Must-start despite elite Bears defense; playing at elite level

Must-start RB in Week 9 vs. Chicago Bears despite tough matchup. Chicago defense is significantly improved with Jeffrey Simmons and ranks third-fewest in fantasy points allowed to running backs. BDGE Fantasy Football describes Irving as 'playing out of his mind right now' and categorizes him as a must-start regardless of matchup difficulty.
