Feels good vs Atlanta; 8 catches last week, weak run defense creates ceiling

Feels good rating in favorable matchup against Atlanta's weak run defense. Caught 8 passes last week vs. Tennessee and had touchdown pass called back on penalty that would have extended ceiling. Source emphasizes Atlanta's defense is fake good and running backs are eating them alive, citing strong performances from other backs last week. Brown has ceiling-game potential in this matchup.
