my God.
74:49This is so annoying. All right. Best ball mania.
74:53All right. Ennard. Uh, I already, I already, I already maxed the Dalmatian goods.
74:59Sad, sad to say already maxed the Dalmatian best ball mania.
75:03All right. We are drafting in the 12 slot again with JTL 33, E Mueller 86, Dangletron 81, illustrious Fox, money, Mike, Henny, you to bottle.
75:14Rumsey one, eight, two mile high, jabroni, San Chusi TM long acre and a dub.
75:21Zero. It's lock in and draft a shipper out of the 12 slot.
75:26Uh, can Mexico beat England? I think it's been like 30 years or something since Mexico is lost at the Azteca and
75:36they are playing 7,600 feet above sea level. And Mexico have been training there the whole time.
75:43Whereas England are going to be there for like three days.
75:47I would say, I mean, is, is England even, is England favored in that game?
75:54Or, is, I was going to say Mexico might even be favored in that game.
76:00Let's look. All right. Drafting out of the 12 slot.
76:04Hey, it's probably going to, this is probably going to end up being a Kenneth Walker team world.
76:12World cup, Mexico versus England. England's minus one 40 right now.
76:17Yeah. Higher than Denver. It's, it's insane. It's a huge, huge, huge advantage for Mexico.
76:23They lost there in 2013 to Honduras. It's hunt.
76:27Okay. All right. You guys are going to, you guys are going to get to see my, uh, my dumb American geography.
76:36I'm assuming that Honduras is even more acclimatized. To the elevation than the Mexicans would be.
76:43Does that matter? I don't know. I'd be fine with this.
76:47I would be fine. Moving Tillman up front. I'd be fine.
76:52Playing Pulisic centrally. I'd be fine. Playing Reina centrally.
76:56That is all fine by me. I'd be fine.
77:00Playing Haji, right? Centrally. Any, any of those things work for me.
77:05And, uh, in poch, we trust Pochettino, unbelievably good manager.
77:09All right. Well, not going to get genty. never get genty.
77:14All right, let's do, you know what? Let's do cook and Hampton.
77:19Cook and Hampton. Fine. Fine by me. This is a safe space.
77:24Are there any players you don't want to admit you like or dislike when streaming with, uh, the ADP chasing guys?
77:33No, I mean, the, the, the one that I, the guy that I'm taking now that I wish that I didn't take is Parker Washington.
77:43Not a, not a fan, not a fan of taking Parker Washington, but I take it when, when Parker Washington gets his contract extension.
77:53How high is he going to go? Parker Washington gets, what do we call it?
78:00Three years, $65 million. How high is he going to go in these drafts?
78:06Is he going to get to, he can't get to the fifties.
78:11Can he? I guess he could. Honestly, people love Parker.
78:15Here you go. People love Parker Washington, Parker Smith and Jigba.
78:20I think what did, what did Liam call him?
78:23Liam called him, uh, JSN Jaguar Smith and Jigba.
78:27I mean, again, I can't get there. I think it's, I think it is, uh, unlikely that he ends up being that important.
78:37Honduras is only 684 feet above sea level. Well, there you go.
78:42Dumb American. What is my feel on Tyree kill and Braille and Allen?
78:47I watched, uh, I watched a video on Tyree kills YouTube channel last week.
78:53Someone in a, someone in the chat had pointed it out to me and the, like the, the evidence of that video
79:03to me suggests that Tyree kill is probably going to play football this year.
79:09Again, I like, this is not a, not a, a popular opinion.
79:14No one, no one wants to put their name on Tyree kill as an option this year, but watching the video on
79:23Tyree's YouTube channel, his knee looked his knee and his leg, looked pretty steady.
79:29And seemed pretty motivated. You know, I don't know.
79:33And I like Braylon Allen too. Although reports are that Braylon Allen weighs 245 pounds, which is, which is big.
79:41That is a big boy. That's almost, that's almost a Darnell Washington size.
79:47You know, I think I'm ready to, I think I'm ready to flip to this.
79:53I think I'm ready to say that Tyree kill is a better pick than Brandon.
79:59I think I'm ready. I think we can get there.
80:03What is Brandon? I think we can get there.
80:07What's Brandon? I think I'm going to do stab me, man who just got stabbed.
80:14Parker Washington has wide receiver one overall upside. See that the Parker Washington bros, they are getting, they are getting too bold.
80:23We've let you guys, we've let you guys get away with way too much.
80:29Cause there's no way you just told me that you think Parker Washington has wide receiver one overall upside.
80:37That's crazy, bro. All right. We're going to double up on chargers and double up on that.
80:44We're going to do a book. So we got cook Hampton lad, a book up very chalk team right here.
80:52My, my uniqueness grade here is going to be quite poor, bro.
80:58I don't even, I don't even care about the week seven buys 40% Tyree kill.
81:04Hey man, live, live the life. Yes. You know what?
81:08This is, I did. I got Honduras and Bolivia confused.
81:12Thank you. Thank you. Frederick one. Olivia is the goaded high altitude splits.
81:18Yes. If Willis plays well, but the dolphins still end up with the number one pick, what are the odds they keep him?
81:28I mean, a hundred percent they'll keep him. Cause he's not even, he's not even making that much money.
81:36No, they'll just keep them. And if someone wants to trade for him, they'll, they'll let them trade, but they're not going
81:45to, they're not going to cut them. I can't click the book a button over Garrett Wilson or Ted ever.
81:53I mean, let me, let me bring you guys into my process.
81:58Maybe this will help you guys understand me better, but a lot of my draft strategy, I can be swayed on marginal
82:08decisions pretty easy because I don't really have a strong opinion on who's a better pick, Garrett Wilson or a mech egg Buka.
82:17So if I just read a tweet thread about a mech egg Buka, and it was very bullish on that game Buka,
82:27then probably the next time that I will, that I will draft, I'll probably air on the side of a mech egg Buka.
82:36And then if the next time I go into a draft, I just listened to some podcast or watch some YouTube video
82:46that was highlighting how good the range of outcomes for Ted Arroyo and McMillan are, I'll probably take Ted because I do, I do so many drafts.
82:57I just can't, I can't just draft the same dudes every time, you know, if you were, I mean, I guess some people do.
83:07Who's that guy? FFB wizard who advances like 50% of his teams every year.
83:13I thought show made a decent point this week.
83:17And you guys are naming all the guys for the chargers.
83:22Maybe the correct pick is just Herbert. Yeah. I mean, people are saying Herbert's going to win MVP.
83:29I mean, I, I actually kind of agree with this, that Waddle has a similar amount of upside to, uh, egg Buka,
83:39but because I am very high on jail and model, I think jail and model can be close to what he did as a rookie.
83:49And as a second year player, I mean, jail and model, this is a, this is a true people forget.
83:58Do you guys remember the wide receiver 11 season?
84:01You know, uh, 14.1 points per game is the wide receiver to playing with Tyree kill.
84:08The guy, the guy is really good at football and it's just been covered up by how bad the dolphins have been
84:17the most, like they just have been, the dolphins have basically been the most disappointing team in the NFL.
84:25two seasons in a row, you know? Yeah. At least one person, at least one person is saying that he should have won MVP last year.
84:36You think it, you don't think it Buka, you don't think it Buka can finish as like the wide receiver nine.
84:45I think he, I think he probably can. Uh, did I do any world cup contest on underdog?
84:53Yeah. I, I maxed the contest brother. All right.
84:57Oh, come on. This guy don't take tootin. Don't take toot.
85:01He's going to, Oh God, I thought I did it.
85:06All right, let's go price. And let's go. No chance.
85:10I'm going to get Rome. So you know what?
85:14I'll take Tyler Warren. That's a guy. That's a guy.
85:18I don't take very much. Sure. Why not? Why not?
85:22Why is tootin going this late? You answer, you answer that to me, brother.
85:28I have tootin ranked well out of ADP. Yes.
85:32Guy in the six hole. JSN, AJ Brown, Devonta Smith, Jalen Waddle, Jameson Williams.
85:38There are still some good young peer men alive.
85:42If Marvin Harrison has been pretty bad across multiple quarterbacks in years, what do you have the percentage?
85:49He's actually worth his spot this year. Seems like almost 100% a draft capital pick.
85:55He's had, he's had some stretches. Like Marvin Harrison Jr.
86:00Has had some games. Where you're like, wow, I totally get it.
86:05Remember the Rams game? I want to say it was like his fourth game as a rookie.
86:12He had the three touchdowns in the, in the one quarter.
86:17I, I, I think Marvin Harrison Jr.'s price this year is fine.
86:22Maybe, maybe even, maybe even good. Maybe even good.
86:25Ooh, Ooh, this is actually a great question. Cause this happens every year.
86:31Which team in your opinion is most likely to go from worst to first?
86:37All right. Well, here are options. The jets. No, the Titans.
86:42No, the Browns. No, the Raiders. No, Giants. Maybe, maybe, maybe the giants.
86:47The saints definitely could. The Cardinals couldn't. So you're, you're, I would say I would handicap it.
86:54Saints one Vikings to giants three. Yeah. So the saints, the saints are the Vikings.
87:01Why such a quick no for the Titans. Kim Ward's not that good, bro.
87:06He's, he's not that good. What about worse to average?
87:11The Titans could go from worse to average. No doubt.
87:15No doubt. No doubt. Yeah. They could definitely go from worse to average.
87:20I don't think they can. I don't think they can win the division.
87:26The, the Jag, the Jags are too good. And the Texans honestly are too good.
87:32I think the, I think the Jags are, are likely going to be one of the three or four best teams in the NFL.
87:42If the, I mean, if he's 20th in the NFL, my gunner home bags are feeling good.
87:50Saints, Titan Vikings. I mean, come on the Raiders, artillery frost, the Raiders, the Raiders will never win the AFC West in my lifetime.
88:00If you can, if you can get someone to bet that, if you can get a market maker to make that the
88:09Raiders Raiders ever winning the AFC and Davis Maddox lifetime, take, take that bet.
88:15Cause it's not happening. Wow. All right. Herbert. That's a, that's a bang.
88:20Do I want to do Jaden Reed or do I want to do Addison or Godwin or, you know what?
88:29Let's do downs. Let's double up on Colts. So we got Herbert cook, Hampton price, lad, Buka downs and Warren.
88:37Oh, Oh, C plus C plus grade. Not loving that.
88:42Not loving that. I guess the, the lions, the lions were a last place team.
88:48I guess that is true. So the lions definitely know that the Vikings technically finished behind them to do a bill Simmons.
88:57The Raiders could be frisky. The Raiders could definitely be frisky.
89:02The Raiders could win eight games this year. No doubt.
89:06If, if, am I too slap brain? If I'm looking into who is reffing world cup games, I think the refs have been okay.
89:16All right, there you go. Kev, Kev will be the market maker for the Raiders bet.
89:23What if I get on the Brian Johnson life plan and witness the year 2095 Raiders divisional championship?
89:31Well, yeah, if you listen, if you listen to the, the AI guys, we're all going to live forever.
89:39Now AI is going to solve a digital immortality.
89:42So maybe, maybe you weren't alive in 2003. I said, I said from, from here on out, from here on out, from
89:52the, the, the, so this is what's going to happen.
89:56It's going to happen. Patrick Mahomes is mere existence has changed the moral arc of the universe.
90:03The chiefs will never be a laughingstock again. Even, even when he's gone, they will, they will carry on his resonance.
90:12I'm sure he'll become like a part owner of the team.
90:17And they're just, it's just not going to happen in my lifetime.
90:22The Raiders could easily finish above the chiefs this year.
90:26All right. I'll happily be the market maker. I'll happily be the market maker on that one as well.
90:34I got a neural league chip implanted in my brain so I can draft in my subconscious.
90:41Imagine, imagine drafting on like meta glasses or something.
90:45You wouldn't even have to tap on your phone.
90:49You can just be like, all right, meta glasses, draft Josh downs.
90:54Uh, I have, I started thinking about what team I'm going to root for when my homes retires.
91:01I think I'll, I'll just retire from football. I think, I think, I think when my homes is done, I think that'll just be it for me.
91:13I can do something else. Plenty of jobs out there.
91:17Why not? What do I, what do I need to be talking about football when I'm 54?
91:2454. It's over. I'll go, I'll, uh, you know what I'll do when, when my homes is done, I will go get,
91:34uh, a philosophy PhD or a creative writing PhD.
91:37And, and that'll just be it. That'll be it for me.
91:42I can do something else with my life. Finally, how much of a dipperino is this on?
91:49Okay. Well, I was going to say how much of a dipperino is this on Michael Wilson?
91:56Ooh, well, I got to take one of these quarterbacks.
92:01Okay. Let's do, let's do golden and let's do love Herbert love cook Hampton price, lad, Ibuka downs, golden Warren three quarterbacks is 16% advance.
92:11I'm going to weird part of the tree with four running backs.
92:16Yeah. I'm just, this is not going to be a great advance rate grade and that's okay.
92:23Do you view the Broncos or the chargers? I mean, the Broncos are definitely a better team as it stands now, but
92:33I'm pretty, I mean, obviously as the thumbnail to this video would attest, I'm, I'm pretty worried about the chargers.
92:41I think the chargers could be so good. They have, they have, the chargers have had the pieces and I like McDaniel
92:50could just unlock so much for Herbert. Herbert could just be making layup throw after layup throw.
92:58The run fits are so good. The only thing that is saving me from like truly dooming about the chargers taking over
93:07the vision is that the chargers are, are built on a haunted burial ground and Murphy's law applies like extra, extra to the chargers.
93:17Whatever can go wrong for the chargers will go wrong.
93:21That's just, that is just a fact of life.
93:25Like, I mean, think of all the hilarious ways that Philip rivers and Justin Herbert have lost games.
93:33Like just like search in your memory, some of the most hilarious losses and they're all chargers losses.
93:40It's really, it's the only thing that, that keeps me going.
93:45I mean, here you go. This, this screenshot right here, this is what leads me to believe that there is nothing for me to fear, but fear itself.
93:57There you go up 27, zero, and they lose a playoff game to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
94:04You guys remember that? You remember where you were?
94:07I mean, there's no, there's no explanation for that in a rational way.
94:13That's just, that's just a curse. That's just a cursed organization, cursed franchise.
94:18Wow. My guy goods was at that game. That's an all.
94:23I mean, that's an all timer. If they scored two more points, they would have won.
94:30I mean, yeah, there you go. There's the, there's the, there's the chargers.
94:35Like that's the chargers history, right there. Wow. Mayfield still available.
94:40I'm definitely taking Baker. If he gets there one 32 and they, yeah, and they brought Staley back to start the next season.
94:50I'm just saying, dude, the chargers, the chargers are going to charge.
94:55What are you going to do about it? You know, I was playing poker during that game and every single person at
95:04the table agreed to stop playing and watch. It's incredible.
95:08Uh, all right. I'm going to have to do something that is not going to make me proud.
95:16Oh no, I can't. Oh, do I take Keaton or do I take C rod?
95:22Oh no. Oh no. I got to take C rod here.
95:27No, no, no. Don't succumb to the dark side.
95:31I'm taking them both. I almost, I almost came to the dark side there.
95:37Keaton missile, baby. I can't, I can't do it.
95:40I can't do it. Well, this, this team now officially hopes that Keaton and Hampton are, are the H and a most or, or, or we can advance.
95:52You know what? I honestly, I honestly was going to take Chris Rodriguez there, but I remember how bad it felt when
96:01we took C rod on the stream yesterday. And then this was also what got me triple, triple week seven by C rod.
96:11Wasn't going to help me in week seven. Anyway, my, my week seven running back is just Jadarian price right now anyway.
96:20And so it didn't, it didn't, it didn't help me regardless.
96:25So I, I think, I mean, I don't know.
96:29I'd be, I'd be curious. I'd be curious to, to run that through a SIM or whatever, but I don't, I don't hate that.
96:39I mean, what's just going to have to happen is this is probably gonna have to be a three, six, seven, two.
96:48I don't know. We'll see. Just drafted a Mahomes rice missile Bowers, BBM hundred gifted.
96:55If it ships, not being a hater, but Hampton Keaton has to be mega ass.
97:01Right? How does that get there? All right. Well, I got you, bro.
97:07I'm going to Mr. Mr. Jabroni. I'm going to open.
97:11I'm going to open your eyes. Okay. 2023 Miami dolphins coach.
97:15Mike McDaniel points for second in the national football league at a 32.
97:21Lost in the wild card to the Kansas city chiefs, but you might notice in their backfield, 18 touchdowns for Raheem Mostert,
97:30eight touchdowns for Devin H and just via the ground.
97:34Both of them contributed in the passing game, 25 and 21 receptions.
97:39The piece you just have to, if you, if you want to believe that this is true, you just have to say
97:49that Kamani by Dell is the combination. Jeff Wilson, Chris Brooks, Saban Ahmed.
97:54It's a, it's a big bet on the chargers.
97:58It's just, it's a huge, really. It's just a massive, massive, massive bet on Mike McDaniel.
98:05I don't, I don't think I can take Kamani by Dell.
98:09I think I, I think I'm, I'm done with, uh, I think I'm, I'm done with chargers on this team.
98:18What am I, if not a pattern matcher? And it's basically my job.
98:23My job is basically to be the best pattern matcher in the world, right?
98:29If you, if you think about what, what, what is best ball?
98:34Actually, you gotta be doing, you gotta be doing some pattern matching.
98:40And it's kind of the, it's kind of the, the nature of, of humanity.
98:45We, we do, we, we evolved to match patterns and being able to be good at pattern matching allowed us to survive longer.
98:55Now you could argue that our modern, our modern world has evolved past the need to pattern match.
99:03God, do I take Gadsden too? I mean, this is a huge, uh, it's actually not that big of a, of an ADP value on him.
99:14Uh, definitely going to take Debo. And then do I dare take Gadsden too?
99:20Who would I be? Who would I be missing here that I really want?
99:26And I guess someone like Spears actually probably helps this team.
99:30Probably helps this team a lot. Actually, I'm going to let Gadsden go here.
99:36I'm going to let Gadsden go. I mean, I was going to say McDaniel in general, if we go look at the McDaniel coaching.
99:46All right. So let's go look at the 2020 or here.
99:51How about this? The 2021 San Francisco 49ers. Their backfield was 200 touches for Elijah Mitchell, 79 in nine games for Jeff Wilson.
100:01Debo had eight rushing touchdowns on 59 rushes. Sermon got in a little bit.
100:07Um, do Michael hasty got in a little bit.
100:10And then the 2022 dolphins had. Most or Jeff Wilson, chase Edmonds and Sivan Ahmed and miles Gaskin all getting touches.
100:19Really? The only time that you saw workhorse usage was 20.
100:24And would you even say the 2024? A chance stuff was monster usage.
100:2985 rushes for most or 68 for jail and right.
100:3416 for Jeff Wilson. I don't know, man. I don't know.
100:38I think, I think my pattern is matched and I think, I think it's an okay pattern.
100:45And I think Tajay Spears just solved a little bit of those issues.
100:51I mean, maybe not, maybe not. Under 10 weeks until game one.
100:56Incredible. Yeah. David Attenborough. One of the, uh, one of the all time greats, David Attenborough, truly one of the believe, believe
101:05he is, uh, when they do, when they do polls of like greatest living Britain, David Attenborough is always pretty high up there as he should be.
101:17But Gadsden getting to one. Gad dude. Okay. That's really funny.
101:21Gadsden and Terrence Ferguson. This right here is like Corain's influence and my influence all at once.
101:29Back to back picks. Gadsden and T Ferg. Literally we, we Gadsden falling to one 73 because of the Kolar propaganda and T Ferg up to one 74.
101:40That is so funny. I mean, come on. We got to take, we got to take Kolar.
101:48Oh, Dulcich and Helm go. That is tough. That is tough.
101:52Oh, nevermind. Oh dude. Don't take, okay. This guy can't take Schultz, right?
101:58He can't possibly. Oh, is he auto drafting? He is going to take Schultz.
102:04Okay. No. All right. So Schultz for our first pick, definitely need another wide receiver.
102:10Lad, Igbuka, Downs, Golden, Debo. Do I take Judy?
102:14Judy is week 17 correlation. Yeah, let's do it.
102:18Let's do, let's do Mr. Schultz and then let's do Judy.
102:22All right. So Warren and Schultz, Judy adds in a little bit more floor there, and then we can think about what
102:31we want to do with our final two. Uh, I am, I am not a David and Joku drafter.
102:40I gotta be honest. I would rather take Kalar.
102:43This David and Joku contract. I think it was reported differently.
102:48This contract is nothing. One year, $3 million, 850 K signing bonus, 850 gig guaranteed.
102:54The base salary is the veteran minimum. And all the rest of it is incentives.
103:01There's a, there's an active roster bonus and then there is incentives, but that is, that is as small of a contract
103:10as he could have signed basically, uh, with his, with his service time.
103:15I think, I think sadly, I can't, I it's, I can't get this fancy with this team.
103:23Cause I think the only way to land the plane with this team, Herbert love Baker, cook Hampton, price, Keaton Spears, lad, Ibuka downs, golden Debo, Judy.
103:34I think the, I actually think I might need to take six running backs just to have another one active in week seven.
103:44Cause I don't know if price and Spears are going to be good enough, but I, I don't think I, I think
103:53I'm, I don't think I can do the fancy plays.
103:57The flip side is it's an ultimate contract here.
104:01I mean, he just might not have anything left though, is the issue.
104:07I mean, really the, the issue at the end of the day is that you can't pay guys to be good.
104:15You can't, you can't pay guys to be, healthy Jefferson for GP Adams.
104:21Who's GP GP Adams in the 20, 27 first.
104:25I mean, 20, 27 first are very, very valuable GP who's GP GW.
104:30He's not even next to W on the, Oh, Pickens.
104:34Uh, thank you. Thank you. Pickens. Uh, yeah. Give me the Pickens Adams, 21 first side.
104:41I think let's do maybe, maybe Kalen black. That's still kind of fancy play ish.
104:48Definitely. Why? Oh, you know what? This is kind of the definition of a Cooper cup team where I just need someone who's literally going to be active.
104:59I mean, I think some players who you frequently refer to by their initials, I think is fine.
105:07I don't think I've ever heard of Pickens as GP before though.
105:12All right. I'm going to take Cooper cup. And then I'm also going to take maybe justice Hill.
105:20Who are the Ravens week seven? Oh, they play the bangles.
105:24I'm going to take justice. So yeah, just, I just need a, I just need a live body there.
105:32GM, GM, Chad. All right. Final team, Justin Herbert, Jordan love, Baker Mayfield, James cook, Amari and Hampton, Janarian price, Keaton missile,
105:42Tajay Spears, justice Hill, lad McConkey, E mecca, I buka, Josh downs, Matthew golden, Debo, Samuel, Jerry, Judy, Cooper cup, Tyler Warren and Dalton.
105:52Schultz. All right. How many likes on this stream right now?
105:56We have got, let me check the analytics. Cause if you guys get to, I don't know how many people are watching right now.
106:07301 people watching right now and 83 likes. All right.
106:11115 likes. I'll do one more. 115 likes. We'll hop in one more.
106:16How about that? Does that work? Hey, this is great advice.
106:21Tips from a 49 year old. Make sure you guys are getting your creatine in.
106:27I take creatine every day, brother. I take, uh, I take 10 grams of creatine a day though.
106:35We can do, we can do an elim. Um, but you guys got to get the, you guys have to get the
106:44requisite number of likes or we're not doing it.
106:48115, uh, 113. All right. Good enough. Let's, uh, let's rip an elim.
106:53Please don't make me do it on my phone.
106:57gosh, darn it. Uh, I've already, I've already maxed the pit bull.
107:02I wish, I wish that one was, I wish that one was 20 max.
107:08Could he really be washed though? We were taking this guy before fan and got there.
107:15I think with tight ends, it just goes brother.
107:19I think that's how it goes. All right. And we are in the elim bang active command F eliminator.
107:27Here we go. Start shortly. We are drafting with slappy white goods, Patrick Barnes, YouTube carved muffin, two, five, three TD magnet,
107:36Chad candles, a word on sports, William delay, mile high, jabroni and J beer already.
107:43We are drafting out of the 10 slot. Dude, Patrick Barnes never, never leaves.
107:48He never leaves. Oh, we got him folks. Put the puppy in the bag.
107:54New me, put the puppy in the bag. Who aims just, who aims just put the shysty on.
108:02There are nine contests open in the lobby. Who aims nine.
108:07You don't want to play the eliminator. I don't know.
108:11I don't think I, here's the deal. I literally don't think Patrick Barnes watches my channel.
108:18You guys know that Patrick Barnes has a, has a huge YouTube.
108:23Uh, how many low stakes? I mean, eliminators 10.
108:26They just had, they just had a, uh, they just had a $3 one.
108:32Just bill. They just had a $1 contest. Two days ago.
108:37Gentie is the best first pick. First round pick in the one Oh three.
108:43Okay. Well, I just, I just, my brain just didn't work right there.
108:48Gentie is the best first round pick after the one dot three in the LM.
108:55I agree. Uh, what do I think on the Penn state running backs, Nick Singleton and Katron.
109:02I am a fan of Singleton's game. I don't love Katron.
109:07Honestly, I'm not, I take Katron honestly as a balance for, cause I liked your Corey Krosky merit Singleton.
109:15I can actually squint and see like a difference making NFL running back.
109:20Not that you should like care what my scouting stuff is, but Katron Katron came out pretty poor in the slot model.
109:29Yes. I would say, I would say with a high degree of certainty that the, puppy three is going to come out.
109:39Uh, and I am going to take, you know what?
109:43I'm going to get weird. I'm going to take Barkley.
109:47Barkley is a later by Barkley at 10. Why not?
109:51Is there any difference in strategy for a single entry best ball contest?
109:57First one 50. I mean, I'm like, basically the EV of an individual team doesn't change.
110:04It's just going to come down to, and you know what?
110:08I'm going to take Walker over Hampton too. I don't care, dude.
110:13I don't care. You need come, Mo's in the E-Lim brother.
110:18Like the, the EV of your individual team is not any different.
110:23It just becomes about your risk tolerance. Patrick Barnes, YouTube drafts thousands of best ball teams has a huge YouTube channel about his dog.
110:33No, literally dude. It's, he literally is living my dream.
110:37He literally, he is literally living my dream. It's okay for them to neglect us one day.
110:45Yeah. Patrick Barnes, YouTube has a, he's got like a, he's got like a Claude tool.
110:51And, uh, the Claude tool is just like, Hey, whenever, whenever Davis, whenever Davis is in a lobby, I got to get him.
111:01He's got the, he's got the bum hunting tool.
111:05Hampton, Hampton doesn't play. Does Hampton play the car?
111:09Yes. Hampton does play the Cardinals week one. I know that because I'm also projecting Keaton Mitchell to get a bazillion points in that game as well.
111:20All right. Well, what are my picks going to be here?
111:25Ooh, Bowers at 18. So Barkley week 10 Walker week five.
111:29I mean, it sucks. It does. The chiefs having an early by week does suck.
111:36I mean, early, early by week is a huge deal in the eliminator.
111:41I mean, obviously I'm, I'm doing a, I'm doing a little bit of, uh, I'm doing a little bit of astrology bro there.
111:51Cause I don't really know, but my just intuitively, intuitively thinking through it.
111:56I'm like, yeah, that does suck. I'd watch for at least a few minutes of doing week one projections in July.
112:05I mean, I don't do them, but I, I do have access to, uh, like I have access to the sheet that
112:15we use to do the, the run, the Sims projections.
112:19So like I could theoretically, I could, I could pull up the sheet that the run, the Sims guys use to do the projections.
112:29I actually, I actually, I'm looking at my bookmarks thing and I don't even have, I don't even have it bookmarked anymore.
112:38Showing you, showing you how involved I am with the, uh, showing you how involved I am with the projection process.
112:47I do. I have a quant for that too, just for one game, make up some numbers.
112:54Uh, 18 rushes, 900 yards. Keep Mitchell week one, 90 yards per carry.
113:00You know what? And nothing ever happens either. And I'm going to take Josh Jacobs here.
113:07Josh Jacobs is a freaking jam in the eliminator.
113:10Honestly, I don't even, I don't even think that this is that bad of a, of a strategy to just try and get through week one.
113:21Keep Mitchell versus a middle school team who gets more yards.
113:26Wait, hold on. Do I dare? Do I dare take a fourth running back in a row?
113:33Might as well. What, what could go wrong? Who gets more yards?
113:38Keaton Mitchell against the Cardinals in week one or Davis Maddox versus a middle school team?
113:45Who gets more yards? Keaton's Keaton's Keaton's going to have like 350 yards.
113:51I'd have at least 350. First week game, Wednesday night football.
113:55Rematch. Pats versus Seahawks. Fantasy points by player. Drake May gets 19.
114:00Darnold gets 14. Judarian Price gets 21. Ramondre gets nine.
114:05Henderson gets 6.7. AJ Brown has 13 targets, but only six catches for 82 yards.
114:11Eli Raritan catches the only Patriots touchdown. AJ Barner has multiple tush pushes for first downs, but doesn't score a touchdown.
114:20I did. I did see. I did see this.
114:24Yes. The Japanese men's team played against 100 elementary school kids.
114:28That is, that is exactly what it would look like for me.
114:3311 middle schoolers versus Davis Maddox or 11 Davis Maddox versus a grizzly bear.
114:3911 Davis Maddox are getting murdered by a grizzly bear.
114:43I don't think, I don't think you guys know how big a grizzly bear is.
114:5011 middle schoolers have no chance versus me. They're not only, not only am I have grown man strength, but I'm also a dad now.
115:00So I now have dad strength. Grown man plus dad strength.
115:05You're not beating it. Yeah. All right. Everyone prognosticate the exact backfield split week one.
115:11I'm going 16 total touches for Judarian Price, 14 rushes, two receptions.
115:16George Helani plays 19 snaps, but does not touch the ball.
115:21Emmanuel Wilson plays four snaps and gets rushes on all of them.
115:26Patriots backfield. Ramondre plays more snaps. He gets 12 total touches.
115:31Trevion Henderson gets nine touches, but scores a 27 yard receiving touchdown.
115:36And land Larrison comes out of nowhere to win the running back three job for the New England Patriots, but only plays on special teams in the game.
115:48Rairden Rairden outscores Hunter Henry fantasy points. If 11 Davis Maddox go up the U S men's national team, how many U
115:57S men's national teams players would need to have red cards for me to score a goal?
116:04Eight, nine. And if there's a, if, if one of them, like the, the goalie is, uh, the, the, if there's a goalie, I'm not scoring.
116:15Oh, okay. Well, this is gonna, this is going to work out for me here.
116:21Actually, this is going to be, this is going to be nice.
116:27Cause I got two wide receivers. I like here.
116:30This guy's going to auto draft Loveland. So let's do G.
116:35Uh, where's Christian Watson is a later by. And I already have, Ooh, except I are.
116:42Okay. I'm going to do JMO actually. JMO's fine.
116:46Dubs, dubs yard, yard mugs, AJ Brown. This would actually be a really funny bit.
116:52If they did a 12 of 12 advance, I'm 53 with arthritis and more screws in my fibula and ankle.
117:00Then you find blows. If I'm rushing for a hundred yards against middle school kids, I'm gonna need a high school offensive line blocking for me.
117:11No, you get, you get the same middle school team.
117:16Um, but, but, uh, Roma duns a or BTJ.
117:19Uh, we'll do Rome week 10 by that's fine.
117:23I have not gotten Rashi at pick. I've won't, I have not, I've not done too many.
117:30Uh, I've not done too many eliminators yet. I think this is only like my seventh one.
117:38Yes. I'm taking all the running backs, brother. Barkley Walker, Jacobs, Montgomery.
117:43I'm, I'm boomer. Mogging. That's what they're, that's what they're saying out there.
117:48I am a boomer. Mogging live, live you, uh, you, you either die a hero or you live long enough to see
117:57yourself become the villain, which is exactly what's happened with me and with running backs.
118:04I mean, it is so funny to go back and just like, think about some of the fantasy football teams we've drafted
118:13or some of the, some of the, the, the BBM teams, you know, like we were, we, we were not even, we were not even close.
118:24How many PKs do you think you would convert out of five versus an MLS goalie?
118:31Zero, none. And I, I mean, I played soccer.
118:35Like I, I feel like I can strike a ball.
118:39Not, not well, like I didn't even play like high school soccer, but I'm not like, you know, I'm not going to
118:48look like Dave Portnoy trying to kick a soccer ball.
118:52Like I, I can do it. Wow. All right.
118:56Great question. I want, I want everyone to answer this.
119:00Pretend you get the full Freddie experience. If you're watching this video on replay, I also want you guys to answer this.
119:10Mount Rushmore of Americana you'd have as a tourist visit, be as creative as you'd like.
119:16So I think you definitely want to go to a football game, right?
119:22I don't, I don't think you can do America without going.
119:27I'd say, I'd say you want to go to a bear Bryant stadium.
119:32So I'm saying bear Bryant stadium, you go to Tuscaloosa on a Saturday, you go to a game, go and go an sec football game, bear Bryant.
119:43I'm going Yellowstone national park, Yellowstone national park. You get to see, uh, you see old faithful, you get to do the big hikes.
119:54I think you have to do New York city.
119:57I I'm trying to think of like what the most American New York, because there, there's no city that is more American than that.
120:08What is the most American thing you can do in New York city?
120:13Like maybe go to like, uh, the, I guess, I guess you, you get to have the full Fred experience.
120:21So I get to go, I get to go to like whatever three star Michelin restaurant is in New York.
120:30Uh, whatever, whatever the nicest dining experiences in New York.
120:34Uh, cause American food, we, we, people give American food such crap, but there are, uh, huge advances being, being made in food here all the time.
120:46Like we do a lot, we do a lot of revolutionary food stuff.
120:51Uh, is this a, this is a dipperino on Caleb.
120:55We'll take Caleb Williams. And then what do I want to, what's for honestly, you know what, you know what, if you
121:05really wanted, if you really wanted the thing, if you wanted to get, get the true like American thing, you'd have to drive.
121:14That is the, the most, the most uniquely American thing is getting in a car and just like driving, like for 10
121:24hours that, that is, or, or writing in, um, writing in like a, a super nice, like old school, like sleeper car
121:33train all the way down the East coast or something.
121:37But yeah, it would be, it would be something like this.
121:42It would be driving Texas tip to tip or something like that.
121:47Route, route 66. That, that is really, really American.
121:51Uh, we're going to do Godwin here. I don't know.
121:55I don't, I don't have a great, I don't have a great fourth, but I, I do think that the key part
122:04of it, is you driving, driving is huge. Driving is you.
122:09That would be, that would be the, the maximal participate in a dual God, Branson, Missouri.
122:16Any of you guys ever done Branson, Missouri? I have done Branson, Missouri.
122:21Let me tell you. Not an experience you need to do for getting ranch.
122:27Hmm. No. Cause there, there's, there's big gambling in Europe.
122:31There are, there are super nice big casinos and stuff in Europe.
122:36So I don't, I don't think that counts. Yeah, I do think, I do think for, uh, Europeans, the, the, the most
122:46key thing you can do to get a sense of America is, is to drive or do a train.
122:54Yellowstone, NYC football game, drive coast to coast. Yeah.
122:57Santa, Santa Monica, Santa Monica, Laguna beach, like whatever, like something, something in LA on the coast.
123:05I think you also, yeah, I think that's unlimited refills and AC at chain restaurants is my funny, but real answer.
123:13Yeah. Yeah. You know what? You know, what is very American like going to Chili's?
123:20Is there any, is there anything more American than going to Chili's?
123:25I don't think so. Sit in middle economy on a transcontinental flight.
123:30Ooh, Ooh, I, I agree. I agree that, that LA sucks.
123:35Very, very much agree. I'm, I'm not an LA guy.
123:39I'm also not a New York guy. I'm a, I'm a small town guy, but I, I feel like the two most
123:48quintessentially American cities are Los Angeles and New York city.
123:52I don't even really think, I don't even really think there's an argument.
123:58Maybe, maybe you could argue for Chicago, but I don't, I don't, I don't think so.
124:05I don't think so. And I'm not even, I'm not even saying these places are good.
124:11I'm like scared of these places. I went to, I went to New York with Peter and, and, and I was scared.
124:21I, I, I did not, I did not like New York, man.
124:26Well, it was fine. It's not for me. I'm, I'm a, I'm aware of, I'm aware of my limitations as a human being.
124:35And I, I do not like big cities that much.
124:40Uh, okay. Michael Pittman Jr. Don't, don't snipe me, bro.
124:44Michael Pittman Jr. Very important to what I'm building here.
124:48Although I do have double week, 10 buys with the doon.
124:53Yeah. Okay. There we go. Michael Pittman Jr. And then the golf already go.
124:59Yeah. Golf already went. Shoot. All right. Well, I guess sometimes you got to eat it.
125:05Just getting back from driving across the United States.
125:09Uh, there is nothing American about New York city.
125:13I, I would, I would beg you to reevaluate your framework for viewing the world.
125:19Cause you are dead ass wrong, sir. All right.
125:23Uh, but, but, but, but, but, uh, except they, they both have week 10 buys.
125:30Damn. Well, you know what? I'm going to take another quarterback anyway.
125:35So we are going to take Mayfield. I don't know.
125:39There's nothing American about New York city. That's the, that's the, I've had a lot of crazy YouTube comments.
125:47I think there's nothing American about the most, the most American city is crazy, bro.
125:53That is, that is like the, that is the, the promise of America is New York sitting in LA right now.
126:02And from New York, if you spend some time in another place, it isn't so done.
126:09I'm sure, I'm sure I would get, I'm sure I would get used to it over time, but like, dude, you know,
126:18I, I go outside my door right now and I see trees.
126:23I hear birds and things. I didn't, I didn't say, I didn't say I hated it.
126:30I definitely, I definitely did not. I definitely did not hate New York city.
126:36It just was, it just was overwhelming to me.
126:40Basically a lot of people, a lot of buildings, you know, I am a, I was, I mean, I was born in
126:49Montana and I was raised in a small town in Kansas with like 40,000 people.
126:55There were two high schools, you know, I, I think probably the, the tallest building where I was born, like maybe, maybe five stories, maybe.
127:06So every, every building being 90 stories is, is crazy.
127:10You know, for me, for me, I live in South Philly on a tree line street with birds.
127:18Not every city is a concrete jungle. Yeah. I mean, you know, there's what, uh, the brownstones in New York and stuff, all of that.
127:28Uh, yeah. Billings, Montana swim. That is where I was born.
127:33As someone from New York city, it's definitely overstimulating basically at this point for people trying to make as much money as possible.
127:43Then move to the burbs. Hey, the burbs everywhere are underrated.
127:47The burbs, the burbs are, are very underrated. It's, uh, you know, it's not bad being, being a, being a suburbanite is, is honestly fine.
127:58All right. What am I going to, what am I doing with this team?
128:04Double week, 10 buys a quarterback. Not my best.
128:08Caleb Baker, Barkley, Walker, Jacobs, Montgomery, Jamo, Rome, Godwin Pittman.
128:12Although more quarterbacks are here than I thought. So maybe I actually played this correctly.
128:1840 K is a concrete metropolis. Grew up in a town of 1100 graduated with 36 people.
128:25Dude, what? This is a crazy gold golden at one 30.
128:30Ooh, yes. Have you guys seen tornadoes? Cause they don't really have those in Europe, right?
128:37Cause they're too far North. Tornadoes are crazy. I've seen tornadoes.
128:41Many, many of them. Uh, I mean, I'm taking golden here, dude.
128:46I don't even, I don't, I know that. Well, the bias actually fine.
128:52Pick one 30 golden. I don't, I don't hate any of these places, brother.
128:58I just said, it's not for me. It's not, it's not for me.
129:03I feel the same way. Like I, I go to, I go to Chicago a lot and Chicago is even kind of too much for me.
129:14Um, but, but, but do I take a tight end?
129:19Do I, Andrew's week? Yeah. I'm just going to take Andrews.
129:23I don't even care about stacks a week, a week, 13 buys quite nice.
129:29I just, uh, I'm frankly, you know, honestly, a lot of, a lot of what, a lot of what plays into it
129:38is that I, I don't like leaving my, I don't like leaving my house that much.
129:45You know, if we're, if we're being, if we're being real, real, I just don't like to leave my house that much.
129:54I, I, I prefer, I prefer to be in my house or in my backyard or whatever.
130:02This, this is so true. This is the most, this is the most American experience.
130:08The iPad flip for the 15% coffee tip that, that I, it really, you're, you're not getting, you're not getting more American than that.
130:18You know, that, that is, that is peak Midwest lifestyles, chilling at home, leave once a week for groceries.
130:26I do get up and go to the gym in the morning.
130:31So I do leave, I do leave the house and I live in a, I live in a neighborhood where we can
130:41walk, you know, there are sidewalks, there are little corner stores and stuff.
130:46So I can go put my kid in the stroller.
130:50Like I can go, I can go walk around, which is, uh, Oh, it's just going to ask you a couple of questions.
131:00Here's your coffee. It's just going to ask you a couple of questions.
131:05Just like, Hey, chat. It's just a couple of questions, bro.
131:10Everyone settle down. That's just going to ask you a couple of questions.
131:16I'll tell, I will say this. I, I worked for tips cause I was a delivery driver in college.
131:24So I get it. I always tip whenever, whenever I do food delivery or whatever, I always, I do always tip.
131:33I don't really do it that much anymore. Um, the big one, and this is, this is big.
131:40This is, here's, here's some, here's some advice. Here's some alpha for you.
131:46Actually, if you have a neighborhood coffee shop, always tip at least 15%.
131:51Cause it is so nice to have a place that you can go.
131:57You could just, you know, the people it's friendly.
132:00Like this is, this is a quality of life thing.
132:05Cause there's a coffee shop, like basically like right next to my house that I go to all the time.
132:13I walk my dog there. I take my son there.
132:17We hang out, we sit on the patio, whatever.
132:21And it is insanely nice to know the people that work there to have it all be friendly.
132:29Like it's, that is a, that is a price I'm willing to pay for the environment.
132:35To be there. That, that is a, that is a tip.
132:40I don't, that I don't mind making, but the, when you're, when you're at Starbucks or whatever, and it's like, Hey, it's
132:49just going to ask you a couple of questions.
132:53Yes. And also this is true. It's like, it's the easiest thing to do.
132:59Obviously getting coffee is go to a small place instead of Starbucks.
133:04Man, chig feels like a jam here too. And then I take Rogers, right?
133:10Or do I take Rogers first? It's probably more annoying to miss on Rogers.
133:16So assuming I don't get snapped here, that's actually who I'm going to take.
133:22Rogers, a very important eliminator player. I feel. Yeah.
133:26All right. There we go. Rogers. Yeah. Food service in general.
133:30They're, they're like YouTubers. They, they live, they live, they live off tips.
133:36They're, they're, they're just like, they're just like me.
133:40My department does a group lunch every Thursday. We don't do any, there you go.
133:46That's pretty bad-ass. Uh, do I dare take Gadsden?
133:50There's not really an obvious stack for me anywhere.
133:54Is there? Yeah. They're all kind of later. Ooh, you know what?
133:59I just think Adonai Mitchell is a good pick.
134:03Yeah. I'm going to take Adonai Mitchell and then I'm going to figure it out later at tight end.
134:11All right. Uh, immediately after this video, there is going to be a premiere of a brand new video, the deep sleepers.
134:20And by deep, I mean, they really are deep.
134:24These are, these are the deepest sleepers that you were going to find in fantasy football.
134:30I've done the research. So you guys don't have to, that's over on the Matic fantasy football channel.
134:38If you guys are not subscribed to the Matic fantasy football channel, it would do me a great service for you guys to check that channel out.
134:49So I would, uh, I would appreciate it. And I would also appreciate if any of you guys like these tools or
134:59my rankings, or you just want to support me, you want to support the channel.
135:05Uh, if you guys wanted to subscribe to flock fantasy.com code Davis, we have the season pass, which is only 34 bucks,
135:14which is exactly what it sounds like. It just gets you the seasonal stuff.
135:20It's going to help you in your, your redraft league.
135:25If you want, uh, all, if you want the all inclusive stuff, dynasty rankings, dynasty trade calculator, the predict tab, the comparison tool, the prospect modeling, that's $97.
135:36And then if you want the best ball thing, that's the annual mother flocker plus best ball thing.
135:44That's $147 for a whole year, which is pretty nice.
135:48I actually think it is, uh, is a pretty good deal.
135:53And then we're also going to cook up, we'll cook up, uh, a world cup, pick them.
136:00And then we will, yeah, 992 drafts. You guys weren't supposed to see that bro.
136:069, hundred and 92 drafts completed. What can I say?
136:11What can I say? Next year, all starting quarterbacks are going before round 10.
136:17You know, that'll be, that'll be really, that'll be really interesting.
136:21I wonder, I wonder what the, uh, the market reaction to that will be.
136:27Yeah. What, what is going to happen next year in fantasy football, assuming that three quarterbacks ends up being a dominant strategy again this year.
136:38Like what if three quarterback is a really strong advance rate and everything this season, that, that will be quite interesting.
136:47Like, are we going to be drafting Gino Smith in the 11th round?
136:52I mean, I guess maybe it's possible, right? That can't, I, I mean, I hope it doesn't happen.
137:00I guess, I guess it could. Would that would make like Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen, Drake may that, that would make those
137:09guys like some of the best picks on the board, basically.
137:14Uh, Ooh, are we, this might even end up being a four tight end team.
137:20I don't particularly like any of these running backs here.
137:24All right, let's take Cade Otten for the stack arena.
137:28If underdog opens ADP that way, it does, it does dictate the opening market.
137:34I mean, there are still things happening. Um, Oh, I just realized I can't do the pick them because my, my geolocation is not working.
137:45So I guess we can't all the only, the only thing that I really, really like today is Martin Baturina to generate
137:54a goal or assist against Portugal on the dog app is the only one that I quite like.
138:02All right. Let's do, I do need one more running back.
138:06Probably. Let's save it. Let's save it actually. Cause we're going to take another tight end right here.
138:14And I'm going to take my boy T Ferg as my third tight end.
138:20Then we got two more picks. I was, I, I don't, the thing is, is I don't know if Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson would correspondingly move up.
138:32That's, I guess that's the interesting question. I don't, I don't know if, uh, if it would, I mean, theoretically in a
138:41draft where Tyler shock is going at one 15, Lamar Jackson at 51 is a huge value.
138:48Like that is, that is kind of one of the interesting things about the market right now.
138:55And Jacob has been making this point and it's why these builds, you know, the Caleb Williams, the Justin Herbert, the Joe Burrow, Trevor Lawrence, jail hurts.
139:07It's why those teams feel so, they feel so cozy, you know, because you're getting quarterback one production, but you're not really
139:16like, Oh, I passed up on Cortland Sutton to take Trevor Lawrence.
139:21I passed up on DK Metcalf to take Drake may I passed up on RJ Harvey to take jail and hurts.
139:30Hmm. Yeah. See, like I think in that meta, I think I would rather pay pick 29 for Josh Allen.
139:38I, uh, I, I think I would, I would obviously need to do, do my own research on that before answering, but
139:48I, I, I mean, there are arguments to be had on job.
139:53I mean, Josh Allen went at 41 in this draft to William.
139:58That feels, that feels very rational, very reasonable to me personally.
140:03For it, pick 41, Josh Allen. I know that, um, from talking to some of the SIM guys that like Josh Allen
140:12at that price is still not great. Like the, like he's not, he's not popping all that much in the SIM based stuff.
140:22They're cozy for the regular season. It would make me nervous.
140:26Any elite quarterbacks crap their pants and playoffs. Maybe there's a reason an elite quarterback hasn't won since Liam with Josh Allen.
140:36Well, it just puts a lot of weight, just puts a lot of weight on one guy is, is, is the reality of the situation.
140:46It's just the one guy just has to be very good.
140:51There's no way, there's no way around it. Like you can't, you can't win with third round Josh Allen.
140:59If Josh Allen gets 14 points in, in week 16 or whatever, you know, and at running back and a wide receiver
141:08and stuff, you just have more outs. Like you can survive, you can survive a bad week from David Montgomery, Chris Godwin or whatever.
141:18Um, just cause you have, you have more options.
141:22Uh, we're going to take justice Hill at running back as our running back five.
141:28And then as our final wide receiver, we are going to take Taequann Thornton or Jalen Noel.
141:36I'm going to press the autopilot button there. I'll also put, Ooh, you know what?
141:42Keenan Allen also, I think is an option there.
141:46But on the flip side in the three quarterback meta, you could have two lower guys, ping pong week 15, 16 and get the new week 17.
141:57Exactly. Yeah, exactly. You are exactly correct. All right, there we go.
142:02We did it. Final team, Caleb Williams, Baker Mayfield, Aaron Rogers, Saquon Barkley, Ken Walker, Josh Jacobs, David Montgomery, Justice Hill, Jamison
142:11Williams, Roma Dunze, Chris Godwin, Michael Pittman Jr., Matthew Golden, Adonai Mitchell, Taequann Thornton, Mark Anderson, Andrews, Kate Odden, and Terrence Ferguson.
142:21Lovely hanging out with all you guys. Appreciate all you guys.
