From the episode

the system is just going to kind of be the Jalen Hurts offense and it's going to be a high wire act

STACKED’s take

Negative signalProjection

Hurts' offense is a high-wire act with unpredictable fantasy consistency.

Matt Harmon expects the Eagles offense to be a 'high wire act' dependent on Hurts' individual performance; the system is not designed to be stable or predictable, making it difficult to project consistent fantasy output.
