Upside candidate for top 12 pending Raiders offensive cohesion.

Roschon Johnson has a good chance of making Bijan Robinson's top 12 throughout the summer, but Robinson needs to see more cohesion in the Las Vegas offense before moving him up significantly. Johnson has upside potential, but current uncertainty about the Raiders' offensive situation is holding back a higher ranking.
