1:12All for your pleasure at theffdynasty.com. Dynasties' number one.
1:15Dynasties' number one crowdsource. No, it's not number one.
1:17We're coming. And I mean, who's saying anyway? So we can say whatever we want.
1:22World's best crowdsource data. Here it is. You know, let's go.
1:26I mean, you said we're coming. So I was like, hey, I can't be.
1:30That doesn't need to be a group activity. Yeah.
1:33So obviously we had some, a little bit of NFL news today.
1:37Last episode we had a question about Javante and ETN, right?
1:40Travis ETN. Yep. So today Alvin Kamara restructures and seemingly is going to stay with the team.
1:46That question was just straight up. Would you rather have Javante Williams or ETN?
1:50Does that change anything for you guys as answers there?
1:53I mean, it was, it was ETN for me.
1:56I mean, it was, it was. Okay. Well, it was Javante for me too.
2:01I didn't remember where you were. Big co I think you were ETN.
2:05I think by the time we got done talking about it, if I was P P P I was PPR, I'm it,
2:12you know, PPR, me, TN happy PR. I'm Javante.
2:15And now with a, for sure. Uh, Kamara being there, I, I coin flip probably Javante.
2:20Probably there's nobody else to even like demands a touch, you know, versus Alvin Kamara.
2:24Obviously Alvin Kamara is not the Alvin Kamara of old, but he's still a wily old veteran.
2:30They can get it done in a check down game and still catches and still, uh, opportunities, you know, so I probably should just go Javante Williams.
2:38Yeah. I mean, and I drafted like that on, uh, you know, underdog this yesterday and last night and today.
2:45Yeah. We've are, we're already seeing Travis. It is happy PR.
2:48We're already seeing Travis ETN drop some, and he's going to probably continue to drop with more news.
2:54Cause he was already kind of, people were starting to be like, Oh, this is, you know, this is a little weird.
3:01So what, what does this do for your ETN stock?
3:04And what does it do for your Alvin Kamara stock?
3:07Is there any thoughts, conversations to be had with, you know, is this just trying to, you try to go get anything you can for Alvin Kamara.
3:16You know, obviously it depends on where your roster is, but, uh, just general thoughts on saints backfield here to get started.
3:23I, there was always potential for this to be, there was always potential for this to work out this way.
3:29And it might not work out this way. I mean, hell, Alvin Kamara has had a season cut short the last two seasons, uh, due to injury.
3:38So it's kind of, it's, it might create a little, uh, a mini buying opportunity for Travis ETN.
3:43I know long-term dynasty wise, you can't really be that concerned.
3:47It's a four year, $52 million deal, like 30 million guaranteed.
3:50So I think that this year it could be a little muddy.
3:54We might go back to that, like low end RB two as the floor with some spike weeks when he scores touchdowns,
4:01but ultimately he's going to get his, you know, his, his target share eaten into what we thought we were going to
4:08get from, you know, get from him just as the bell cow.
4:12So this year I got to be a little bit down, but I mean, moving forward, I have no concerns.
4:18Yeah, I definitely think, you know, if, if Deandre Swift can go out and be RB two life and be very startable
4:25every week, I think ETN even with Kamara be just fine.
4:29And I think what shift said about the dynasty buying window, like I just, you know, in best ball underdogs, I'm in
4:36a bunch of $5, $10, you know, $12 drafts all of a sudden.
4:40And yeah, half PPR. I'm Javante Williams all day in the last 24 hours.
4:44And that probably was going to be like that anyway, but most PPR leagues in your dynasty leagues, I think it's just
4:51use it as a good window to attack a cheaper ETN, you know, give it another day or three and let it
4:58really percolate and let that stock go down. And I think it's a really good opportunity to pick up a, like a
5:05RB two floor with some real good ceiling in a, in a up and coming offense.
5:10Right. I think it's a good opportunity to, and for the Kamara part of the question, Casey, it's a blip on the radar.
5:18Almost, you know, it's very, very close to just going flatline there.
5:21And he's, you know, he was, I mean, he's buried all in the crowdsource, so like got to put the player bump
5:28on him, get him back in the rotation, see where he falls because he was dead, dead for sure.
5:35Yeah, exactly. Yeah. So in our, in our home league and in the Easton super flex league that we're in together, like
5:41I need running back help pretty bad. Won the championship two years ago, you came back and dominated this year, won the championship this year.
5:49And I'm trying to take that championship belt back.
5:52And you know, if I could get a third round pick for him and basically any league, I, you probably take that,
5:59but I might need him to plug a hole for me in an RB two YOLO situation this year.
6:05So I'm happy to have that blip on the radar back.
6:09Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I'm, I think the saints are probably, if they can get, you know, 75% of what Alvin Kamara was.
6:16And I mean, shit, I mean, you could Alvin Kamara could come back here and be like, damn, there's, there's Alvin Kamara
6:23that we, you know, there's nothing to say that he's, you know, absolutely for sure.
6:28Watch. I think he was just, you know, a little banged up last year.
6:32They were, they were figuring some things out. Now they've seemed to potentially be something on the rise.
6:38He wanted to stay around. He's around. I think, you know, that, that to me means that he wants to be there
6:45and he wants to go do his thing. Right.
6:48And, and, you know, at least be into it and, and wants to do it.
6:53And to me, that's, that's a big part of the equation of, of these guys.
6:57Right. You know, are you just there getting a check?
7:01Obviously not. He just, he took a little bit less money because he wanted to stay around a saint.
7:07Maybe he could have went and got a little bit more money from somebody else.
7:11That was a little thirstier. Yeah. But he stays.
7:14And so I think, you know, that's, that's the, Hey, if you stay, you have at least this part of this offense,
7:21I would think that was at least some sort of where you're going to compete and you could carve out this sort
7:28of a role and go from there. I would think that was kind of a conversation that they sort of had.
7:35Greg says, stop it. He's washed. I mean, is he though?
7:38I mean, I don't know. Like, what are you basing that off of?
7:42Just because he had a bad season last year and he was hurt.
7:47Right. Like it's, it's interesting because it really kind of reminds me a little bit of the, the Chris Alave talk.
7:53You know, I think one, at one point or another, we were doing a show and I asked you, I was like,
8:00do people actually think Chris Alave just sucks now?
8:03Right. He's just not good because he had, you know, it was a bad season before he got the concussion and Derek
8:10Carr, like actively trying to shave years off his life.
8:13And then we come back this year, you got a functional offensive system.
8:17You get quarterbacks that can get you the ball without, you know, putting you in harm's way.
8:23And all of a sudden he's awesome again. I don't know that we'll see a return to like high end RB one
8:30prominence, but no, I mean, at, at Alvin Kamara's current price point, like you, you want to go zero RB and run arbitrage.
8:37Like you can 1000% have Alvin Kamara. And then he's healthy.
8:40He's going to have spike weeks. I mean, we got the ghost of Austin Eckler looking really productive with in the last year that Kellen Moore deal.
8:49I believe in, in the Los Angeles charge of Anaheim, you know?
8:53So, I mean, he could still do that even if he's not going to be a banger or do what he did early on.
9:00Yeah. In the 2024 between the tackles. Evidence, Travis, that doesn't, that doesn't mean anything.
9:05They're just trying to shore up the running back position and say, Hey, we need a running back.
9:11We can count on. And we didn't know, we don't know exactly what we still have with Kamara.
9:17If he was going to be here, if he wasn't going to be here.
9:21So they just went and did what a smart team should do and grabbed a very good running back.
9:27And now Alvin Kamara could come in here and just throw a wrench in the plans a little bit.
9:33That's going to be a happy wrench in the plans.
9:36I think for the saints, if he can, and look, if he's 75% of himself, he could still be very effective pass catching.
9:44Yeah. Especially for an office that starts to spread the defense out.
9:47Right. First time in half a decade. Yeah. And I'm not trying to say Alvin Kamara is going to be awesome this year.
9:55I'm just saying that, you know, this could be a little bit of a, of a wrench and Alvin Kamara could have
10:02some games where he's useful, or it could be like week one, like, Oh shit.
10:06Remember that guy, you know? So I don't know.
10:09It's certainly interesting. It certainly throws a little cold water on Travis to start the season and see how that's going to
10:16roll out at least from potentially the PPR floor.
10:19But I think, like you said, Chev, I think I was a good RB two should certainly be in the range of outcomes for this year.
10:27And, and still could be a, a, you know, 12.
10:31Right. So, you know, I, I find an interesting, all right, well, I got a couple of swipes here lined up, Travis ETN or Michael Wilson.
10:39Ooh, Travis ETN, Travis H hand, excuse me. Yeah.
10:42Respect to him in his bag and changing the way his name is pronounced.
10:46If it ain't broke, don't fix it. That sounds right.
10:49Until you actually do the math for most businesses, shipping is that thing.

11:41Relax and let Fred Meyer pickup handle your grocery shopping this week.
11:45We start with only the freshest items, then choose your favorites.
11:48Carefully pack everything up and load it right into your trunk.
11:52So you can feel confident. It's what you ordered fresh groceries, your way with Fred Meyer pickup and delivery.
11:58And right now you can save $20 on your first pickup or delivery order.
12:02Fred Meyer fresh for everyone. Is that serious? His last name is H and now.
12:07It's always been that. He's just back in the Creole.
12:10Yeah. I think it's a, I think it's a Haitian thing.
12:14Like I think he's Haitian Creole. Yeah. So it's too confusing for me.
12:18So I'm just going to go ET. We're going to stay with ETN?
12:22Yeah. I get it. All right. Okay. Yeah. I'll take ETN over Wilson.
12:26All right. ETN or Kittle and tight end premium.
12:29ETN. I mean, I should say, I should say ETN, but this kid will have three years at him.
12:35The contract says so. He acts like it. Yeah.
12:38That's a motherfucker that loves football. He does love it.
12:41Will his body allow it is the question. Cause he's not going to stop being reckless and just give it everything he's
12:48got and cross body dropping motherfuckers off the top.
12:51Yeah. But I mean, it's probably ETN, but if you're telling me I get them, I can get each one of them for three years.
12:59I probably, I'll just take, I'll take the tight end.
13:02Yeah. Tight end premium here. I'll take the hall of almost hall of fame type tight end.
13:07I mean, almost puts another two years in. He's, he's a hall of fame.
13:12It's let's stop this. I like, you're not going to get any argue for me.
13:17He's already, he already looks good in gold. I mean, he's a hall of fame.
13:21I will, I would be really disappointed if they, if they get on that bullshit about he's, he's, he's just, he's got
13:28such a second facet to his game. That is, you know, it doesn't fill out a stat sheet, but he's been.
13:35It's not the best run blocking. I'd end in the league for 10 years every day.
13:40That's what I'm saying. Yeah. He's like Gronk, but he's two 40 instead of two 70.
13:45Yeah. Yeah. He's got to take some time off from being the best blocking tight end in the league to catch some balls and get yak.
13:53It's great. Only tight end to go over a thousand yards on less than a hundred targets.
13:59And he did it twice. Elite BF gamer. We're, we're doing well works.
14:03We like the lives. It's a lot of fun.
14:06We get to come out here and just have a good time with y'all.
14:10So appreciate you joining us. Appreciate you listening and tuning in.
14:14Appreciate everybody in the comments and that tunes into the lives and, and just really listens in general ETN or Malik Willis.
14:21I'm still, I'm going to go. I'll go Malik Willis here.
14:24Woo. Oh, I love it. I'm going to take ET, but it's safer.
14:28You have, it's safer. It's safer, but there's Malik Willis.
14:31You're holding a, you're holding a raffle ticket in your hand.
14:35And if they call your numbers, it's, you know, you, you can end up going to the chocolate factory.
14:41No R. Kelly. If you get the ticket with Willis, if they call your numbers on that, on that ticket, it ain't like a basket of stuff.
14:50If this mostly junk, like you about to win a new car.
14:53Yeah. You're going to have to pay them taxes though.
14:57I don't even want to. I'm taking ETN. It's like a ETN or Deandre Swift.
15:01ETN. ETN. Be grudgingly. Shuck or ETN? Shuck. Okay.
15:04Yep. Shuck. Marv or ET? Marv. Marv. Waddle or ET?
15:07Waddle. Gladiator. Shep shook it off. Shep shook it off.
15:11give me another pitch. He took, he shook that thing off like a pitcher.
15:15Shake it off. I want to throw the high heat dog.
15:18He said, no, no, I don't even, not a question.
15:22Skip, pass. Nope. No, I mean, in all seriousness, it should be, it should be Jalen Waddle.
15:27Like it, you know, everything points to that. It's just being a power kick.
15:31I really can't argue if you, if you're just one V1, you wanted to take ETN over Jalen Waddle.
15:37So I'm fine with that. Yeah. Kyron Williams for me here.
15:41Yeah. Got to be Kyron. All right. We can wrap this up.
15:45All right. Travis ETN or Dalton Kincaid ET for me.
15:48Kincaid. It's ETN because Kincaid is very, very cheap right now, but it's halfway through the season.
15:53I mean, Kincaid and Titan premium could be looking pretty, but he's, he's buried right now.
15:58People hate him. So it's the answer is ET, but the secondary answer is go buy your cheap Kincaid while you can't.
16:05I'm, I'm, I'm starting to have some aggressive visions and thoughts with co.
16:10It's all right. We've got, we've got ET, some ET, some AK in our, in our rear view here.
16:16Fourth and fantasy guys are hollering. He says, legendary Shani 49ers efficiency.
16:19Shout out to IAC in 2023 bullet, bulletproof pierce all next.
16:23I mean, I think everybody in this room likes, really, really likes, really likes pierce all and what he could be.
16:30And just kind of how they've just re restructured that room.
16:33Now they're putting them in a room with, with Evans for at least a year and Kirk for a year and bringing
16:40in a guy like dribbling and bringing him along.
16:43He's just a complete opposite attitude wise of what IAC is.
16:46I like, I like where that's all going. And I think, I think pierce all like with just the numbers we've seen
16:53from efficiency numbers of separation and, and what he can do from a number standpoint.
16:58And from a film standpoint, I, I, she have, you and I have talked about this before.
17:03Like pierce all is, is somebody who I think is just very high in the tree of trust of Shanahan.
17:10He just needs to keep them right for a season.
17:13And I think he's going to eventually be there.
17:16One wide receiver one. And I know he's old, so God forbid, but you know, he's still only played like one and
17:23a quarter seasons or maybe even just one full season.
17:26Basically. Yeah. I think he's played probably a total of 17.
17:30I don't even know if it's 17 games, if we're being honest.
17:33Yeah. Like, yeah, but I do, I really do like the opportunity in terms of what he could, what he could do alongside Mike Evans.
17:41Like Mike Evans is the kind of guy who has coverage gravity, regardless of, like they gave him a three year deal.
17:48So they don't think he's cooked. He didn't look cooked at any point in 2025 when he was on the field.
17:55So like they give him a three year deal signifying that they believe that he's going to be able to stay healthy.
18:02Is he going to have the little knick, knack, nagging injuries that he's dealt with for the last six years, putting up
18:09like wide receiver, you know, basically being like a top 20 wide receiver all the way through.
18:14He's one of the best red zone wide receivers.
18:17He's the second best wide red zone wide receiver.
18:20Of this generation behind Devante Adams. Like it's, you know, and he's in an environment.
18:25So Ricky Pierce, all just being able to operate one-on-one with impunity.
18:29Like, I feel like that price point is just so down and you know, Kyle, you started it off saying we know Kyle Shanahan actually loves this dude.
18:37Yeah. In, in Ricky Pierce. So like, what are we doing?
18:41Right. Yeah. I, he's, he was on my, my, uh, my list when we did the bylaws, get Ricky now, hang out,
18:48hold him, see what's up Brock, Brock. And I, I got, I'm so excited for Brock and Evans.
18:54I just feel like giving him that big outside monster is just going to be so much fun.
18:59Yeah. I mean, think about it. Like Brock might throw 40 touchdowns this year.
19:04That's exactly where I was headed with this Casey.
19:07And I know, I know because you'll, you'll co-sign this.
19:10What's to stop them from doing exactly what the, what the Rams did last year and just being like, we have a
19:17guy that's bigger and better than all your guys.
19:20And we're just going to throw it to him.
19:23And you can't double them. Go ahead. I mean, you can, if you want to, but we're just, we got CMC over here.
19:30We're going to, we're going to give it to Ricky.
19:33We're going to, we're going to do so many things of, you know, I would, I'm going to, I think I'm going
19:40to do a no sweat MVP party bit. Ooh, no sweat, baby.
19:44Yeah. I think I'm just, I'm just going to throw that out there right now today.
19:49Meatball says Barkley or Devonta Smith dynasty PPR. Devonta Smith.
19:52Like what's the answer from both of y'all? Yeah.
19:55Well, I mean, it's just the wide receiver one in that offense has been so valuable over the years.
20:01And obviously if you know, Saquon ceiling is higher without question.
20:04I I'm having a hard time believing that I said Devonta Smith so easily, but it's just because we could go to zero on Saquon.
20:12And it pains me to say that. I mean, I think he's an outlier.
20:17He, I mean, skill wise, physically, he's an outlier, but if he gives you another back end, RB 14 season, then I
20:24think his ADP, you know, his ADP plummets in going into hill and he's turning 30 this year.
20:29Well, at the end of the season, if they make it to the super bowl, it'll be 30.
20:35Yeah. Okay. I mean, they're back to back right now in the PPR super flex dynasty crowdsource rankings, the world's best crowdsource rankings.
20:42I mean, it's clear. Um, so it's, uh, I would, I would, I would say the Devonta Smith.
20:48Yes. I think him transitioning into, um, the wide receiver one for Philadelphia here.
20:53Uh, I think he's, he's very capable. And if he can just, if he ups the target share just a little bit,
21:00I think, um, Devonta Smith, but I mean, would we be shocked if shit, Saquon Barkley is, you know, Derek Henry and
21:07just has just three more of just awesome years.
21:09If, if, if Mannion is really a good coordinator here and the Eagles can at least get two years out of Mannion
21:16before somebody else is like, Oh, new hotness. He's got to be the head coach.
21:21Like if they, if that really is something like Saquon probably is going to have another awesome, you know, ridiculous year.
21:28What do you think? I think it's, I think it, if Sean Mannion is going to do what they say he's going
21:35to do and make them run more under center and get back to like, just get back to the basics of trying
21:42to be physical established and win the line of scrimmage.
21:45Like this is the dude. Like he's, he's shown you that he's got top five upside and a shit offense and top
21:52two upside in a really, in a great offense.
21:55So the ceiling is obviously higher. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, Devonta is super, super exciting though.
22:00I mean, I told you, I think he goes 17, 18 points a game this year.
22:05I really believe that. Yeah. But if Saquon's good, he's going to be, you know, Saquon's elite.
22:10Devonta's elite is 18, 19 points a game. Saquon's elite is like 23.
22:14Yeah. It's, it's, what are you saying? Yeah. Yeah.
22:17What are you saying? in game, the hither too undreamt of, like, I don't even know what that, that shit sounds good.
22:24I don't know what I mean, but it sound good.
22:27Um, yeah. All right. Devonta's Saquon. We, we all pretty much went Devonta, but he just said, it's start three wide receiver league too.
22:35Just a crown. Devonta Smith. Who is the old Syracuse Jim Bay, huh?
22:39Dan Patrick has a great gym. It's so good.
22:42It's so good. All right. Brock Bowers on the thumbnail.
22:45So we have to obligatorily, uh, talk about him a little bit here.
22:49He is crept up to number five in tight end premium on, uh, on, on, not high enough.
22:55It's not, it's not high enough. It's not high enough.
22:58Hey, look, we might be a year early. We might be a year early to this party, but by the time that
23:05Fernando Mendoza gets settled in, if he just, if he just doesn't suck, Brock Bowers is going to be comfortably the tight
23:12end one for the next three or four years.
23:15Probably. Same goes for the coaching staff. Yeah. Right.
23:18They don't suck. So if they just give enough time, if this offense, if this offense translates and moves like, you know,
23:25we talked to Kellen Moore, we talked Shanahan tree.
23:28We talked with a tree. We talked that, you know, if this offense can move out from under McDonald in Seattle, right, that's where it came from.
23:36Right. Sure. So like if, so McDonald in Seattle, we talked about that last year, uh, in the off season, how they
23:43were having a, they were just a major come up.
23:46If this offensive system can translate away from like, is there coordinator face?
23:50Is who's what's going on? Like McDonald's a stud in Seattle.
23:54And maybe that whole ship was like perfect because of him.
23:57But if they can take what they're doing and come over here to the Raiders and you know, things could be at can start making magic.
24:06Brock Bowers is, there's an unlock there. He's like, he's a stud and he's like unstoppable.
24:11But if there is actually, he's been unstoppable so far.
24:14The only thing that stopped him is injuries with Geno Smith.
24:17And, uh, uh, what was that dude's name that nobody knows?
24:21Like, um, two years ago, the freaking Raiders quarterback, he was never heard of him.
24:26Uh, uh, you know, um, God, I had to find him.
24:29Ain't no Connell. Ain't no Connell. Never heard of him, you know?
24:33And that was Brock back. That's who Brock Bowers had his rookie season with.
24:37Yeah. A hundred. That's crazy. It's set the record for rookie receptions.
24:41Uh, what is rookie season? Second year. But anyway, Oh, yeah.
24:45Yeah. Brock's second year was Aiden O'Connell. Like if, if this whole thing can just elevate Brock, was it?
24:51Yes. Yes. You were throwing me off with crazy Dr.
24:54Strange timeline math right now. Well, it's Casey's got us.
24:57There's a screen up here that should, but that's okay.
25:00That's two years. Yeah. Ah, those are Georgia stats.
25:0323, 22, 21. Okay. College stats underneath the, yep.
25:06I don't have, I don't have anything. Jason's in control.
25:09So that's nice. I got you. Anyway, Brock Bowers is a level to another level.
25:14Yes. And he's just been doing it in slop.
25:17Right. Well, so, so here's, here's the thing, like you just mentioned it.
25:21If, as long as, um, I'm drawing a blank on the, Kubiak, Kubiak, as long as Kubiak is in coordinator face and
25:28he can manage to run a team whilst do it, whilst calling the offense, right.
25:33Like, what that sets up for is that you don't have to play the game.
25:37The Eagles are playing. You don't have to play the game.
25:41The chargers are playing. You don't have to play the game.
25:44Like you don't, you're, you're offensive coordinator and your offensive scheme is the head coach.
25:49This is an incredible advantage for Brock Bowers. As long as they can figure the quarterback out.
25:54Right. It works. And as long as he can actually be a head coach.
25:59And it's just something that doesn't get talked about enough with the, with, you know, certain teams, but like coordinators come and
26:06go and, you know, it is what it is.
26:09And it's just like the good teams just get cherry picked from, you know, every which way.
26:14Um, and nobody really talks about it. Uh, but this has, this has been, this has been the advantage for San Francisco
26:21from an offensive standpoint, but been a disadvantage from anybody under that and defensively, same thing.
26:26They all leave because they get opportunities. Um, but you know, Philly's unfortunately either fired or hired some, but you know, somebody has a head coach somewhere else.
26:35And the, the, the great part for Philly is as long as Fangio wants to stay there and they're all cool with
26:42him, then he's not getting another coach. But we've seen that with Spagnola, the defense for the chiefs, right?
26:48And like the chiefs have hit the nail, have drilled it because they got Andy Reed and they got, um, Spagnola.
26:55So like, they're just sitting there like, yeah, everything we got is pretty much staying in house.
27:00You're just going to, you know, lose some dumb shit underneath us.
27:04And, you know, Andy's kind of giving up play calling or whatever, at least, you know, but theoretically how they're running things
27:11is not going to be, you know, change anyway.
27:14So anyway, I got way off topic. Chef, I feel like you're about to come in with something real quick and then
27:21we'll, we'll get off of Brock Bowers. Uh, I mean, I just, I think that this is, you could get multiple of
27:28the, the try McBride outcomes out of Bowers. If they decide to kind of go away from the Shanahan model of just,
27:35Hey, we're going to use this dude. Like he doesn't have the superpower that kiddo has and blocking, which works better for
27:42us for fantasy, because they're just going to use them like a slot receiver.
27:46I can't remember who it was. I don't know if it was, if it was the, uh, the film watchers guy or
27:53somebody else just breaking out how the, the evolution of Brock Bowers in 2025, was it that him and Pukenaku were basically
28:00running the same routes, the same route concepts, like same depth, everything.
28:04So if he's just a glorified slot receiver who has one of the highest football IQs and is a freak athlete, what are we doing?
28:12Like, this is a ridiculous seal. What are we doing?
28:15Yeah. I mean, I, you know, how did we get here?
28:19Yeah. Well, we got here because he only played 12 games.
28:22I was just doing Tucker Carlson. I know. What are we doing?
28:26I, but, but seriously, like this episode is brought to you by state farm.
28:30Listening to this podcast, instead of doom scrolling, smart move.
28:33Another smart move, getting help from one of state farms, 19,000 local agents.
28:38When you choose to bundle home and auto bundling, just another way to save with the personal price plan.
28:44Prices are based on rating plans that vary by state coverage options are selected by the customer availability, amount of discounts and savings and eligibility vary by state.
28:52Got a Sam's cafe pizza order up. You know, the best part about this spicy Italian sausage.
28:58I voted for this topping. Yeah. Just another perk of being a member.
29:02Come join us. Sam's club. If he turned in two years, if he turned in both years, like 2024, like, is there,
29:09I mean, do you think that there's a, there's a in tight end premium, anything above 0.5, he should probably be the number one.
29:17Well, somebody just said 1.2. I took him at four, bro.
29:20Take him at one. I don't even give a shit.
29:23You know what? Once you're, if you're anything past one point premium, you can just take Brock Bowers first.
29:29I got no arguments. Yeah. There's, there's, and then do whatever you have to do to try to go get.
29:36That's right. Another one too. Yeah. Like there's, because we, we talked about this on a lot of a long time ago.
29:43If there's, it's start to tight in. There's zero chance that either one of those dudes should make it out of the first five picks.
29:51Start to, or, you know, better than one and a half premium.
29:54I've been, yeah, this is all music to my ears.
29:58I've been Brock Bowers as early as you want to take them for two years now.
30:03All you need, which before last year, before the wheels fell off, before the wheels started turning down the road, it was the preseason.
30:10The first snap, Gino Smith takes a snap and throws a back shoulder, 20 yards down the field to Brock Bowers in the lined up outside.
30:18That's all you, that's, that's what you need to know about Brock Bowers and how he's even that offense.
30:25And Chip Kelly gets canned as how bad it became.
30:28But like, they were like, yeah, this guy's our unicorn first snap of the preseason.
30:32It's a 20 yard back shoulder to Brock Bowers down the sidelines.
30:36Like that ain't, he ain't a tight end, but no, he's basically, you know, he's a poor man.
30:42It's Calvin Johnson. He's Calvin. He's a white, he's a white, little bit slower.
30:46Calvin Johnson. A lot of it slower, but I did.
30:50I mean, Calvin was running four, three, but Brock can do a standing back flip.
30:54Now that I was not aware of. So, Oh, in the random freak athletic.
30:59Yeah. The random freak athletic skills that you have as a, I need to Google that.
31:04Oh, I've seen it. I need to see it.
31:07Yeah. I paid him to come to my birthday party.
31:10Do you dress up like a clown? Or did you just dress up?
31:14Did he just dress up? However, I needed to, to get Brock Bowers to come to my birthday party.
31:20Did he just, did he just dress up? I will dress up like a clown.
31:25Brock Bowers can do a standing back flick. I've let back flip.
31:29I've seen it. I just, I just, I Googled it just to me.
31:33Okay. I don't know. I don't want to be, I don't want to be given out.
31:38That's, that's, that's good info. Yeah. You can't be mad information.
31:41Now, now, I'm going to keep that quiet. That's just, no, I mean, I don't know.
31:46Now, now like you do a standing back flip.
31:49You can't, you can no longer be sneakily athletic.
31:52You got to just be athletic. Oh yeah. You don't have a lunch pail or a hard hat anymore.
31:58The only reason he's, he got a sweatband. He's still using sneakily is because of that headshot.
32:04That headshot just, you know, he looks like he either go to Turkey or shave it dog.
32:09He looks like, he looks like Hunter Renfro's young, like younger, older brother, younger, older brother.
32:14Yeah. We don't know how old he is. Yeah.
32:17Brock Bowers, man. That's a, you know, somebody just said, if I, if, if they, if you have Trey McBride, would you
32:24try to tear up to Brock Bowers? I don't know that that's necessarily necessary.
32:28You know, unless you got crazy, just amounts of indispensable, just things to get rid of, to try to do that.
32:35But I mean, the outcomes are probably similar enough that you don't have to do anything.
32:40The play, like you said, if you're in a premium situation is to try to go get both of them.
32:46And then, you know, just kind of, yeah, this, Hey, what do I have to give you?
32:52What do I have to give you to go from?
32:55Like, I'm going to take Brock Bowers one for, what do I have to give you to get back into the first round?
33:02I gave you my, I gotta give you my, my second round pick plus, you know, some draft picks.
33:08Like what's that going to look like once you're in the, you know, once you're in Thunderdome, and the points are getting
33:15scored and both of those dudes are getting 150 targets.
33:18Like you've basically got a super powered roster. If you don't fuck up the rest of your draft.
33:24Yeah. Yeah. All right. I got a couple of questions or two from Patreon.
33:29Then we're going to talk about some buckets here.
33:31Cause I want to get back to the buckets for a second.
33:35And then we have some questions, some paid questions.
33:38We have a live roster review that you can, that you can grab for, for 20 bucks while we're on here.
33:45And then we have another couple of other questions to, to answer as well.
33:49But Shane on here, he's asking, he's in a startup asking a question.
33:53He said, these later round running backs, price, toot and swift, Warren, Monty are testing my brain, but great stabs.
34:00If you're light on RB to start off, it kind of depends on your particular situation in the league, but in a
34:07vacuum, I hesitantly like price the best. Uh, and I almost always see them go in that order.
34:12Uh, but part of me once swift at the top, followed by toot and then price would love your thoughts.
34:19So basically rank these players essentially, um, in toot and swift or price toot and swift, Warren and Monty.
34:25Warren, I'm assuming is Jalen Warren, Jalen Warren. So that's why he'd probably be last for me.
34:30Price to Warren swift, Monty. Yeah. Jason, this is a Patreon question.
34:34So it's not in there. Um, yeah. Price toot and swift, Warren, Monty.
34:38I assume this is dynasty value. Yeah. He's basically in a startup and wanted to know.
34:43Kind of what, what would be the order there?
34:46Well, shit, let's go look at the right. Well, right this minute toot is the most expensive.
34:51Uh, I think price is the most expensive. Is he?
34:55It'd be close. Uh, I would, um, I would say I'd pass on him being the most expensive.
35:00If that's it, we're talking about opportunity costs as well.
35:03You're in a startup and you're drafting one of these guys.
35:07If this is a, you know, running backs, you're looking at, did I miss something to question?
35:12This is, would this be his first running back drafted?
35:16I think this is RB two would essentially be.
35:18Okay. Well, like, you know, if he's just asked about the weight around running backs, what, how, how would you order them?
35:25Basically. Okay. All right. Just price toot and Monty Warren.
35:29Probably probably price. I'm sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Swift's in there.
35:32I miss Swift. Yeah. Probably price. Probably price. And then Swift.
35:35And then I, I, we got to give tootin a chance, but I would do, I would probably want price price and swift first.
35:43And just in case it don't work out for tootin.
35:46We've seen fast running backs. It can't see the hole.
35:49Right. So if it don't work out for tootin, that's going to be a, here's the thing.
35:55If you're in a startup and price is on the board, I think price is probably the most expensive, probably has the most value right now.
36:03He's got a little bit. So like I can, I have no problem taking price first.
36:08And then just, if I want to keep them cool, if I don't like I, I can work a deal somewhere.
36:15I'm sure Jason's pulling up the ADP right now.
36:17Yeah. Good. I love, I love this, this graphic right here, Jason.
36:21Good call. So there's prices. Tootin's not too far behind him.
36:25The next round that's going that way. Tootin's five picks behind him.
36:29Yeah. So I would definitely be okay. Taking price at that spot, but like, so that's pricing the seventh round.
36:35Like I'm, I wouldn't be forcing this. Maybe, you know, as prices, but you know, ahead of Higgins and Parker Washington and guys like that.
36:43Like I might just want to keep stacking players that I know is good.
36:47Right. And then, you know, maybe, maybe you go Monty and then you go, if you like, if you like Jaden, Jaden,
36:54Jalen Brown, you know what I mean? Jalen Warren, Zach Charbonnet in the 11th, right?
36:59Kick the can down the road for first couple of weeks.
37:02But when Char, if you got price and Charbonnet together, that's a backfield, you know?
37:07Yeah. What do you think, Shev? Yeah. Unfortunately, there's two guys in here.
37:11Shev is just not interested. I'm not. Yeah, dude, I'm not into, I'm not into tootin at all.
37:17I'm not into price at all. So it's just not going to be.
37:21I can get down with the, I can get down with just waiting a little bit later and getting the one or two years out of Monty.
37:30The last year in Chicago, potentially out of Swift.
37:33I can't get with the J. I don't know what the hell is going to happen with Jalen.
37:38It's just him and Rico Dowdle just being. Yeah.
37:41Choose your own adventure. Cause you got to pick, if you pick one, you got to pick both just cause they're going to be split.
37:49You know, they're going to split assets after this year.
37:52So. Yeah. I've got Swift and tootin right back to back.
37:56And I got tootin one spot ahead, but I would most likely take Swift in a startup.
38:01If I was counting on having to be like, Hey, I'm starting this guy and I got to, I got a lineup
38:08I like, and I'm ready to go. And I, you know, so I w I would go, I would go price Swift
38:15tootin Monty Warren, which I think is what you said.
38:18Yeah. I can agree with that. I guess. But.
38:21I'm not reaching for any of these guys. Like if you, if you have.
38:26Some of the best values in the draft right here are not running backs in these rounds.
38:31Right. I, like I said, I called out. He said, I said, screw them all.
38:36I took Harvey in the tent. So. Perfect. Perfect.
38:39Yeah. Okay. So he's already passed the tent. So there's no reason to talk about those guys up there then.
38:45Yeah. I mean, that's fine. All right. I can get down with that.
38:49Yeah. All right. Um, I believe, um, he may have had the same Shane who's in the chat.
38:55Now he had another question a couple of days ago that we never, that I didn't see.
39:00And then we didn't answer. Um, but he said, QJ has been climbing, but Reed is now on the move.
39:07Who is your preference? So Jaden Reed or QJ right now?
39:10I think, I think the, the hotness right now is, is QJ, right?
39:14You're asking the wrong person. Yeah. I think you might want to start a big cup.
39:19Is he not two or three rounds ahead of Jaden Reed though?
39:23I would assume so. I think he's just saying that they were kind of moving generally moving up there.
39:29Um, but yeah, it called Quinton Johnson has been, has been shooting up the board for sure.
39:35They were probably a lot closer in last month's ADP overall, but I feel like Quinton Johnson is, has, um, taking a good step up here.
39:43Let's see. QJ was in the top 100. I feel like just as of recently.
39:48Yeah. Not quite. It doesn't look like, but I mean, if this is the Delta on the price, I would have to go Jaden Reed here.
39:56Like 27 spots. Yeah. Why are super 46 for Jaden Reed?
39:59One of four for Quinton Johnson and PPR. And one 31 for Reed.
40:03Yeah. I mean, I I'd have to go Jaden Reed.
40:07Greg, Greg says he'd sell it both. I can't, I can't abide by that.
40:11You know, it's, it's, it is, it is what it is.
40:14I mean, I, you know, I could understand why you would want to sell both.
40:19There's, there's some certain insecurities. That's just not my favorite way to play dynasty.
40:24Like I'm in it to like, Hey, I think, I think both of those guys are interesting.
40:29And I thought both of those guys were, were fun, fine players and have had points in their career where they were fun, fine players.
40:37If you could get good value for Quinton Johnson right now, I couldn't argue with you and same with Jaden Reed, but
40:44I don't know how great, you know, I'm, I'm probably more so buying Reed.
40:48Yeah. Jane reads a really nice by low right now, but you know, I, I, I, I could, I could see that point of view there for sure.
40:57Um, all right. Can't sell if there's no market for those dudes.
41:01Yeah. That costs Shane likes Reed. Um, I would rather have tootin over price.
41:06Feel like price is having a rental car. Yeah.
41:08For me, it's, it's, it's just that I think there's just enough people who really like price in the situation and the
41:15capital and all these like shiny new toy. Whereas tootin's, I feel like there's a bit more 50, 50 price.
41:22I'm sure she's like, there is some 50, 50 on it, but it just feels like it's a shiny new object.
41:28And I could, I could find somebody, I think easier in a league that likes price.
41:34And at least the idea of price easier than I can for tootin at, at, at a, at a better sale.
41:40So that's kind of why I would, that that'd be my, my sneak out of that question.
41:46No, in terms of, in terms of just the player that's going to have the easiest sell value before the season starts, it's probably, it's probably price.
41:54And we're not even to the point where we've got training camp highlights to get all horned up about yet.
42:00So, you know, we've, we've been in male pattern rookie horniness.
42:04Now we're going to be a male pattern training camp horniness, training camp highlight horniness.
42:09So if he does anything cool in training camp, we're just going to, everybody's just going to lose their mind.
42:15So. Yeah. I think short term, obviously go ahead.
42:18I thought, so sorry, I thought you're done. Are you solid?
42:21I mean, just the point being the point being that you can probably get way more return or Darian price right now
42:28than you could for any of those other players.
42:31I mean, Tootin has his cult following. There's no doubt about it.
42:35The thing is even short term and, you know, this week's rumblings out of Jaguars camp about Tootin, some negativity there.
42:42Like it's, I'm not even worried about that. It's just like, apparently Chris Rodriguez is, is a thing and there's nobody, you
42:49know, I've, I like, um, the, the other running back on the Seahawks, but he's got a torn, torn ACL.
42:55Sure. I like sharps. I like, sure. I think sharps a really solid run track, but yeah, you know, on track to miss the first eight games.
43:04And so he is, he's definitely not starting right away.
43:07I'm just like to chip's point, like preseason week one, week two, week three, like there's no chance that sharps is a hundred percent.
43:14And you got a first round draft pick running back in there and a play action, heavy offense versus the Jags.
43:21Who knows what kind of X's and O's Liam Cohen's going to be drawing up on his second season.
43:27And they got a couple of running backs that are at least one that the coach likes other than tootin.
43:33And you can't say that for the Seahawks week one, right?
43:37So if you're buying the hold forever, you know, maybe if tootin's your guy, tootin's your guy, but he just unproven kind
43:44of goes synonymous with tootin right this minute. Yeah.
43:47Obviously price hadn't played a game, but like the atmosphere, they're a running team, a running play action.
43:53We've also, we've also lost. I feel like that offense is going to maybe could potentially struggle.
43:58A bit out of the game, Seattle, but that has nothing to do with that.
44:03That has nothing to do with my argument of, of like, I just, there's enough people who are into the situation with price because of just volume.
44:11And you know, what he's, you know, not thinking about any of that.
44:15So that's, that's fine with me. You know, somebody here said Warren Swift, Monty old, like I, I get Monty's old.
44:22Like, and again, if you're building the production of struggle team, then I don't want to draft any of those guys.
44:29Um, but if you're drafting a team to win, like I think Monty's probably going to have, be pretty versatile for you.
44:36Um, as an RB two or a flex, uh, for, for a lot of the year here.
44:41So, um, yeah, I mean, he was two rounds later too, you know?
44:45So like that was, that's the value of Monty in a startup, right?
44:49And dynasty, like, uh, you know, he's freaking fifth round right now and best ball redraft.
44:54Right. And, but like that's in a dynasty league where he's in a 12th round, and that's a beautiful running back to be able to pick up.
45:03And I think as we get closer to the season, he'll probably move up to the 10th round just when people, the
45:10redraft, you know, uh, stats and projections really come through and you're like, well, I can't, even if he's old, I can't pass.
45:17He's not that old, you know? So I think he's a 10th rounder by the time it all shakes out and startup land.
45:25Yeah. I think he's ninth right now. Oh, is he my bad?
45:28We just showed up. Okay. Yeah, that's right. Sharps was 11th.
45:32Then my mind, I'm in my mind. I had money down in the 11th.
45:36Oh, he's in ninth round. Well, he's definitely not going backwards.
45:40He's only going to, the cheer, the cheerleaders are out for Monty's, um, seasons that, uh, ahead.
45:45Belkavik, Belkavik usage. Yeah. He's will have changed that.
45:48I think he's going up to the eighth round then.
45:51Yeah. I think it gets, I think drumbeat gets a little bit better.
45:55Before, as we enter prime startup season. Yeah. All right.
45:59Um, let's jump into a couple of questions. And then if we got some time, we'll end with buckets.
46:05Cause I really want to get back to the, uh, the bucket talk here because I really had a lot of fun
46:12with that, but, um, all right, let's, let's jump into, uh, Ollie 26, old 26, whatever we got here.
46:18He's, he's a Patreon homie. Um, been in some of the FFDs.
46:21Um, he said, I've, I've done a few trades in this league, uh, kind of all in just wondering if you had
46:28any advice on moves to make with the current roster.
46:32Cheers. Love listening to you guys on all my runs.
46:35Um, so nice. Basically, shout out. I think, I believe he's, I believe he's in Scotland or England.
46:40What's his team name? Um, it's, I don't know.
46:43That's a good question. I don't see it. Oh, you know what?
46:47I can expand. Tight end you. Tight end you.
46:50Yeah. I got to pull it up. My bad.
46:53Yeah. Tight end you. All right. So he has hurts and Stafford.
46:57He's got, let's check the deets real quick here on this.
47:00Uh, good call. He's got start three wide receivers, tight end premium, um, two flex, super flex.
47:05So start through wide receivers. Pretty pro 27 picks traded them all.
47:09Right. Which is, you know, probably why he's got the middling tag there.
47:13Cause this is not giving you any ranking for your picks.
47:17So, um, just understanding how this is explaining how the system works a little bit of why, you know, he might have
47:24a good team, but it might say middling because he doesn't have any value in the pick side.
47:30Um, so, um, he's got hurts and Stafford. He's got Gino Smith behind them.
47:34And then he's got Saquon Barkley, Deandre Swift, Derek Henry.
47:37He's got Amin Ross, St. Brown, Chris Olave, lemon, Michael Wilson, Sutton, Romeo Dobbs, Godwin.
47:42So depth in the receiver room and start through wide receivers.
47:45That's good. And he's got Brock Bowers and, you know, kind of nothing else to speak of, but he doesn't have Brock.
47:52Backup, uh, Raritan's fun. JT Sanders is my dog.
47:55We'll see. Um, still has his 28s and his 29s, but no 27s to speak of.
48:00So, um, it's just a general question of like, what, what do you, what do you, is there, is there anything that
48:07you potentially could see him needing to do here?
48:10Fellas, uh, QB two is a problem long-term, obviously with staff and you got no, no picks next year.
48:16You're studded out at the top. Jalen hurts, Saquon Barkley, St.
48:20Brown and Bowers, you know, straight across the top.
48:23So you, you're going to impose, you're going to put up some points every week, but you're going to need your Deandre
48:30Swift and Derek Henry to stay healthy, to get you to a championship this year.
48:34That's for sure. Well, that's kind of the, that's the, that's the rub, right?
48:39Like you got to, you are running on real thin margins.
48:42You know, if something, if something happens to, if something happens to Saquon, you know, something happens to Swift, like what's our, what's our plan of attack there?
48:51You need to have, you don't need to do it right now, but you need to start plotting out in your mind
48:58where, where, who do I turn to? Who do I turn to, to try to get some running back help, to try
49:05to get me, to try to keep this thing on the rails in case I lose, you know, I lose one or two guys.
49:13And you got, you got to do it with these roster pieces.
49:17Cause you don't have 27 picks. Yeah. You better hope your, your, your attrition doesn't hit your tight end or your quarterback,
49:24because if so, now you're going to have to unload Barkley and Derek Henry and Swift in a hurry.
49:30So you might go from, that's when you go all in and you got old running backs and you got, you know,
49:37shaky QB two and three, nothing shaky about Stafford, but he's, you know, old.
49:41Sure. Right. So like, you know, it's freaking MVP.
49:44Like you could come out and be rolling, but if something goes right, you know, if he gets hurt, then, you know, you, you losing QB two points.
49:53And we saw a fast, the rug got pulled out from the geos.
49:57You know, Smith guys last year, you know, Smith may be a quality star for the jets this year, but he could
50:04also, you know, lose the job halfway through to somebody, right.
50:07You know, Smith could interception his way right to the bench.
50:11If it doesn't work out. I think if, if things don't go right for you, you're, you know, tearing down off of St.
50:18Brown. I wouldn't want to be tearing down off of Brock Bowers, but you could get an absolute hall to do it.
50:25You could go from Brock Bowers to, you know, Tucker craft or Tyler Warren or something like that.
50:31I wouldn't want to fall too far, but you could, you could read stock the cupboard by coming down off of a big dog.
50:38You know, you got a couple of them, but if something doesn't go right for you, that's when you push the chips
50:45in, you know, McCyle Lemon, he's, he's a beautiful name to see on the bench, but I don't expect him to be,
50:52you know, pumping out points for you this year.
50:55Michael Wilson, absolute monster down the stretch last year, crowded all of a sudden.
51:00And quarterback questions, you know, going to run the ball with Jeremiah love more often, you know, if Marvin Harris is healthy, et cetera, et cetera.
51:08You're going to be leaning on Sutton and Godwin for this lineup, you know, for your third.
51:13Right. Chris Godwin is Chris Godwin is your lineup savior.
51:17Really right here. He's, he's the guy that just going to be an anchor for you that you probably not even, if
51:23you put him out here, one of the worst things that happened to this team is that AJ Brown did go to
51:30the Patriots because Romeo Doves was about to be an every week starter for you.
51:35And that, that, that AJ Brown to the Patriots edition really pulled, pulled, pulled Romeo Doves right back to the bench until we see what's up.
51:43Yeah. So do you, do you, we, we leave the 28th.
51:47We don't, we don't want to go into pushing any 28th, right?
51:51Cause we're already old. We want to, we want to leave those.
51:55We don't want to touch those. So to me, you know, you could look at this team and say, Hey, you know, you got a chance.
52:03You certainly could be like, Hey, we, you, we need to retool.
52:07You wouldn't need to go to full on rebuild mode.
52:10You have some parts and pieces. You could flip this thing around pretty quick.
52:14But to me, you go into the season because if Saquon Barkley and Derek Henry are going to stay relatively healthy and
52:21have good seasons, they're going to drag you into the top four.
52:25Right. I mean, yeah. With say Brown and Brock Bowers, right.
52:29And Jalen hurts getting Russian CDs. Right. Um, so, you know, but the luxury you sort of have is, is you get
52:36to test that market because nobody's going to be that into buying Saquon and Derek Henry right now anyway.
52:42And so, so if things go awry for you, then you unload Barkley, you unload Henry, you unload Stafford.
52:48And you, you know, you try to flip this thing around for, and maybe you, maybe you kind of sit out for,
52:55for a year and you don't have any 27 picks.
52:58Maybe you can get some back with those guys, but you wait into that 28 year and then try to retool this
53:05thing because you still have, you know, some good players, um, throughout there.
53:09It's not a complete, you know, I think with, with those guys and, and with taking the opportunity to try to go
53:16win money this year, um, somebody will want them.
53:19If your team goes awry, you know, most likely by an eight weeks in or whatever.
53:24Agreed. If Saquon is not the reason your team, you know, if Saquon doesn't get hurt or Henry doesn't get hurt, you're probably going to be good.
53:32But you know, if, if Jalen hurts goes down or Brock Bowers goes, that goes down and you lose points at one of those positions.
53:40And you're just like, all right, well, these two or three other teams are running hot.
53:45I don't really have a chance. Now you might have to make some moves.
53:50The one move I would definitely make is I would be looking to get, if Geno Smith, for some reason can look
53:57capable as a quarterback, even though you need a QB three, he ain't getting any younger.
54:02I would probably take a shot on a quarterback needy team in the first couple of weeks.
54:07If Geno Smith looks decent, just to show it, just to get something, just trying to get, um, you know, maybe a
54:14two and a three out of somebody just kind of, you got no picks next year.
54:19You're sitting there running on empty in the picks.
54:22If I can get a two and a three for Geno after two or three weeks and he looks all right, you know, what Geno does.
54:30He looks all right in a new spot and you know, and then maybe not in six weeks.
54:36Um, and it's maybe, maybe the lot that happened last year is not Geno.
54:41I had, I had high hopes for Geno is my QB three in a lot of spots last year.
54:47And I thought it was going to be fine this year.
54:50All right. Good to go. Just fine. Fine. Yeah.
54:53You know, well, if finds all you need is a QB three and you know, he was almost left for dead.
55:00Right. Right. Yeah. Yeah. I think, yeah, you hit the, you hit the nail on it.
55:05You got a fun meter for us today. A fun meter.
55:08Maybe not on this one. Maybe not on this one.
55:11Yeah. There's not a lot. There's not a lot we can do with no, with, with no picks, no picks.
55:18And you, I mean, the fun meter would be how much you need to keep it conservative on this meter right here.
55:25How, right. Well, the conservative, like how you could tear down from Brock Bowers or same ground.
55:30That's not the change. That's not the fun meter.
55:33That's the meter. Yeah, I know. Right. Uh, I was Casey said, hurt.
55:37Sandpaper handjob. That's not fun. Um, the, for those listening on the podcast, he does have Justin field fields and Jalen Milrow, uh, down there.
55:45Just, I love, um, you know, I love seeing fields and Milrow on my benches.
55:50Obviously if I, what I paid from fields in years past, I don't love that.
55:55But like those two guys could come in and start a game in the NFL and start racking up fantasy points in a hurry with their legs.
56:03So I like that. And basically what I would tell this guy right now is if somebody, somebody comes and knocking and
56:10there's deals to be made, don't use fields. And Milrow is a very cheap, non-existent value throw in, in a trade and
56:17just lose the, you know, a rushing upside quarterback for no reason.
56:21We haven't even seen Milrow on NFL field yet, but every time fields, Justin fields takes the field, he scores fantasy points,
56:28no matter how good or bad it looks. So like neither one of those quarterbacks is, is leaving my roster.
56:34Nobody's going to pay what they're, what they should be worth or what they could be.
56:39Nobody's going to pay you enough to get rid of them.
56:43So don't, don't just throw them in and say, somebody goes, well, I got to do this.
56:48I I'll, I'll do this. If you throw in, you know, a quarterback, unless it's like a really good trade for you,
56:55unless you're like, I got to do this. So I'll give you Milrow or fields.
57:00Yeah. The, the one, the one thing, you know, I'm going to, I'm, I don't necessarily believe in Michael Wilson being just
57:07anything near what we saw, what the ceiling was last year, generally.
57:11So like, if I could, if I could move him for, you know, pieces that are kind of near, like, you know,
57:18right now, if we're looking at PPR crowdsource, like Michael Wilson is near somebody like an Omar Cooper or a Denzel Boston.
57:25Like if I could move him for that, I would, you know, right.
57:29That's, that gives you a late first. If you, if you can get a first round equivalent value for Ricky Pierce, all Wilson.
57:36Yes. Can you give, can you take Michael Wilson and Gino Smith and find a team that needs a quarterback and get a 27 first out of them?
57:45Probably not. But people, people, I think a lot of the rebuilders have a bunch of picks.
57:50So that's, you know, it's worth the shot. Yeah.
57:53All right. Let's jump over to the next question here.
57:56We got a, with them, we have one, we have an actual live roster review to do.
58:02That was purchased. This guy basically purchased the live roster review.
58:05Just didn't click the button. So he's got one coming to him, but we're, we're going to help him out here.
58:12He says, I'm in a full rebuild positioning myself for the one-on-one.
58:16I have four 27 first and likely the two Oh one, the three picks that aren't mine are likely from playoff contenders.
58:23So I expect them to be mid late, probably two years away from competing.
58:27I have depleted my running backs. My best one is Jonathan Brooks, the current champ.
58:32Omaha sun dogs, wants a dunes a and is interested in both Shuck and Mendoza.
58:37We're negotiating a package of picks that includes multiple first and second.
58:41Should I trade Rome or keep him as part of my rebuild?
58:44Uh, we are non super flex 0.5 PPR start one quarterback, two running backs, three wide receivers, one tight end and one flex.
58:52Uh, I can see all that. We can pull all this up, so I don't have to read all that allowed right now.
58:59Uh, but, um, he's happy to have my questions answered via email, uh, or texts.
59:04So, uh, but let's, let's jump in. So he is get to the chopper.
59:08So chopper, do it now, do it, shut up, do it now.
59:12Uh, so he has Mendoza, Shuck, Mayfield, Watson, Tua, Jonathan Brooks, Emmanuel Wilson, Laquan Allen, Trevor ETN or a chain or whatever you want to call him.
59:20Malik Davis, Seth McGowan, a Buka, Tate Rome, Casey Concepcion, Trey Harris, Pat Bryant, Tori Horton, uh, AD Mitchell, Malik Willis, Malik Washington, Isaiah Bond.
59:28This is a great rebuilding team. Uh, Eli Stowers, Juwan Johnson.
59:32And maybe you need to sell Juwan, um, Arroyo, Barner, Darnell Washington and Michael Mayer.
59:37And then he has, like you said, a bunch of firsts.
59:40He's got one, two, three, four, four firsts. Yeah.
59:43Four firsts and 27 is what he said. He's got another first in 28 and another, an extra first in 29 too.
59:50So he's got them kind of spread out already.
59:53Um, so you're, you're in good position. You've got some fun young quarterbacks.
59:57You've got Baker Mayfield on the roster. I mean, Deshaun Watson and two of both could easily pop back with some value.
60:04You've done the right thing. I'm getting rid of all the running backs.
60:08Brooks is a fun pop, um, that you could kind of do whatever you want with right now.
60:14You could sell before anything happens or you could wait and see if it goes even higher.
60:19You're in a good position there. And then a book, a Tate, Roma, Dunze, Casey Concepcion.
60:24So his pointed question there was selling Roma, Dunze and or Mendoza or, or Shuck.
60:29What do you guys think about all of that right there in, as far as what his team is, where he's going,
60:36uh, would you guys be willing to sell those guys or do you just kind of put your head down and say,
60:43Hey, I'm kind of in an okay position. I don't really need to get, how many picks do we need here?
60:50Uh, or what do you guys think? Well, let me hit, let me hit the part of the question real quick, Shev.
60:57So he said, should I trade for, they said there was a package on the, on with multiple firsts for Mendoza and Shuck and some, probably some details.
61:06We don't know about seconds. Yeah. And he said, so, and he said, should I be trying to get 28 and 29
61:13first since I already have four 27s. And to me, the answer is no, I'll take all the 27s I can get right now.
61:20Um, you already, he already, like he has two 28s and two 29.
61:24So that's awesome. He's got a ton of first round picks.
61:28Um, if the 28s and 29s come around super cheap, sure.
61:31I'll take more, but like the 27 class right now, I'll go ahead.
61:35And if you got four, six, the merrier, right.
61:38Um, it's a one quarterback league. So, and half PPR, which does give a little bit more value back to the quarterback since everybody's not.
61:46And I don't think it said anything about tight end premium, right?
61:50Casey. So with no tight end premium and only have PPR, that puts some power back into the quarterback's hands, but only need one of them.
61:58So, I mean, I'd have no problem hanging out with Baker and seeing what quarterback I could drum up later.
62:05If he wants to give me multiple first and second round picks in a one quarterback league, I don't Mendoza and Shucks,
62:12not going to go into first round pick first round for me anyway.
62:16So like, if I mean, you can find a way to find a quarterback in the first.
62:21And if, if you quarterbacks could come knocking on your door, if you got five, but all those first round picks, you
62:28got even just a small trade back, you'd be able to get a quarterback thrown into you somewhere.
62:34Yeah. Go ahead, Jeff. Let me see. So at one quarterback, so I wrote out a list of things that I would do with this team.
62:42If you trade a Dunze at his sun dogs, I would try to package Roma Dunze and Tyler Shuck to get up to Jaden Daniels.
62:50That doesn't work. Uh, that doesn't work. I'd try to take, uh, get a 20, 27, uh, one and Kyle Manung guy to get Rome.
62:58Same dude has run. You're punting to 28, 20, 28, 20, 29, trying to clear the bottom.
63:03And we're trying to clear the bottom of the bench out in the league.
63:08Washington, Horton, add a nine, Pat Bryant draft capital in 20, 28, wait till they're scoring points.
63:13And then pounce on the opportunity to unload those guys.
63:16The 20, 27 running back class looks pretty good.
63:19So you could feasibly restock your running back rooms.
63:22That seemed to be a, that seemed to be a concern.
63:25I think he can only have three quarterbacks and eight receivers.
63:29So Baker may feels in play to try to try to get out of here.
63:34Uh, try to get them out of there too.
63:37Uh, I think two, uh, is another in season move, uh, along with Deshaun Watson, if he ends up starting, but your
63:44eight receivers that we're looking at, like that's, am I, am I mistaken?
63:48And did I not read that? That you don't have eight receivers.
63:52Yeah. Yeah. Right now in the, um, off season, they're expanded, but he said, yeah, you can only keep eight receivers and three quarterback max.
63:59Yeah. So four of those guys are non-negotiable. A Mecca, Buka, Carnell, Tate, Roma, Dunze, and Casey.
64:05You got four 27 first. I'm assuming some of those will be fairly early.
64:09So you're looking at, you know, you're looking at trying to get potentially Jeremiah Smith or Cam Coleman or something like that.
64:16So that's five to six spots. And then you could, the other two picks, if you're going to pick those and not,
64:23you know, not move back, you've, you, you'll get your two running backs.
64:27If it's Gwan Lacey, Ahmad Hardy, Jaden boss, whatever, whatever, whatever.
64:31So I, I'm chilling right now. If you know your team's going to suck, let your team suck.
64:37Like, but get, let's ethically do this. Let's go ahead and get Baker Mayfield off the thing.
64:42I'm, you know, if you want to get a little bit stronger, the fun meter thing, the fun meter for me would
64:49be trying to get Tyler, trade Tyler Shuck and Roma Dunze in a single quarterback to get Jaden Daniels.
64:55Cause that Konami code upside. That's just, that's just what I thought about.
64:59And then ultra fun PPS fun meter. Go get a, go get Parker Washington at a 27 first for Roma Dunze.
65:06Yes. You know, just listening to you guys hit it and talk about the different things.
65:11And then all the kind of bits and pieces that he had with it, you know, being the one quarterback, like I
65:18have no problem shipping off Shuck a Mendoza. I like the idea of trying to get, you know, up to somebody like
65:25a Jaden Daniels or somebody who can give me like, if I'm, if I, if I'm, if I want to do something
65:32with my quarterback and, you know, I like the idea of trying to get one of the elite ones with rushing out,
65:39like, you know, dart to neighbors here has Herbert and dart, you know, maybe he would be down to get, you know,
65:46the Allen guys says it's the Allen guys team.
65:49Isn't very good. You know, he's it's, it's, it's pretty, pretty poor.
65:52Um, do you want Allen right now? Probably. Right.
65:55I mean, I don't know why not. Um, the Drake may teams fine.
65:59Um, I just, I don't know who'd be willing to give up one of these good quarterbacks of Lamar Jackson teams, uh, got Christian McCaffrey and Deandre.
66:08So if he's got an okay team. Um, so basically if I'm doing anything with a quarterback outside of trying to upgrade
66:15other positions, I'm just trying to figure out how I can get an elite one that has a big rushing upside.
66:22Um, and then as far as all the other things, like, yeah, I don't, I don't really want to trade Roman duns.
66:29unless like you said, it's, um, really, really trying to pair up like a quarterback in Rome and tearing up the position,
66:36um, to a higher, really higher level there. Right.
66:38Um, so, you know, I think I don't mind any, like to me in one quarterback with the rebuild, whatever, like if
66:45you want to trade two of those guys to have Shuck Mendoza and Baker Mayfield, uh, it doesn't matter to me.
66:52Like, you know, whatever I I'm fine with rolling into the next season with one of those guys.
66:58If I, if you got a bunch of different picks, like you can find it, you can draft another quarterback or you can pick up another quarterback.
67:06Um, so I don't put a huge emphasis in one quarterback until I can get up to the elite level of quarterback, um, on my quarterback position.
67:15So, um, I don't mind. I don't care who, who it is, whoever you can get the most for trade, trade two of them.
67:23That's fine. You know, um, or, you know, wanting something else to, to move up into elite level.
67:28You guys got anything else here? Big co. Yeah.
67:31The guy wanting to do this trade with you, I'd reread the question.
67:35So it says the package of multiple firsts, the package, including multiple firsts and seconds.
67:40Um, that was what that is Roman Dunzey and those two quarterbacks being, um, shucking Mendoza.
67:45So yeah, I would, again, he's got Baker may, I would trade Mendoza and shuck in a package with multiple first seconds.
67:52But if you throw in Roman there, I agree with, um, Sheva trolley get, try to get the Parker Washington back, but the guy has Dak.
68:00He has the Jaden Daniels and he has Dak Prescott.
68:04So like, I'll give you those two younger quarterbacks.
68:06Give me Dak back. So I have somebody who's legit.
68:10Um, I'm not, well, he, you know, would, I don't have a problem trying to go up and get a, you know,
68:17a better quarterback, but like that's, I'm not, I'm not necessarily trying to do that right.
68:22I'm not trying to do that first, especially right now, but before this, like you, like you said, it's your team's going to suck anyway.
68:30Like chef said, let it suck. Let your, let your 27 first be, but be as good as it can be next year.
68:37As far as your team losing and being a better pick, don't go get a max out quarterback right now.
68:43You do that after that next year in the off season, when you have all these first, when you're flush with picks
68:50everywhere and maybe you don't even get a max out quarterback, but like you could, you could make some moves and, um,
68:57you know, but yeah, I would, I would definitely be trying to get as many firsts and seconds, um, as you could for the Mandoza shuck package.
69:06If, if Roma has a stay in there and you get back Parker, that's fine.
69:10If you take Rome out and get as much as you can for those two quarterbacks, get Dak back, have Baker and Dak.
69:18Maybe you can get something for Baker or Dak from somebody else with a quarterback injury.
69:23You know, I just keep putting, get, get any value you can out of that tight, that quarterback position right now.
69:30You don't even need to be scoring points there.
69:32That's what I'm saying. I can have any two of them.
69:36I'll figure it out later. But she, I mean, cause it's, I mean, it's one quarterback and you got, I don't know.
69:43You got so many, so many picks. Just keep adding to, I would, I would, I would definitely take that guy up.
69:50Yeah. You can only keep three quarterbacks. Right. Which will bring you into, you know, make it easier for you to get one later.
69:57Yeah. You know, like nobody, nobody's going to be a stock up and have four or five of them.
70:03That roster churn helps you out in this situation even more.
70:07Yeah. You're going to come in here. You're going to move some quarterbacks.
70:11If you can add another pick or two, which I'm not, well, I guess what I started off saying is like, I
70:18don't, I'm not hard and fast of saying like, that's my motivation in trades now is to get for sure.
70:24Be just getting picks. If you can get them great.
70:28But like, I I'm fine with like getting combinations of picks with an elite player and moving up into elite player territories there.
70:35Obviously it's great to keep stacking first in 27 and 28.
70:38I have no problem with that at all. I might even try to be like, Hey cat, can I get some twos in, in 27 and, and whatnot.
70:47But my, my original thought process was like, that's not my end goal.
70:51Every trade now is to continue to just get as many first as possible.
70:56It's great. I didn't mean it like that, but yeah, no, no, I know what you're saying in a one quarterback league there.
71:03For some reason, the guy has Dak. The guy has Jaden Daniels.
71:07He doesn't need either. What he doesn't quote unquote, obviously Jaden Daniels got hurt next last year.
71:12Maybe he's. Doesn't like that. Maybe he's, you know, not a Cowboys fan and he hates Dak for whatever reason.
71:19He has interest in your quarterbacks and he's willing to part with some very valuable picks, right?
71:24You don't get this opportunity often in a one quarterback league, to sell.
71:28Non-Josh Allen type guys, you know, if, if it was prime Patrick Mahomes or if it was, you know, you know, guys that for men, Mendoza rookie.
71:37And he does, he's not like coming out with some massive Russian upside.
71:41And Tyler Shook is, I mean, I'm, I'm getting on the Tyler Shook and saints bandwagon quickly.
71:46And, and often here, but right. First round picks take them.
71:50You also need to be throwing Jawan Johnson into the offer to that guy.
71:54Cause he's got Kittle, which is, could be good.
71:57And he's got Chig, which I like, which is fine.
72:00But like, I'd be just drawn package Jawan Johnson and to these trades too, just cause there's, he doesn't fit what you're doing necessarily right now.
72:09And he just came off a great year. You should, you could, you just gotta be like, I know maybe you don't
72:15want him to look at his stats. Right. You know?
72:19So he's one of those players that if you didn't have them, you don't understand that he was, you know, I don't know.
72:26What do you have a hundred targets last year?
72:29Yeah. You know, I think it was like, I mean, basically he was this year's Johnny Smith, but he only scored three touchdowns.
72:36Yeah. So I don't necessarily expect that to happen again, but always a solid player there.
72:41So she have anything else before we move on to another roster of you here.
72:46No, that was pretty much, that was pretty much it.
72:49I wanted to, you know, I spent some time on that one just to, just cause I was like, man, that's an interesting thing.
72:57And then the limits on the positions made it even more interesting.
73:01So yeah, I needed to parse through that one before the show, like well before the show started.
73:06So I could have like, just not freeze up and have some actual thoughts for that.
73:11And he's a Titans fan. So yeah, you know, so all right.
73:15We got love machine coming in. He says, what's up fellas.
73:19Enjoy the show. Thought it'll be fun to see how you guys would approach improving my roster.
73:24Our league started last year and I got ravaged with injuries and decided to go the tank youth movement route.
73:30After a flurry of off season trades, I'm very happy where my team sits.
73:35My question is, um, have I gone too young in my rebuild?
73:39Am I locking myself out of contention for the next year or so?
73:43Other than that, that my other concern with this roster is probably my RB depth after my starters, hoping one of the
73:50young flyers hits and can give me some solid depth behind Gentian love.
73:54Also, I know Shev is going to tell me to trade Travis Hunter.
73:58Can't do a big dog. Just got him for a late 28 second.
74:02Uh, it's time to buy low, get on the hype train.
74:06Appreciate the insight fellas. Keep doing good work. So love machine.
74:09He's coming in here with a, with a, he bought the live roster review.
74:14Um, so, you know, we're going to give him, uh, you know, good, good 10 minutes here.
74:19And he gets the, he gets the sheet to go along with this as well.
74:24Uh, we're going to give Jared the sheet too.
74:27He just didn't click the right buttons there. Um, but again, this is the automated roster review.
74:32You get in the $15 tier, um, that you can break it down with.
74:36And so this will give you just kind of all sorts of insights of what to do with this team.
74:43Um, and you know how to go about it.
74:46So, um, boys, should we jump into this one?
74:48Both be 10 team league, 10 team league. Yeah.
74:51And team team league. Awesome. All right. So we've got, a 10 team league.
74:56Love machine has Jaden Daniels, Trevor Lawrence, cam Ward.
74:59He's got Gentian love. And then this is where he doesn't like his depth behind those running backs.
75:04So he's got Brooks, Mononga, Charbonnet, Chuba. So he's got Brooks and Chuba like that.
75:09I love that. I love it. Uh, Krosky, Merritt, uh, Claiborne, Mike Washington.
75:13So he's got Mike Washington and Gentie. I like that.
75:16Um, Trey Benson down there, which, you know, is, has gone to zero, but I love having Trey Benson down there.
75:23Uh, neighbors, Drake, London. I mean, seriously, you know, they, they drafted love.
75:27Like he's going to get another shot somewhere. It's got to be healthy.
75:31He's got neighbors, Drake, London, a Buka, Carnell Tate.
75:34I mean, obviously this is a 10 man team, but that's an excellent fun start, especially your second year in.
75:41And you, and you had a bummer of a first year.
75:44It's got Luther burden, Jordan Addison, Jaden Higgins, Josh downs, Jaden Reed, Travis Hunter, sell them Cyrus Allen.
75:50Uh, he's got Sadiq and Brock Bowers. He doesn't have any 27 first, but he does have a 27 second.
75:56Um, and his 27 second is from hooker with the Penix.
76:00So just, well, well-named team. Um, all right, boys, I'm over there in Bangkok.
76:04Huh? So what, what's your general sentiments here? First of all, let me boost this guy's head up on, on the running back depth.
76:12Like, you know, it does suck that you don't have any 27 firsts and, but you push some chips into table here,
76:19but like to get gente and love on a team, that's hard to do.
76:23That's fun. Um, and you got quarterbacks, right? You got three quarterbacks, cam war being your three.
76:28I love that. Jane Daniels, Trevor Lawrence, cam ward.
76:31You got three quarterbacks too. You got three startable quarterbacks.
76:34Love that. Um, and Jane Daniels is tear down a bull if you needed to, right?
76:40He's the Jane Daniels is up there in the value peak.
76:43Um, but gente and love studs, Jonathan Brooks. Sure.
76:46We, you know, his two ACLs, not fun, but Jonathan Brooks and Chuba combo fun.
76:51And Chuba could, Chuba could easily be startable for you.
76:54If Jonathan Brooks comes out and looks healthy, that could muddy up your start ability, but that's a good problem to have for your dynasty team right here.
77:03And so you're like, all right, well, maybe I don't have one of these guys bell cowling me right now, but if
77:10Jonathan Brooks could come back and not be a zero, that'd be fantastic for you.
77:14Um, sharps coming back from a knee. I already said, I like him to sit tonight.
77:20He's a solid running back in the league. Never a fumble common on guy, JC cross key.
77:25Merrick could easily be like, um, a surprise post hype sleeper surprise week one, you know, get a, get a hit the
77:32corner one time and bust a 30 yard run.
77:35Everybody's like, Oh my God, see how good he is, you know?
77:39And then Mike Washington backing up. Gente love that.
77:41And Claiborne, you know, probably not going to be hot and heavy early in the season, but I'm just like to not
77:48have, yes, you don't have, you know, a monster third running back.
77:52You don't have David Montgomery. That feels like you can plug him in there every week, no matter what for RB two.
77:59And maybe even some back in RB one weeks, but like you got five guys right there that could easily be startable.
78:06If they get a little bit of luck, you know?
78:09So it doesn't feel like it right this second.
78:12Like you got, there's, that's a deep like stash running back kind of thing, but it's not even like a stash being
78:19like Claiborne, but like Jake Krosky, Merritt Chuba this time last year, Chuba and Krosky mayor, both were getting the love, you know?
78:26And two, in two years ago, Jonathan Brooks as a rookie was getting all the love.
78:32But none guy gets plenty of love sharps, not a stud, but really, really good running back.
78:37So that's what, that was my first thing. He was hating on his running backs, but I'm like, dude, you're all right right now.
78:45What's your first instinct here, Shev? You just got to grab the league by the horns and humping in the submission.
78:51This is, this is buddy. This is a, this is a nice little, this is a nice little squad from a value
78:58perspective from a, Hey, I'm ready to be, I'm ready to play right now.
79:03I'm ready to win right now. I really, so you could get off to a slow start, but this is one of those teams.
79:10I feel like when we hit like week 12, you just start seeing your team just being at the top of the point scored.
79:18If you're on, you know, if you're, you know, the little thing that goes out and sleeper are the top three teams and scoring every week.
79:26Like you're consistently going to see your name there, you know, and we, you know, once week 10, 11, 12 hits, once
79:33we get full speed, Malik neighbors, this team is locked.
79:36So if we're not, if we're not there all the way in 2026, I look at 2027 and I'm like, Oh yeah.
79:43Yeah. Yeah. We, we're going to be good to go.
79:46Um, yeah. So that'd be exactly chef. That's, this is a, this is a don't panic situation.
79:52If things don't start off and you loot like big, co we, you talked about the East and super flex league.
79:59This to start, this is one of our leagues that we share with, with some of the home guys, um, more of a home style league for sure.
80:07Uh, but which is a lot of what you guys are all playing.
80:12And for the most part, I'm assuming, um, but like my body is $5,000.
80:16I've had, I had plenty of leagues where it's like, and that, that's a good example where the year before I couldn't
80:23buy a win and I was just getting beat up losing because I couldn't get the right combination of guys in, or
80:30I was playing the weekly high score or whatever it was.
80:33And then this year we bounced back and I run through the league pretty well.
80:38Right. You know, that it's so that I just feel like that's a good example of like how this can go.
80:45Like maybe love and gente just can't get right at the same time.
80:49And they're not scoring elite points or Jaden Daniels and Trevor can't get right.
80:53And you, you know, or Malik doesn't start off and you can't figure out who, you know, whether Carnell Tate or Luther
81:00burden should be in, you know, at the right weeks.
81:04And all that stuff will eventually sort itself out.
81:06You got plenty of depth. You got plenty of like running backs, you know, where you're like, Hey, I don't have a
81:13lot of depth, but again, big code just went through it.
81:17Like you got some good parts and pieces. Would you guys like, would there be any approaches to trying to upgrade the
81:24depth of that running back room immediately of like, Hey, do you take a menung guy and a Charbonnet and try to
81:31go get one more good, maybe slightly older player or see what the threshold that you can get with two of those
81:38guys are like, like, well, this guy's got a pretty good team.
81:42I was gonna say like Bucky Irving right now, somebody whose values down, but younger.
81:46That's perfect. But this guy probably doesn't want to trade Bucky.
81:50But if you could trade like, you know, a menung guy or, and, and sharps, or maybe, maybe Jonathan Brooks and menung
81:57guy, you know, I don't, I don't know that you maybe, maybe you don't want to trade Jonathan Brooks because he's a
82:04lot of fun for you and you have Chuba.
82:07So that that's a nice escape. A patch there, but just trying to find somebody like on that middle ground there, who's,
82:14you know, value down a little bit, but you still like a lot right now.
82:18Like, I mean, maybe here's a rebuilder. They got Javante Williams.
82:22Like he could be a good third for your team.
82:25It's not sexy, but you know, those are, those might be able to move menung guy for maybe almost straight up to a rebuilder for Javante.
82:33That's those are the ones that it's not, it doesn't feel sexy.
82:37You're going to put a poll on Twitter and people are going to be like, Oh, I would rather have called my
82:44don't call it because so swept is leaving and he's going to be the guy, which he probably won't be right.
82:51Yeah. Like it's, it's there. I feel like there's a very minuscule chance.
82:55They actually give him the chance. Like he doesn't get the chase Brown right now.
83:00I don't think he does. That's my personal opinion.
83:03I don't think Ben, I don't think that's what Ben Johnson wants to do anyway with a running back room.
83:09No, he, he's, we've literally never seen him do it.
83:12Like he's never just, Hey, here's 350 touches, bro.
83:15Go have fun. So I'm looking at two lucky right here.
83:18Two lucky 12 is classified as a rebuilder. He's got a bunch of first round picks that, that Mononga, maybe not sharps,
83:25but Mononga should tickle his pickle and you should be able to get, you should be able to do something like maybe Mononga.
83:33I feel like it'd be selling the real selling real low on Jordan Addison, but you could get Mononga, Mononga up out
83:40of there and maybe a Jordan Addison for a Kenneth Walker.
83:43Like, I don't think more than that. You think so?
83:46Yep. I mean, I'm just, I'm just saying like, okay, so let me ask you this.
83:51Would you be, we, we talked about a dude who's a prick in trade negotiations earlier this week.
83:57Big go. Do you, do you think that offer is offensive and he's not, you know, we can at least like come
84:04back to the table, get him back to the table to get a counter in.
84:09It's like, what are you looking at? What do I got to add to Mononga to get to, to get to Kenneth Walker?
84:16Yeah. I mean, it's tough to say without any like 27 picks, you do have a second because of the way people,
84:23you know, it's hard to find the combination of, of players to get a trade done and picks not be involved.
84:30And, um, I mean, you know, you do have a 27 too, but, um, I don't, I'm holding on to that.
84:37If, if in your league, you're like, you need to find a Chicago bears fan that believes in Mononga most likely to get peak value.
84:44Um, and I don't, I, I think we all think Mononga is valuable until you try to Casey and I trying to
84:51trade him in FFPC and couldn't even get a counter right from a bunch of people, just rejections.
84:57And I don't think we were asking for two crazy stuff.
85:01It was like where he goes in a dynasty startup.
85:04It's like, all right, well, if I'm trading, if I'm trying to trade him for that type of, uh, value, we Casey
85:11and I were getting shut down everywhere. And I, the reason why is because when you're in a startup, the running back
85:18confidence falls off and you're like, all right, well, I know that bears Ben Johnson, Mononga, we saw him getting gold.
85:24You know, we saw him getting some goal line work.
85:28We saw him getting plenty of actual between the titles.
85:31Tackles touches. And he'd look pretty decent doing it.
85:34Yada, yada, yada. And he gets, he's, he's got a decent ADP.
85:37I wasn't getting similar trade value on Mononga. You might have to hold them and, and get into the season.
85:44It, obviously, if you get, if you get a swift injury, then now you got Mononga value spiking.
85:50Um, just one quick thing before we get another topic going in for what this guy might be doing.
85:56Yeah. You're Luther burden, Jaden Higgins, Josh down, Jaden reads, Jordan Addison on the bench is wide receiver.
86:01Like that's a, that's a okay. Wide receiver room.
86:04Right. You know, like saying, no, like that. Travis Hunter, his, his bench wide receivers, his, his bench wide receivers are really like stacked to be benches.
86:13Right. Most leagues, most people have to have those guys in your starting lineup.
86:17Yeah. Most, most leagues are occupied by K Sean booty.
86:20Yeah. Yeah. I got to interrupt you guys real quick.
86:23I gotta do, I gotta do a read for prize picks.
86:27I do want to come back to this for a second.
86:30Cause I just wanted to throw this out there, but about like a Walker trade or something before we move on.
86:37Um, so, uh, if you haven't heard, we're really excited to be teaming up with prize picks.
86:43Prize picks is the best place to win cash while watching sports.
86:46The app is really easy to use. Just pick more or less on a few player stats and lock in your lineup.
86:53Prize picks is available in most States, but not limited to California, Texas, and Florida.
86:58Um, it's available in beautiful, sunny South Carolina, Charleston, to be exact.
87:02Shout out. four, three. Well, download the app now enter promo code HMA and new users get $50.
87:08In lineups instantly. When you play your first $5 lineup.
87:11so tonight, you know, we don't want the baseballs on the all-star break.
87:15There's not a whole lot of sports going on.
87:18I've been baseballs where I've been having the most success, but, uh, we're going to live in the future tonight.
87:24Not a whole lot on the card currently. So we went back to the pitch for one last run here.
87:30Uh, and we took messy more than 0.5 shots on target.
87:34And we took Lamin, Yamal, more than 0.5 shots on target in that, uh, Spain, Argentina matchup for the championship.
87:40Sorry, Jason. Um, but that's where we're at. That's all.
87:43It's that simple boys. That's again, girls, all you have to do two different teams, two different players.
87:49You can build that up as much as you want.
87:52Um, with that was just a straight to pick power play.
87:56So we 40 to win 60, uh, but shots on target.
87:59That's all we're trying to do. Those are basically two of the best players on the pitch.
88:05And we just took them to, Hey, y'all, they just need one shot on target a piece.
88:10And we're, and we're, we're cashing baby prize picks.
88:13Download the app now and a promo code HMA new years.
88:16You get $50 in lineups instantly when you play your first $5 lineup.
88:21All right. I want to jump back over to, um, this one real quick.
88:25And you guys, big co you were driving at it.
88:28Shev, you kind of hit it on a little bit.
88:31You mentioned, I was looking at Quinn, John Judkins down there on another team, right?
88:36similar, uh, obviously, Brees hall would be somebody who I'd want to pick up, but that guy's team's pretty good.
88:42I don't know if the, if, if the Quinn, John Judkins guy is going to want to trade, he's kind of young and ascending.
88:50Maybe he wants to keep Quinn shot. And so maybe that wouldn't work for him.
88:55Maybe you could pick up Rashi rice off his team.
88:58If he wants to get a little risk averse and you want to get a little more risky.
89:04Cause that'd be kind of the opposite of what we're doing.
89:07We're not getting more running back depth, but we're getting a risky player who could be gangbusters for you.
89:13Um, but anyway, what I was going to say was shit big.
89:17Oh, you were alluding to like, Hey, that's going to be hard to get somebody like Kenny Walker without a pick.
89:24And then you started driving at it a little bit.
89:27Like, yeah, but this is one of those things where like your best thing is to like, you've got some, some good
89:34depth kind of everywhere, even though you weren't, you didn't love your running back situation.
89:39But like, this would be one of those scenarios where you could try to overload it.
89:44Maybe at the end of the day, you over quote unquote overpay from just like a mass.
89:49Like you do, you go sharbs and menung guy and Jaden Higgins and Josh downs.
89:54And you know that maybe that's too much. Right.
89:57But like overwhelming with something of like, damn, look at all these guys that are on here.
90:02And yeah, they hurt you some, I may, and I don't know what the combination would be.
90:08Maybe he wants Jonathan Brooks and Charbonnet and he doesn't want Charbonnet or maybe once Jonathan Brooks and Chuba doesn't want Charbonnet
90:15or, or doesn't want menung guy or, but that you got to start throwing combinations.
90:19Like just throw them four piece, four pieces, Adam, right.
90:22Does he like Jaden Higgins? Does he like Josh downs?
90:26Does he like Travis Hunter? You know, you're trying to not basically from Luther burden down.
90:31I'd be like, I'm open. I'll give you two of these receivers and two of these running backs for, you know, here's
90:38are my non-negotiables and I'll give you hit me.
90:41Throw back some combos. If there's any interest at all, I might, right.
90:45I'd, I'd try to overload them and just see if maybe you could pull a third good running back, like a Kenneth
90:52Walker off of somebody's team, or you go that route and you, you, you trade, you know, Addison and manung guy for
90:59Rashi rice or something who's down and risky, but it's probably not enough, but what I'm, you know, kind of the same thing that we're saying over there.
91:08So anyway, love machine. Appreciate you. Appreciate everybody. Who's, who's tapped in for a roster of you so far, again, $15 tier monthly.
91:15You can get one roster of you. Plus you get the trade finder, the offer builder, you get the buckets, you get
91:22the trade calculator, everything in the $7, tier, the, the extra episode, you get a higher level discord, you get ad free.
91:29Uh, you get the trade calculator, right? It's just everything you get.
91:33You get a ton of stuff for 15 bucks a month, and then you can do the $7 holler, uh, as well
91:40and get you just the trade calculator, um, and, uh, the rankings ADP.
91:44Uh, so there's all sorts of value on the website right now.
91:48And if you want a 30 minute breakdown, private or public 60 bucks, and we'll take care of the team.

93:34To continue our get rich quick scheme here. Yeah.
93:37We've been working on 10 years. Long con. Yeah, absolutely.
93:40Love machine. One last thing before, I know we just finished up, but one last thing for this love machine fellow.
93:47I love Casey's idea about taking your bench depth and packaging up and trying to get you another starter.
93:53I will say, and you know, I just traded Jordan Addison recently off of a team where I needed, he was, he's
94:00been on my bench for two years. Uh, you know, that's not fair.
94:04Been on my, been on my bench all last year with the implosion of the Vikings.
94:09But you said, you Casey said from Luther burden down, like everybody loves Josh downs right now.
94:14Jaden Reed could be somebody's flavor. Jordan Addison is a playmaker and should be thought of as such.
94:20And I heard, uh, some good stats about like, you know, his first two years before it blew up last year about how he was good.
94:28We all know how he was good. First round pick.
94:32And then it just, you know, bottom fell out for the Vikings last year.
94:36That all being said, Casey said, here's when you're negotiating, here's my untouchables or whatever.
94:41Like to me, Jaden Higgins is not untouchable, but to me, I'm a right now.
94:46Jaden Higgins is more like Josh. Jordan Addison is a playmaker and he can score fantasy points when the ball gets to somewhere close to him.
94:54And that's, that's awesome. But like Jaden Higgins has a chance to be an alpha in this league.
95:00So like, he's just got, he's just bigger, stronger, you know, like, obviously in this league, we spread them out and just
95:07smaller wide receivers to just find these days and doing things that we never thought they could do.
95:12And, and a more than just like an outlier level.
95:15Now, like the small receivers are, are fine, but Jaden Higgins, it's could be, I think it could be a really, I think he'd be a stud.
95:24So like, like I've just trade Jordan Addison trade.
95:27I like Josh sounds a ton trade. Josh downs, get a package of those guys.
95:32I know you said you're not trading Travis Hunter.
95:34You just gave up a two for him. It's hard to trade him for more than you just traded for inside that same league.
95:42So maybe you're not getting good value on him, but maybe in a package, maybe somebody likes him, et cetera, blah, blah, blah.
95:49I just wanted to throw that out there. Like I'm going to have Jaden Higgins a little bit more.
95:55I'm going to have Jaden Higgins, not on the Luther burden level.
95:59Cause you can't match Luther burdens, you know, hype right now, but I'm, I'm, I'm more of, I'm going to build the
96:06package with Jaden hidden, Jordan Addison and Josh downs, Jaden Reed, et cetera, trying to figure out what that combo with him,
96:13what him is and trying to, trying to hold Jaden Higgins out of that conversation.
96:18If I can, unless I'm getting like high end retail Jaden Higgins price, like you all, but you gotta, you, I'm telling
96:25the guy that's, trying to get Jaden Higgins for me.
96:28You got to give me a little bit of future price, right?
96:32Yeah. I'm not selling. I think when you're throwing those combinations in there, then your math also changes on the guys that you like.
96:39Obviously we like Jaden, Jaden Higgins more. So like I'm going to lessen some of the other things around it.
96:46And you got to let him know that Jaden hit like by sending offers back and forth, you're letting him know that
96:53Jaden Higgins has more value in this than these guys.
96:56Right. Right. All right. We got one question in here that this guy hit us up and really, really, you know, I
97:03don't know if I'm going to answer it here.
97:06So this is a six man, full PPR, no 10 and premium, huge roster start 19.
97:11I'm rebuilding. My team's pretty bad right now. I have 27, lots of 27 picks, essentially six first round picks.
97:17I was offered HN, BTJ, Jordan Tyson for Jeremiah love Tyler Warren and Quinton Johnson.
97:22Johnston. Who I think is the best team in the league.
97:26Would you guys do the deal? Or you stay with the guys that you have?
97:30I was thinking of sticking with the guys. Love is much younger than HN, but I do love BTJ and Tyson.
97:37So BTJ, HN, BTJ, and Jordan Tyson for Jeremiah love Tyler Warren and Quinton Johnston.
97:42I think I'm taking Jeremiah love and Tyler Warren.
97:45B there's too much question around BTJ right now to give him that value.
97:49I'm, I like HN. I like that idea. And I mean, Jordan Tyson sounds fun too, I guess, but it's no premium, but I think I'm with you.
97:58Big co. What do you think, Jeff? What was that third player?
98:02Jordan Tyson. No, he's getting Quinton. He's getting Quinton Johnston.
98:05Oh, okay. I mean, I've, yeah, I mean, obviously I'd rather have a dynasty.
98:09I'd rather have Jordan Tyson over. So that, that helps.
98:12Yeah. I mean, yeah, that's pretty, it's pretty easy.
98:15We're, we're going to, we're going to stick with the Tyler Warren side.
98:19I do, I do love HN. I, you know, been pretty vocal about how I think a lot of this shit with him.
98:27Sure. In terms of what, what it's going to look like.
98:30And well, I don't know if he's going to be able to get the target share.
98:35Who the fuck are they going to throw the ball to?
98:39Malik Washington. Answer that question for me. Honestly. What does the sixth fan league have?
98:44Yeah. But I mean, give me Jeremiah Love. Give me, give me Tyler Warren, who I expect to leave that team and targets pretty comfortably.
98:52Like, I mean, he could function as the wide receiver one and get 135 targets and do all kinds of crazy man
98:58shit that makes you want to use power tools.
99:01But I just don't, I, I can't, there's too much risk with BTJ right now.
99:06Like you're that, that, that side is all, Hey, we're.
99:09Yeah. Quentin Johnson feels like, no, you know what?
99:12This feels all right right now. BTJ is like, this could be awesome, but is quick.
99:17Maybe Quentin Johnson is just BTJ. Right. And that's going to be really, that's going to feel really, really, really bad for
99:24anybody who, you know, or it could be awesome for both people.
99:28You're like, I'll beat like Quentin Johnson becomes somebody that's valued sort of like BTJ because they, maybe they function similarly.
99:35Well, that's exactly kind of the, that's the point.
99:38If you can go get that five rounds later or six rounds later, just do that.
99:43Like, I mean, I don't feel like that. I don't feel like the, the offense we've talked about this before.
99:49I don't feel like the offense, it's not the same offense that he basically commanded a 35% target sharing with Mac Jones.
99:56And it's not the same coaching staff. It's not the same environment.
100:00The, all of the signals are bearish, but I mean, if BTJ gets relegated to just like a best ball spike week
100:07guy, like this is not going to feel good for anybody.
100:10So if I can get out of that business and get more secure assets and, you know, Tyler Warren to be, to
100:17be fair, Shev is spreading a lot of Parker Washington propaganda.
100:21So I, I, I was hoping that you didn't bring that up.
100:25Since we're a full disclosure type of show. Yes.
100:27Yes, I do. I do think that there's something, there's something, there's something going on in the water and he's a sneaky wide receiver one for that team.
100:36And that's going to score. It's going to source.
100:39There's a score shit ton of points. Yeah. And I want the receiver on a team with a quarterback.
100:45Who's got the contract. Who's going to score a shit ton of points.
100:49Yeah. All right. Well, that's a good transition. I'm, I want to spend the last 15, 20 minutes of the show here.
100:56Um, on, we're going back to the buckets a little bit.
101:00And if you weren't familiar with the buckets there, there are the value tiers that we have.
101:05And, um, you know, we, this is kind of the cornerstones, um, and I'll, I'll bring it up here.
101:11Um, so you can see it. Um, let's get this out of here.
101:15Oh, sorry, Jason. See ya fighting for clicks. All right.
101:18Um, cornerstones. This is kind of giving you like, Hey, we got cornerstones.
101:23Then your foundational contenders are the guys that are, we know what the cornerstones are, right?
101:28Everybody knows what cornerstones are. We just set age parameters for those.
101:31Then the foundational contenders are guys that have been cornerstones in the past, but I've kind of aged out big co we'd
101:38haven't changed the name of the tweeners yet, but we will.
101:42Um, these are kind of your in betweeners. Uh, there's like some little bit of, yeah, but, uh, they don't, they don't
101:49quite fit into either one of these categories. They're not the moneymaker value loser just yet, but they've never been the foundational contenders.
101:56Maybe they're on their way, uh, or maybe they're going to switch, um, you know, back to something else or, or they're
102:03going to age into moneymakers value losers. You got your moneymakers value losers here.
102:08Uh, these are guys who, you know, like Devonta Smith and, and Jaden Higgins or a T Higgins and waddle and guys
102:15that are a little bit older who are potentially losing value, but still are very valuable.
102:20If you're on a roster trying to make money, ascending stars, pretty cut and dry, prove it guys, pretty cut and dry, respected.
102:27Oh geez. These are just your older guys that you still have a lot of trust and faith in that can win
102:34you some money, just older than the moneymaker value losers.
102:37Um, but then we kind of left off on the glue guys, right?
102:41And these glue guys, these are like your second and third wide receivers.
102:45And then you have your six man who could be your flexes, but you're like, you basically, I, I feel would probably
102:52feel more comfortable starting with them on the bench.
102:55And hopefully they kind of work their ways in.
102:58Um, so we didn't really talk a whole lot about a bunch of those guys.
103:03Um, now I've, I've since filled this out. These are my own.
103:07And then we have youth lottery tickets and veteran lottery tickets and stashes.
103:11And then the stashes will get broken down into tears.
103:14Um, as you know, inside of there, just like, uh, you know, kind of giving you an idea of, of, you know,
103:21which stashes to prioritize or, or, or whatever. Um, Jalen, no Dylan Sampson, Anthony Richardson, some great stashes right there.
103:27Some great stats. Cedric Tillman. Great stash. Pat Bryant.
103:30Great stash. I love the stashes. Um, any more great stashes.
103:34We're going to have to start calling this the Tom Selleck list.
103:37Oh, love it. Ooh. Um, I just do it boys.
103:41I got to hop out of here. I'm pat.
103:43I I'm not getting too, I'm getting too old.
103:46Um, I, I gotta get some shut eye to old.
103:50I bought out. All right. Oh, wait, wait, read some books.
103:53What have you been doing lately? Reading. See ya.
103:56All right, boys. Well, see ya. Jeff, are you going to hang out for a minute?
104:01Yeah. All right. Let's hang out for a minute.
104:04I don't, I can't, I can't take them off until I can't return them into their sheet until they have spilled blood.
104:11All right. Um, I'm going to go back to, uh, just you and I split screen here.
104:16Um, just to not, I don't want to, I don't want to lead the witness in here, but Quentin Johnson was somebody that we've been talking about.
104:25So, and we talked about him quite a bit on the show.
104:29We've been talking about it on other shows. Jaden Reed would be another one.
104:33Where would you put Quentin Johnston? Would he be, is he, has he moved his way to a glue guy right now?
104:40Or is he a six man kind of in a foundational situation here where you, you, you like them a lot, but
104:47you want to start them on the bench. You're not going to start them week one.
104:52If you can help it. Oh, I'm, I'm one thou wherever I've selected Quentin Johnson, I'm starting him week one.
104:58I will die with the lie on this one.
105:01Hmm. Okay. I think he's good. I think he's going to be good.
105:05I think, I mean, it's damn near bag season.
105:08They act that. I mean, regardless of what we think about him as a player, we, they, the chargers utilize, I mean,
105:15they picked up his fifth year option with no, no, no consternation, no, no contemplation.
105:20It was just like, Oh, it's that time of year.
105:23We're picking up the fifth year option. And again, I read you off the list of the receivers that have, you know,
105:30eight touchdowns in the last two years. And it's like all the studs and then Quentin Johnston.
105:36So week one, you playing Quentin Johnston or Christian Watson?
105:39Oh, Christian Watson. Okay. All right. Alec Pierce. Well, I guess Alec Pierce is that's, that's kind of cheating.
105:45Cause there's a, there's an injury that we're dealing with here, but I mean, I, at that point I would still, I'd still just play.
105:53I'd still just play. If Alec Pierce is healthy.
105:56Alec Pierce is healthy. You play out. Okay. Okay.
105:58It's just, there's so many vacated targets. There's so many.
106:02I mean, they paid him bag man, bag man.
106:04Yeah. That's him. Like you can't, I mean, we can't deny that, but again, it's bag season for Quentin Johnston and Mike
106:11McDaniel is a, like he broke, he cut his teeth in the league as a receivers coach, coaching freaking Andre Johnson.
106:18So he has some wherewithal on how to, how to scheme these guys up.
106:22Like, I, I mean the, the skillset that he represents is, you know, basically a hand and glove fit for what Mike
106:29McDaniel does in terms of his ability, you know, his ability to scheme guys to generate yards after the catch.
106:36We've seen him be a deep threat. That might be able to unlock him to where we can get a Jamison Williams esque outcome.
106:43I don't know if you guys noticed this, but I'm super into cheap guys.
106:48It could give you spike weeks. It could turn into something else.
106:52So that's kind of my thing. That's what you would, you would jump, you would jump Quentin Johnson out of six man into glue guys.
107:00Okay. How about, how about a nun guy? A nun guy.
107:03Is he a glue guy or a six man?
107:06I got swift in the glue guys. It's six man.
107:09Okay. Okay. It's 30% of the snaps, bro. It's just that that offense was so good at running, running the football last year.
107:16If for any reason, if they, if, if the efficiency dips, like we know swift can catch passes.
107:22That's kind of his, that's been his MO, you know, running and, you know, running and using his vision and those things
107:29were kind of the shortcomings, but swift is a more complete back.
107:33If something happens to swift, I think that, you know, then McCom, a nun guy jumps, maybe two tiers.
107:39And we're talking about him in the ascending stars bucket.
107:42Or the, you know, maybe the tweeners bucket. Is there, is there anybody you see on the screen right now for the
107:49six man that you would outside of Quentin Johnson, that you would jump into the glue guys?
107:55Cause I think Ricky Pierce all for me is a glue guy, but I don't necessarily want to play him week one if I can help it.
108:03So that's kind of why I threw him in there.
108:06Josh down, same thing. Jaden Reed seems like, I like all these guys, Xavier worthy might, should Xavier worthy be a glue
108:13guy or does he need, you need to see these are like the six man to me or like that.
108:20The other, like they're almost, they're kind of prove it's, but like cheaper back end prove it's almost.
108:25Yeah. Like is, we hate them for some reason or another.
108:29Yeah. And I've got Michael Wilson in there, which I don't think a lot of people would, I think they would put
108:36them in glue guy already, but I gotta see it again, baby.
108:40I mean, I'm Jordan Addison. I roll Jordan Addison out week one.
108:43I mean, if you believe in Kyler Murray, then you have to move J you have to move Jordan Addison out of this tier.
108:51Oh, like he's been productive. Okay. He's been productive with every other quarterback.
108:55That wasn't nine. Nine, nine, nine. Okay. So you, you would, you would say Jordan Addison would be Jordan Addison.
109:01Quinton Johnson should jump into the glues to me.
109:04Yes. Okay. To me, it's just like, Hey, are we going to correct one?
109:09There's it's like Jordan Addison because of where he's at currently with what he's been just doing dumb stuff.
109:15And then two, again, I do believe in Kyler somewhat just to, but like I, it's, it's, uh, he got himself in
109:22here because of how, how he'd been acting off the field and to like, are we going to correct this?
109:28Are the, are the Vikings going to correct this on the field or is this the downfall of KOC and the Vikings, which I don't believe that necessarily.
109:37I think, I think KOC is a good coach.
109:40Um, I think they're, I mean, everybody, everybody, look, we all believe KOC was a big, a good coach until the BS
109:47propaganda started about how he couldn't save JJ McCarthy and quasi Adolfo Mensah should have been the one that saved him from JJ McCarthy by not.
109:55He's fucking picking him, but that's a different story for a different day.
109:59Sure. And I just started starting to see like people like, Oh, well, you know, the, the, the Vikings offensive line, like
110:06you guys are just now starting to talk about the Vikings offensive line affecting what was going on last year.
110:13And like, I think it started from a lot of nine defenders of being like, wow, I was big.
110:19The offensive line, like, of course, like that should be a no, like anybody who actually watched what took place with the
110:26Minnesota Vikings last year should have already known that.
110:28And that's why I'm like, kind of like the Jordan Mason's and the running back route, like Jordan Mason.
110:34If this office just turns around, Jordan Mason is going to fall ass forward into probably an okay season.
110:41You know, here's the thing. They won. They won eight games last year.
110:45Daris all is healthy. Right. Yeah. They won eight games last year.
110:48So we're not talking about a team. That's just like a fucking bottle.
110:53We're not talking about the Titans. Like I'm a Titans fan.
110:56These are two totally different buckets. They're top five and spending at every position except quarterback.
111:01So like, this is a totally different, you got proven vets.
111:05You, they're thinking they're going to make a Superbowl run coming off a 14 win season.
111:10And to go to, to regress back to eight and nine is just kind of a, Oh wow.
111:15It's bad. But is it that bad? If collar can hoop, if collar still wants to play these, these assets are drastically
111:22underpriced, whether you believe in Aaron Jones, or if you think you believe the hype in, you believe the hype in DeMond
111:29Claiborne, giving you shades of Jameer Gibbs or Jordan Mason has a rebound.
111:34If the offensive line takes a step forward, I mean, I know Ryan Kelly retired.
111:38Uh, and I think they, did they cut somebody else?
111:41I can't remember off the top of my head, but point being, this is that roster is so good that if Kyler
111:48Murray can just play above average football, we're, we're in a really unique spot in terms of the value pockets that it
111:55got created because JJ Parker was so bad. Yeah.
111:58Um, all right. So we, you know, again, I like read, I like all these guys, for the most part, Jalen Warren,
112:05should he be a six man or, or a glue guy?
112:09Ramondra should be a six man or a glue guy?
112:12Romeo Dobbs feels like it feels disrespectful that I got him as a six man.
112:17What are we doing with Mondrian? Why? He's gotta, he's gotta be a glue guy, right?
112:22Yes. Okay. Absolutely. Absolutely. All right. I mean, that's the, so Breton strange, a glue guy, or is he a six man?
112:29See, I struggle with that because, and I mean, I'm, I'm prepared for the pair for the discourse here, the dialogue here,
112:36because I need to figure out how I feel about, like, I, I think, I think he should be, and especially in
112:43Titan premium, I think he should be a glue guy.
112:46I mean, he just got the bag. He's looked here.
112:49Here's the thing. I can tell you week one, there's no way I'm starting them.
112:54No. I got, if I got another, passes every eyeball test.
112:57Yes. Like his, it is aggressive. Yeah. When you watch him, when you watch, it's just like, Hey, can we get him out on the field?
113:06Can we make him a featured part of the offense?
113:09Which may, that's another thing that, that gives me trepidation about BTJ is they, they went and paid Brenton strange with no problem.
113:16They had two extensions. I believe Ellen, the GM said they had two extensions that were priority.
113:21One being Brenton strange, the other being Parker Washington.
113:24So we're, we're halfway, we're halfway done in terms of guys, guys getting a bag.
113:29When he, like when he came back. Right. 12, week 12 right here.
113:33Yeah. It, he immediately looked like a difference maker at the tight end position.
113:38Yeah. And this is the tight end premium is, is this column here.
113:42So we have regular premium and, and, or regular PPR and tight end premium.
113:46So you can see, you know, solid tight end premium run here.
113:50Bro. I'm just, I'm saying like it, they're telling you that they want to use this dude.
113:55And he's telling you when you watch him play that he can play.
113:59Right. So I'm cool with him being in a, obviously the prove it guys are kind of, are a little bit younger
114:06and this is, you know, he's going into year.
114:09He got, you know, he got extended going into year four.
114:13So yeah. I mean, if you want to put him, you know, you want to put him as a six man, that's cool.
114:20I, we're not, we don't have to make prognostications on, what, where he's going.
114:25So we can just kind of sit and let it play out.
114:28I mean, it's the cheapest, it's the cheapest contract security you could buy a tight end in my opinion.
114:34Yeah. I don't, I like having them. Yeah. For a guy that fits several different builds.
114:39Like that's the cheapest, that's the cheapest you're going to get in my opinion.
114:44Yeah. Yeah. Should Romeo Dobbs be over here? And like, did you want to go back to Ramondre?
114:50I mean, Ramondre needs to be, no, Ramondre needs to be a six man.
114:54I shuffled him. I shuffled a glue guy. Excuse me.
114:57Glue guy. All right. Is Romeo a glue guy?
115:00No. Okay. Six man. Not with AJ. Yeah. I mean, no AJ.
115:04I threw others. I threw out all those aggressive stats about him getting, you know, double digit targets and what that looks
115:11like with AJ spike weeks, best ball for me.
115:14JK Dobbins. Should he be a glue guy? Yes.
115:17Think so. I think so. Do you, what do you think?
115:20I think if I, if he's my only option, then he's a glue guy.
115:25You know, what I'm saying is what I'm saying is like, we, we got to follow.
115:30So you got to kind of follow, you got to follow a little bit of breadcrumbs, but they used him in the Mark Ingram role.
115:38And it was really good up until he got hurt.
115:41I think he was like fourth in the league in rushing yards before he got hurt.
115:46He's averaging five to carry. We talked about how inefficient, how inefficient RJ Harvey was behind the same offensive line.
115:52He's 5.1 to carry basically. Like they gave him a two year deal that they can get out of after this year.
115:59But I mean, he plays his way. If he plays, if he plays really well again, he's played his way into another like one to two year deal.
116:08Like I, I just, the only thing we need him to do is just play 17 games.
116:13This is the new James Connor. Hmm. You know what I'm saying?
116:17Yeah. He was, he was, you know, Peter and out, he had a couple of rough, but then like, you know, pretty, pretty solid, pretty solid throughout.
116:26Right. Look at the, look at the attempts. Look at the attempts.
116:30Yeah. Double digit attempts for 10 straight weeks. I feel like, like I just, I traded him in a league where I just, I have really good.
116:38Uh, and I needed, and I wanted to create a tight end hoard, but I traded him for Mike Washington.
116:45Cause I have Ashton Jensen, Mike Washington and Colby Parkinson, who I've also been very vocal about, but yeah, I traded him
116:51this week and I was like, fuck, I don't think I did the right thing.
116:56Yeah. Um, let's get my value tears back up here.
116:59Sorry. Um, I want to go back. We got a question over here on the, on the side from, from Cameron.
117:06Um, he said, I have Marv and Harvey as my fourth in their positions.
117:11Could I be worse off? I have Marv. So basically, okay.
117:14Wide receivers are JSN neighbors, flowers, running back, love cook Henderson.
117:18So if Marv's your fourth with JSN neighbors and flowers, no, that's fine.
117:22Like, yeah, that's, um, yeah. What do you, what do we, yeah.
117:25What are you waiting on? I love that. That's great.
117:29I love that. It's phantasmal. Yeah. I love that room.
117:32And then cook love Henderson, Harvey. Like, you know, we were just talking about J J, uh, JK.
117:38Right. Um, and must, must've been this week. We were talking about, I don't know.
117:42Remember the second year guys, right? Is that what we did?
117:46We did the second year rankings that haven't come out yet.
117:49Second year player rankings. Um, and all of us still most, I think Jeremiah is probably the lowest on Harvey, but I
117:56just, it feels like, like, would it be like, I can pull up Harvey real quick, but was it 60?
118:03Like, is it out of the realm? Oh, you know what it was?
118:07Also, we talked about, you know, we were on patron after that, but then we went and talked about Broncos.
118:13We've been breaking down teams, um, like kind of coaching changes in what they are and who they are through, um, Patreon some.
118:20So we're doing some of the breakdowns on there.
118:23We're going to do an AFC West rankings video here, uh, next week, but we've been doing some of those breakdowns that we were doing.
118:31And some of those will be public and some of them will be on Patreon.
118:36$7 holler gets you the Patreon episodes. Um, the rankings trade calculator, go check it out.
118:41Um, but yeah, you can see right there, you know, 58 targets last year, 47 receptions.
118:46Like it would not. And like, that was his rookie season.
118:50Like I understand they took Jonah Coleman and I understand they re-signed JK Dobbins, but like big D made a great point
118:57of just like Coleman feels like, like, you know, and, and, um, big D use this analogy a lot back, back in
119:04our day, there was a satellite back on like every team.
119:07And then there were the, who wasn't the backup.
119:10And then there was like a direct backup to the, to the actual RB one.
119:15Right. And that's what this feels like. Sean Payton, an older school guy.
119:19He's kind of run his running backs room a certain way.
119:22Like Jonah Coleman, maybe he's undeniable and sees the field a lot this year.
119:27But like if JK Dobbins is on the field, Jonah Coleman is not replacing RJ Harvey's role.
119:32Correct. Right. So the role for RJ Harvey is the past catching running back.
119:37Who's still probably what he have 150 attempts. Yeah.
119:39Um, or close to it. Like if, if RJ's plays the whole season and he has the same amount of attempts and
119:46like if RJ Harvey, just what he does, what he did last season.
119:50And I, I get it. You're saying, well, JK Dobbins missed time.
119:54Well, I'm expecting RJ's Harvey's role to expand quicker through the first part of the season from what we saw.
120:01Right. I think Jake, I think RJ Harvey will come right in and have a very defined role on this team.
120:07Um, I, you know, I, I just don't think, Oh, they drafted Jonah Coleman.
120:12Now RJ Harvey's out. Like I think RJ Harvey excelled in the position that they put him in last year, as far as a past catching running back.
120:21And they've always wanted a guy who operates that way in a Sean Payton offense.
120:25And he's that guy for them. Like, I don't know.
120:29I, I can, I can understand the fade somewhat of dropping the ADP back just because he's not like, he's not going
120:36to be the guy, but like he had to me has a very defined role in this offense, um, that is not going anywhere.
120:43And there's a great PPR floor for RJ Harvey.
120:46So, um, you know, I don't, I don't think that, that, uh, you know, I'm upset about, about that at all.
120:53So we have the, we have the proof of concept of them using multiple backs.
120:57Like you can go back to more, you know, you can go back to the Reggie Bush, you know, this Deuce McAllister,
121:04like there's always more than one guy. Right. And they've always had more than one guy and they all do different things for the most part.
121:13Like only when it was Alvin Kamara, did we get, and even still we had some Latavius Murray sprinklings where he was
121:20the, he was the most part of Alvin Kamara's career.
121:23You had somebody else in there. Yes. So is he, and we have so many years of different pass catchers being fantasy
121:30relevant because Sean, or Sean Payton throws the ball to the running back at one of the highest rates in the league.
121:37That's just what's built into the offense. Right. So I don't understand.
121:41I have zero understanding as to why, like, I think it's just a fundamental misunderstanding of what he's trying to accomplish in
121:48the offense and just kind of saying, well, this situation is RJ Harvey's going to be the odd man out.
121:54And it's like, RJ Harvey's never going to be the odd man out.
121:58Yeah, I don't think so. Just if you're a draft capital snob, just break it down, break it down math wise.
122:05Well, they took another guy. Well, what did they spend on RJ Harper?
122:0964th pick. What did they spend on Jonah Coleman?
122:12A pick in the hundreds. So you can just save yourself like some cognitive dissonance and pain just by doing that thought exercise.
122:19Yeah. And Jonah Coleman can just have the Dobbins role when he's done and they can bring him along.
122:25And, and, you know, I'm sure he'll get some run this year and yada.
122:29Yeah. Maybe he's undeniable and they're so good, but like forever, they held Mark Ingram in check and forever.
122:36We were like, it's just like my, our thing was always like, is he having sex with Peyton's wife?
122:42Like why is Mark Ingram not getting more run?
122:44You know? And then when he did, it was, he just, it, he's fucking awesome.
122:49Yeah. When they finally were like, oh, okay. Oh, you won the Heisman.
122:53Oh, we spent a first round pick on you.
122:56Oh, you're really good. Actually. Yeah. He was really good.
122:59Imagine that. Imagine that. And then, you know, so in that, just to peek behind the curtain in the patron episode where
123:06we, you know, we broke down all the coaching changes and kind of what it means and who they brought in an
123:13offensive line and the draft and all that stuff.
123:16And so, you know, we did that on patron, but like we kind of came to the conclusion.
123:22then we broke down the position groups a little bit of just like, look, they brought in waddle.
123:28We all really liked the addition of waddle to this team.
123:31Then you have Sutton over there. Who's still good.
123:34Right. I don't think, you know, Sutton's like washed by any means.
123:38Now you're not really going to be able to necessarily double Sutton.
123:42You got waddle stretching the field and you still have Franklin.
123:45Like you have field stretchers in there. Like how does, how does Bo Nix and Sean Payton run this offense death by
123:52a thousand paper cuts and then shots. What waddle just did is somebody who can help you with death by a thousand
123:59paper cuts and also give you a better shot, man.
124:02Right. And so what does all that do for the underneath?
124:06Like, this is why I think RJ Harvey could just have an easy 60 check downs.
124:11Like they have no problem checking it down. If that's the easiest, most effective way to get the ball down the field.
124:18We've seen it time after time with Bo Nix throughout his career.
124:22And I didn't love him coming out, but then this glut, like that's what Sean Payton has done with true breeze.
124:28You know, it's, it's. And that wasn't a comparison between Nixon breeze.
124:32That's not obviously breeze is outstanding. Yeah. Don't let's not get ridiculous.
124:36But the point being that you have to understand the way that people run, like the way that coaches coordinators, play callers,
124:43who they target, what archetypes they target and what the roles are in the offense.
124:48And I think that there's been just this mass propaganda campaign of RJ Harvey hate for the simple fact that they took
124:55a running back and they brought another running back in.
124:58And we're not, he's not a bell cow. That's well, and it's like, well, he didn't, he didn't grind between the tackles.
125:05Great. Like number one, this guy hasn't been playing football that all that long, as far as at the running back position, running back position.
125:13Exactly. And he, he, you know, got at rookies hit walls for different reasons.
125:17Um, and you know, was he excellent grinding between the tackles?
125:21No, but I thought he's, there was different games where he showed some life at being able to grind a little bit,
125:28but that's not necessarily what they need him to do.
125:31And I think a lot of it just comes from these are a lot of the people.
125:36Now they have something they didn't like Harvey to begin with.
125:40They think he's mid and a jag and he listened, he could be mid in a jag and still catch 60 balls.
125:47And I don't think that's the case. If you go watch him in space, like he's an elusive fun player.
125:53Um, who isn't like, isn't just going to be mitigated to like 80 attempts.
125:57I don't think this past, like he's going to have triple digit attempts.
126:01Yes. RJ Harvey. Um, so I, I just, uh, you know, I think it's just a group of a swath of people
126:08of like, well, I like Jonah Coleman more anyway, and RJ Harvey stinks and I didn't like him.
126:14And, and, you know, I was about like, I couldn't say anything through the back half of the season cause it was too good.
126:22But now I get to come back out here and confirm my priors and say, he stinks.
126:27See, they're telling you that Jonah Coleman is going to be the guy.
126:31And it's like, I just don't think that that's the one for one replacement.
126:36I don't, I, yes. So. And I like Jonah Coleman a lot.
126:40Yes. We, brother. I, I, I, yes. I, we have, we have talked about this.
126:44I've been very, very vocal about how I feel about Jonah Coleman, how he's just a more athletic version of cam scatterbow in my opinion.
126:52But that doesn't mean that he's going to go out here and take somebody's job.
126:57If you, here's the problem. I was not surprised by RJ Harvey struggling to run between the tackles because I watched his
127:04college film and guess what he did. He tried to bounce everything outside the tackles.
127:09Like, so him struggling at doing that at the, in the men's league is not a surprise.
127:14If you're familiar with the way that he's played football previously.
127:18Yeah. And Sean Payton saw that. I guarantee you, they watched a hundred times more tape on him and had a more
127:25thorough evaluation process than anybody out here. Who's willing to talk to you about fantasy football.
127:30So. And his, and to Harvey's credit, like, I felt like he, he was trying to stick to the plan a little bit more down the stretch.
127:38It's just a different, like the men's league is different.
127:41You're going to have opportunities. The shit that you were good at in college.
127:46Sometimes it's not going to immediately translate. We heard about Travion Henderson being a generational past protecting running back.
127:52And what does he do? He gets benched because he fucks up in past protection, like multiple times and misses out on an explosive.
128:00Ramondre's longest play from scrimmage since like his rookie year.
128:03Because they had to take him out because he was so shitty in past protection.
128:07So. Right. That doesn't mean that he can't get better at past protection.
128:12Running backs get better as like, as they go along.
128:15It's a desire thing. It's a skill thing, but you assuming that he can't get better at something that they're obviously, they
128:22selected him in spite of his opportunities to, to get, to grow there.
128:26And assuming that this is just a finished product and that the fourth round guy is going to usurp him.
128:32It's nonsensical. Yeah. It's not, it's not logical by any one of the, if you're a draft capital snob, if you're an
128:39athleticism snob, if you're, you know, if you're a pass catcher, well, yeah.
128:43Jonah Coleman was really, was really good at, you know, at pass catching.
128:47But anyway, point being, you, there's just no, there's no sound logic to follow to say, Oh, this is the replacement for Jonah for, for RJ Harvey.
128:56Yeah. So core Cameron Myers, good last name spelled the correct way to shout out to him.
129:01Just, I think he just joined the Patreon, but we're trying to get everybody over to the website.
129:07I think Jason just hooked you up with that and sent you over to the website there.
129:13The, the Patreon is now basically over on the website.
129:16Everything that we had over there is in one neat, nice place on the website.
129:20If you're listening on the, on, on the pod or, or right now, and you, you can use the, Jason brought it
129:27up on the screen, but you can enter to win the five-star review contest.
129:32It gets you, you can, you can get a giveaway here for a monthly subscription.
129:37Also a roster review by just giving us five stars on, on iTunes and Spotify.
129:41You stay in. We're going to give one, one a week of a membership away, and then one, a month of a roster review away.
129:49Maybe we'll do even more, who knows, but help your boys out and, and shoot some five-star reviews over there.
129:56And we'll, we'll get some free memberships out to y'all boys.
129:59All right, let's wrap this one up. We've been rolling for two hours.
130:03I love two hours. I love talking these buckets, man.
130:06I can't be more excited to continue to hone those in and continue to do those.
130:12I think it just has good conversations and I think it's a good, just different way to look at things.
130:18So there's something that we're going to be doing a lot more in the shows of just bringing it up.
130:24And I think it's just a fun, better roster construction way of talking about everything that we're doing.
130:30And that, that is in, you know, one of the tiers, not to try to sell you anything necessarily, but you know,
130:37this is just something that we're going to continue to work on, hone in.
130:41It's, it's built into roster reviews. It's built into, you know, it's going to be built into a bunch of stuff that
130:48we do in the site, kind of on the backend, helping make decisions and dictate things of just, you know, putting guys
130:55in buckets feels like, like, like a better way to kind of view how you're, where you are in roster construction and
131:02which buckets are for what, you know, where you're at in a build essentially.
131:07So make sure you come check those out. We're going to do plenty more on that kind of moving forward.
131:13But we appreciate everybody who's checking it out. Like guys, we've had over 50,000 swipes in the last like seven to 10 days.
131:20That's so awesome. We're so appreciative of it. It's, it's really, really cool to see it happening.
131:26I mean, it's just when you're the world's best crowdsource rankings, you know, I, I, you know, just, it really can't get any better.
131:33So shout out to all you guys. We really, really, really appreciate it.
131:38This website is, is still a fairly new thing.
131:40So again, any problems, any issues, hit us up, support tickets are, are out there and we're getting notifications and everything set
131:47up to just fix the problems as they come in.
131:51We know we're going to have them. Um, but so, um, appreciated cam.
131:55You're the man. Um, cam's in there. So appreciate you, man.
131:58Um, been following for a year. Appreciate you guys.
132:01Appreciate everybody. Um, uh, one more thing that I just wanted to hit.
132:05Like we have the, we have the show questions and we have the free thing.
132:10And that was, you know, that was, we, we, we all got us all rolling over there.
132:15What we need on the free questions is just a more pointed questions than just like a general roster review.
132:22Like you hit me with a pointed question and then we can go in and we can look at your roster real
132:29quick and say, Hey, a, a, a Chan or love or Javante Williams or ETN.
132:33So if you do the free questions, just more pointed questions of, Hey, not what should I do with this roster in
132:40general, but like, Hey, this guy for that guy, or what do you think I should, I should, I make this trade
132:47or a philosophy question or anything like that. A more pointed question for the free questions will help us get through a
132:54bunch more of those as we move forward. But again, roster reviews are live.
132:59Make sure you check that out on the site.
133:02$15 a month. We'll get you one roster review.
133:05And then every three months you can move that to a different roster, right?
133:09So like you get one roster review, it locks in for three months.
133:13And if you stay on there, you can move it to a different roster.
133:18You can buy multiple packs. If you want, you also can buy the $7 tier.
133:22That's the Patreon. That's the $5 holler that we always had.
133:26Now it's a $7 holler inflation goddess finally. Um, but you get the pod, you get advertisement free pod, you get the extra pod, you get rankings.
133:34Um, yeah, there you go. Ad free, you get FFD ADP.
133:38So there's, there's a bunch of the tiers for your pleasure, um, to, to go ahead and get again.
133:44this is like my least favorite thing of being doing this.
133:47I hate, I hate pitching these, but if, if I don't tell you about them, you don't know they're out there and
133:54then you can buy solo roster reviews or, you know, multiple packs of roster reviews, the automated one.
134:00And then if you scroll down a little further, you can get the live roster review or the $60, um, 30 minute
134:07big boy review, uh, which we've had a bunch of success with in the past and people loved them.
134:13Uh, so if you, if you really want something like that, a little bit more immersive and that can be public or private.
134:20So check it out. Chev, anything else to tell them?
134:24Uh, you didn't mention the double secret, uh, secret menu where you can get Casey's foot picks.
134:29If you pay $125 a month, I just so happen to have a foot right here.
134:34Hey, the left foot is extra. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
134:37You can't the left foot. That's that one's moneymaker.
134:40That's got the hammer toe. All right. We're out.
134:43We'll catch you next week. Actually. I don't know if I will, but the boys will maybe be here.
134:49We'll see. Maybe I'll be here. Hey, I want to thank you for being part of this broadcast.
134:54If you have any thoughts on it, leave a comment.
134:58If you enjoyed it, make sure you leave a like.
135:01And if you want to see more shows on the player profiler channel, subscribe to it.
135:06That's how we know you want more. Hey, it's Ryan Reynolds here from it mobile.
135:11Now I was looking for fun ways to tell you that mint's offer of unlimited premium wireless for $15 a month is back.
135:18So I thought it would be fun if we made $15 bills, but it turns out that's very illegal.
135:24So there goes my big idea for the commercial.
135:27Give it a try at mintmobile.com slash switch. Upfront payment of $45 for three months, $90 for six months or $180 for 12 month plan required.
135:35$15 per month equivalent to taxes and fees extra initial plan term only greater than 50 gigabytes may slow when network is busy.
135:42See terms. Most of us are one good deal away from finally replacing that worn out rug, fixing up the backyard or getting the bedroom we actually want.
