Willis gaining experience and comfort in Slowik's system despite rookie-level starting reps.

Willis is a third-round pick from 2022 with only 29 career games played and just 13 starts, giving him the starting experience of a rookie despite being a league veteran. He has shown improvement in recent weeks as he gains comfort in Bobby Slowik's offensive system, though he still appears bothered by the speed of the game at times.
