Jameson Williams played better in Week 3 but saw only four targets, dropping him to 16% on the season for both target rate and target share. Those have never been his standout categories, but he's usually been around 20%, not 15%. Williams can still be treated as a WR3, but we can give up any hope for a breakthrough unless Gibbs or ARSB misses time. Stock is down.
