Video: Ranking All of the Week 9 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Targets
He's at 11-plus fantasy points in four straight games... he's passed Jake Ferguson as the clear number three on the team... Jake Ferguson, it looks like he's out... George Pickens is playing through an injury... he just like sprinted off the field by himself... Like Flournoy way more upside than a Mecole Hardman... Their projection is probably like 0.2 off of Mecole Hardman... D-tier, honestly, probably.

Cowboys WR3 with 11+ points in four straight; more upside than Hardman.

Rare handcuff wide receiver with standalone value. Flournoy has posted 11-plus fantasy points in four straight games, surpassed Jake Ferguson as the Cowboys' clear number three receiver (Ferguson is out), and averaged 13.4 fantasy points per game in six games last year when he cleared 50% snap share. George Pickens is playing through an injury and has shown behavioral concerns (sprinting off field alone after games), creating a pathway for Flournoy's upside if Pickens' injury lingers or he checks out. Flournoy has significantly more upside than Mecole Hardman despite similar projections. Gets a favorable slot funnel Colts matchup this week. Ranked D-tier as a waiver add but S-tier for waiver watch list.
