Walker is flagged as overvalued at his ADP despite being named Super Bowl MVP with the Seattle Seahawks. Most presume his best seasons are pending with the Kansas City Chiefs, but the Seahawks knew what they had in Walker, and he never finished better than 15th at RB in fantasy scoring during his four seasons. Even last season, Walker ranked 20th in rushing attempts as the Seahawks aimed to avoid injury until leaning on him in January. The Chiefs seem unlikely to make Walker a major part of the passing game. Taking him in the third round is too much.

After spending four seasons sharing work with Zach Charbonnet in Seattle, Walker signed with Kansas City to lead a backfield that has lacked explosiveness. When Charbonnet was active, Walker handled only 34.8% of Seattle's running back carries in the red zone; he still produced 1,309 total yards on 252 touches before taking on a larger role in the postseason, totaling 417 yards and four touchdowns across three postseason games, including 161 yards on 29 touches to win Super Bowl LX MVP. Kansas City's investment points to more work on early downs, in the passing game and near the goal line. Walker is firmly on the RB2 radar and has legitimate RB1 upside in Eric Bieniemy's offense.
