New York Giants wide receiver Calvin Austin III tore his ACL in a non-contact injury suffered in practice on Tuesday, ending his season. Austin had been having a great camp and quickly developed a rapport with QB Jaxson Dart, emerging as one of Dart's favorite targets in practice. He was also emerging as one of the Giants' most explosive options, with his 4.3 speed and agility giving opposing defenders fits. The injury is a definite blow to the Giants offense.
