Perine faces third-worst RB defense despite limited recent touches.

Perine is ranked RB48 with just 4 and 5 touches in two games out of the team's Week 6 bye, but faces the NFL's third-worst defense in fantasy points per game allowed to running backs in Week 9 at Atlanta in Madrid; the source suggests this matchup could be an opportunity for Perine to maximize his limited touches.
