Ranked 24th overall RB; returning from quad injury and trending toward playing, but faces Kansas City Chiefs on the road with Jets projected for only 18.75 points. Was not an effective runner to start the season, getting most work in the passing game, while Braelon Allen has been more effective. Uncertainty around split with Allen (estimated 50/50 to 60/40 with Hall getting higher-paid veteran start, or Hall on passing downs with Allen at goal line) creates flex-level risk rather than RB2 floor. If Hall is relegated to passing downs only, Allen could squeeze his usage significantly.
