One of the biggest issues we have seen from Willis is a desire to be a pocket passer. He stays in the pocket longer than he should, trying to find the perfect pass rather than taking something shorter or throwing the ball away to avoid a sack.

Willis's pocket hesitation and sack issues improving but still a concern with young receivers.

Willis has struggled with pocket presence and decision-making, staying in the pocket longer than he should while searching for the perfect pass rather than taking shorter options or throwing the ball away to avoid sacks. He has taken multiple sacks by running out of bounds instead of throwing away, though he has begun opening up his legs more in recent weeks.
