Bijan Robinson

NegativeProjection5:48

Bijan Robinson is ranked as the RB3 but is placed in the 'A tier' rather than 'S tier' due to concerns over quarterback play and the Falcons' inability to run offensive plays in the red zone.

Insight page

Blake Corum

PositiveDepth Chart34:47

Blake Corum has emerged as a viable RB3 for fantasy purposes. While some speculate he could take over more work, the source believes the Rams intend to keep the current split with Kyren Williams as the lead back. Corum began officially mixing into the rotation in week 10 of last year.

Insight page

Braelon Allen

NegativeUsage24:20

Braelon Allen is expected to cut into Breece Hall's workload, though the source notes this is largely due to the Jets' high overall usage of their running backs rather than a lack of confidence in Hall.

Insight page

Breece Hall

PositiveUsage23:30

Breece Hall is a high-value trade target who looks healthy and explosive. He averages 19 carries and 3.5 receptions per game, commanding 62% of red zone carries and 50% of carries inside the 10-yard line. He faces a Lions defense that allows a league-high 2.7 yards before contact per attempt and ranks last in explosive rush rate allowed.

Insight page

Chase Brown

PositiveValue34:17

Chase Brown is an excellent buy-low candidate; although currently ranked as RB18, the source ranks him as RB9. He maintains RB5-level usage, and the team's shift to more under-center formations is designed to generate explosive plays. He faces a favorable matchup against a Steelers defense that has struggled against running backs.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

PositiveUsage6:54

Christian McCaffrey is ranked as the RB4 for Week 3 against the Cardinals. Despite reduced snap shares (55% and 52%) due to blowout game scripts, he maintains a 23% target share and 4.5 receptions per game. He continues to dominate high-value touches inside the five-yard line. His volume is currently capped by the team's intentional workload management to keep him healthy for the postseason.

Insight page

Chuba Hubbard

PositiveValue31:11

Ranked as RB13 (consensus RB19), Hubbard is a top-15 fantasy back moving forward with Jonathan Brooks out for 6-8 weeks. He is the RB1 in success rate, plays 75% of snaps inside the 10-yard line, and faces a Cleveland defense allowing 5 yards per carry (27th in league). Austin Ekeler is not considered a threat to his workload.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

NegativeInjury15:55

DJ Moore suffered an injury early in his recent game, which is a concern for his immediate availability and limited his production.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

NegativeProjection30:48

D'Andre Swift is currently averaging 21 fantasy points per game, trailing the top four running backs who are all averaging over 25 points per game.

Insight page

De'Von Achane

NegativeProjection36:51

While Hayden Winks notes that Devon Achane's usage remains strong (RB8 in usage, 5.2 targets/game, 15.5 carries/game), the source is significantly worried about his outlook due to a difficult upcoming schedule (Chiefs, Vikings, Bengals) and concerns that the Dolphins' offensive struggles will limit his touchdown potential and fantasy ceiling.

Insight page

Derrick Henry

PositiveUsage10:54

Derrick Henry is averaging 20 carries and over 100 rushing yards per game. His receiving usage is notably up, with four catches for 38 yards through two games compared to 15 catches all of last season, providing a boost to his fantasy floor. While he remains a 'one of one' bellcow, his outlook is tied to the health of left tackle Ronnie Stanley.

Insight page

J.K. Dobbins

NegativeValue25:17

Ranked as the RB11, J.K. Dobbins is a volume-based play. While underlying metrics and fumbles in both games are concerning, he remains the primary back in the Chargers' offense with limited competition for touches.

Insight page

Jahmyr Gibbs

PositiveProjection3:27

Justin Boon ranks Jahmyr Gibbs as the RB1 overall for Week 3, placing him in the 'S tier' as a high-upside play. Gibbs is a huge home favorite in a high-scoring game environment and is currently on pace for 2,542 scrimmage yards, challenging the single-season record. He previously demonstrated his ceiling against the Saints' defense with 186 yards and two touchdowns in Week 1.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeValue32:04

The speaker regrets drafting Jalen Hurts in the seventh round of their expert draft, noting that selecting the quarterback prevented them from drafting Chuba Hubbard, which they now view as a major mistake.

Insight page

James Cook

NegativeProjection15:40

James Cook is ranked as the RB7, though the source expresses concern about his Week 3 matchup against the Chargers, noting they held Ashton Genty to only 63 yards on 25 touches. While he lacks backfield competition, concerns persist regarding his lack of evolution in the passing game, as his targets per route remain unchanged from previous years. He is coming off a 20.4-point performance on 22 touches, but Ty Johnson's potential return from a hamstring injury could further eat into his passing game opportunities.

Insight page

Javonte Williams

NegativeProjection39:19

Javonte Williams is ranked as RB16, lower than the consensus RB12, due to concerns over his performance, offensive line injuries, and a lack of rushing production despite holding a 66% red zone carry share.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveProjection13:41

Jonathan Taylor is an A-tier running back (RB8 by the source, RB6 consensus) and one of only four backs averaging over 25 fantasy points per game. He is seeing increased passing game involvement, with seven catches for 63 yards through two games, putting him on pace for a career-high 60 receptions. He remains a pivotal red zone threat inside the 10-yard line and is considered close in value to Ashton Genty and James Cook, with rankings largely matchup-dependent.

Insight page

Jonathon Brooks

NegativeInjury32:18

Jonathan Brooks is confirmed to be out for 6 to 8 weeks, which the source identifies as the primary catalyst for Chuba Hubbard becoming a locked-in fantasy starter.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveProjection4:06

Kenneth Walker III is ranked as the RB2 for Week 3, averaging 31.5 opportunities per game. He is coming off a career-high in targets and is the RB1 in overall usage. He benefits from a favorable matchup against the Dolphins as an 11.5-point road favorite. While his Week 1 usage against the Broncos may be an outlier, he remains a high-volume asset.

Insight page

Kimani Vidal

NegativeUsage26:34

Kimani Vidal is not currently a factor in the Chargers' backfield rotation and is not receiving significant touches.

Insight page

Kyren Williams

NegativeProjection34:08

Ranked as RB14, Kyren Williams remains a low-end RB1 in fantasy points per game, but the source has moved him down in rankings due to a lower projected team point total (24 points) and the expectation that he may stay out of the end zone for the first time this season. Despite Blake Corum's involvement, the Rams intend to keep the current backfield split.

Insight page

Mike Washington Jr.

NegativeUsage13:46

Mike Washington Jr. has seen surprisingly low involvement in the Raiders' backfield, though he remains a recommended hold as a high-upside handcuff should Ashton Genty suffer an injury.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeInjury28:48

Barkley's status is uncertain due to a stinger injury that required an MRI; if he plays, he should be productive given the Bears' defensive vulnerabilities.

Insight page

Tank Bigsby

PositiveValue29:03

The source recommends rostering Bigsby as a priority pickup; if Saquon Barkley misses time, Bigsby is projected as a high-end RB3 play, especially in a positive game script.

Insight page

Ty Johnson

NegativeUsage27:14

Ty Johnson is identified as a potential threat to James Cook's receiving role; currently dealing with a hamstring injury, his return to the field could lead to him eating into Cook's passing game opportunities.

Insight page

Will Shipley

NegativeSleeper29:10

Shipley is suggested as a deep-league stash; he saw significant work and snaps recently, though he remains a risky flex option compared to other backfield alternatives.

0:00Week three. Yes, it is already here.
0:02Time for the running back rankings. And gentlemen, obviously, we're going to go through tears with this. We added that dimension onto the show last week. Uh
0:11I'm even going through like the running back ones and the running back twos.
0:15Boon, I feel like the flex conversation this week and with wide receivers and moving forward might be different than it's been for the last four or five
0:23years in fantasy football. whereas, not to make this tight end show, but like really it's now a three-position flex versus a two- position flex.
0:30>> Well, that sounds pretty good considering I'm a guy who drafted two decent or at least I think decent tight ends in our expert league. And that is
0:37not the last time we will talk about the expert league today. I got a few things to say about that one. But yeah,
0:43absolutely there are some tight ends that can sneak into the flex. And there's also like some wild injury situations where we're getting updates
0:50like right before we jumped on to record where we thought it was completely one way in terms of injuries in these back
0:55fields and now they've completely flipped. We're finding out guys that we thought were the healthy ones are actually hurt today. So, we'll sort
1:01through all of that, but we got a lot to talk about. I noticed the same thing where I feel really excellent about like
1:06the top 24 wide receivers and then after I get to about 22 in my running back rankings, things are starting to get
1:13really split. whether it's like quarterback injuries are affecting running backs or we have some like real tandemss that are going to make this a
1:18lot more difficult. So I I feel really good about the top let's say 18 running backs then after that we are we're in
1:25kind of trouble right now.
1:26>> And on the final tight end note this is something that we talked about all summer where more and more heavier
1:31personnel eliminates you know the quality and I would also say even more so the quantity of wide receivers that are viable in the flex again versus five
1:39years ago. And if in those heavier personnel, sometimes the tight end is the number two or number three pass catcher on the field. So again, it opens
1:46it up. Keep your mind open more so than it has been in previous years. These are Justin Boon's rankings. He is updating
1:52them until the last second until until kickoff. So is Hayden on top of that. Uh by the way, Hayden, you are what, fourth
1:58in the Fantasy Pros rankings at this moment. Again, I will repeat, room for improvement.
2:04>> I don't like being this high. It's too much pressure.
2:07>> Okay. Well, you know who does enjoy being this high? Jamir Gibbs is Justin Boon's 101 at the running back spot this
2:15week. He faces off against the New York New York Jets. What do you want to say here, Boon?
2:19>> I look forward to getting to a week where he's not the number one. That'll be interesting because I feel like most
2:24of these weeks he's going to occupy this spot. But yeah, what is there to say?
2:27They're huge favorites. They're back home. It's going to be a ton of points in this contest. They've scored 31 points in each of the first two games.
2:35He's awesome. He's awesome. He's going to be a great fantasy play basically every single week. And Josh, in the summer we talked about some bold
2:43predictions. And one of the ones I had was that he was going to set the single season scrimmage yards record. Well,
2:49right now he's on pace for 2542 yards. And that record is 259 yards by CJ2K. Although there's a 17game 16 game
2:59thing going on there, but we won't even mention that. We don't need to bring that up. Regardless, he is on pace for
3:04just a monster season and he's going to have another big game this week.
3:07>> Only negatives right now is they're missing their center, their left guard, and their right tackle. We'll see if any of those players are eligible to return.
3:13Maybe Blake Miller, the right tackle, will be able to do that. That said, they're still projected for almost 28 points, fifth most since week 10 of last
3:18year. Jets are allowing the most fantasy points per game to running backs adjusting for schedule. So, this is a obvious wider or running back one
3:25overall spot. It only took until week three, but we have a new name at the running back two spot. That is Ken
3:33Walker the third, our guy K9. This is at the Miami Dolphins. Just to put that in perspective, how good the Chiefs offense
3:40has been this season. They are now on the road 11 and a half point favorites against this Miami Dolphins defense. Uh
3:4828 and a half point team total. Boon, we've talked about it. Ken Walker averaging around 31 and a half opportunities. I'll be perfectly fine to
3:57settle for about 26 27 per week.
4:00>> Yeah, for sure. And I think it's nice for Jir Gibbs that we're going to give him a friend up in this S tier, right?
4:05Like get somebody up there with him for once. And that's how well Kenneth Walker is playing and that's how good this
4:10matchup is, right? Ashton Genty went against this defense RB5 in week one.
4:14CMC RB3 last week. You know, you have the number one running back in fantasy points per game against arguably, maybe not even arguably the worst defense out
4:23there. And Hayden, I'm curious, we'll talk about this guy maybe a little bit later, but I'm curious in this kind of
4:29matchup with the points that we're expecting them to score, with how well EMTT Johnson has looked, is this a spot where maybe we could even sneak Emtt
4:36Johnson into our flexes?
4:38>> Yeah, I think he's at the same conversation as Blake Corm. I hope we're not at that point before by weeks and
4:42like full injuries, but I think that you can get away with it. I like like you said that like he's absolutely in the
4:48Jir Gibbs conversation for for this week. Uh project for the most points. Uh the Dolphins made Ashton Genty look good at football in week one. That's
4:56sometimes difficult to do. I I'm I'm mostly kidding about that. Yeah, there's nothing negative you can say about Kenneth Walker. Career high in targets
5:02last week. RB1 on RB1 overall usage like this is uh as good as it possibly could have been.
5:08>> Hayden, are we getting picky? Is this the top two? Is this the S tier? And there's a gap between this group and the
5:16next group.
5:17>> I think there is, but if we don't think if we don't want to have like five or six different rows here, I'm okay with
5:23continuing on. But I think like my true serum would be it's these two guys and everybody else.
5:26>> I think we should be honest here, Boon, and say that Bejan Robinson as your running back three belongs in A tier and
5:32not S tier. Uh this is at the Green Bay Packers. This is obviously Thursday night. Uh Boon, one stat for you. The
5:39Falcons are the only team remaining that has yet to run an offensive play in the red zone. We know that's where the vast
5:46majority of touchdowns happen. That's not just inside the 10 yard line. That's in the red zone altogether. So, he has 29 touches and 19 touches in the week 2
5:54blowout. They kind of gave him a bit of a breather once they got to the fourth quarter. What are you expecting here
5:58with Bejon in week three?
6:00>> Well, the reason that he's a tier below is just the unknown, right? The unknown at quarterback. I think Michael Pennock's coming back is going to be
6:07really good for this offense. We saw this offense with Michael Penn, albeit a different coaching staff, but still we saw Michael Penn get these guys in good
6:15fantasy positions last year through the first 11 weeks before Penn got hurt. DJ was the RB4 in fantasy points per game.
6:22Drake London was the wide receiver three overall. Not to spoil your episode on receivers, but I think Drake London should move back into a range that we're
6:29used to seeing him in potentially for this game. I think it's a good spot for him. Um, but yeah, regardless, Sean
6:35Robinson is so talented. He's got so many different ways that he can get there. When Pennix was playing last year, we saw him get at least five
6:43targets in eight of those 10 games. So, I think we're going to see him come through, have a big contest. I just
6:49don't think necessarily we can put him up with that top group yet until we see Penn in this new scheme performing and
6:56giving them like decent quarterback play. Hayden, >> yeah, the upside is 12 games with Michael Penn who's the RB1, 21.6 half
7:03PBR points on RB2 overall usage. I think that's the upside because I'm not sure how good of a player Pennix is going to
7:09be in this scheme coming off of another injury here. Uh they're only projected for 19 points. I will give some credit
7:13to the Packers defense. Jonathan Ganon um is an elite uh defensive coordinator according to his own head coach there.
7:20Lucas Vendes coming on. Javon Bullard coming on at safety as well. Like I do think this Packers defense is going to
7:25be a lot better than it has been in the past. Short week for the Falcons here.
7:28Um but you know, he's still going to catch six passes even if he doesn't get it done on the ground. Yeah, he's the
7:33running back seven so far this season in points per game, but again, those 29 and 19 touches do a lot better when the team
7:39is better. Yep. Again, getting back to the, you know, scoring opportunities.
7:43And just overall, Reeves pointed this out with Cooper Rush in the field. Bean was averaging. 84 fantasy points per snap. With Michael Penn, that rate is
7:511.02 points per snap. So, that factors in everything that we just said. All right, your running back for is Christian McCaffrey. This is against the Arizona
8:01Cardinals. Uh it's interesting. He is still a stellar fantasy asset obviously because this team is scoring a lot of points. Still the running back nine in
8:10points per game at this point. Uh but that includes a 55 and 52% snap. But boom, this is a matchup that we just
8:18want to have every single 49er in our lineups possible.
8:22>> Yeah, for sure. And last week, we haven't really gotten like a normal game to see what would happen with this
8:27offense, right? The Rams game in Australia, they kind of blew them out and took control of that one. We saw Caleb Black get involved a whole bunch.
8:34And then last week with Miami, it's kind of a weird one where they got up really big and before they got up, we saw him
8:40playing over 75% of the snaps. We saw him handling over 70% of the work in that back field and then down the
8:47stretch they just handed it to Black and I think even Jordan James got out there at one point. They just kind of let the
8:51other backs get involved. So CMC not the same player. Still going to get a lot of volume. I'd like to see like a a normal
8:59game where we can figure out just how much they're going to use both of these back because I don't think Ken Black is
9:04going away. I think they are going to continue to get him involved and that's going to just bring CMC down a little
9:09bit. But I also think it's so smart to do this. I mean Kanahan saw the Seahawks in their division do this last year and
9:16keep Kenneth Walker healthy and then when they needed to unleash him, they did at the end. I think they're probably hoping that CMC can stay healthy and
9:22that they can make a Super Bowl run and they can maybe give him more work once they get to that point. But regardless,
9:28it's still CMC. He's going to get enough volume. He's going to get scoring opportunities and with all the injuries that we've seen to this offense, guys,
9:35like he has to handle this kind of workload. So, yeah, he's still a great play for fantasy.
9:39>> Also, my RB4, there is some positives still. 23% target share through two weeks is awesome uh for for a running
9:46back that's RB3. uh still catching four and a half receptions per game. That's RB5. Uh he's losing some between the tackles uh or between the 20s work, but
9:55last week there was three drives where Christian McAffrey got an inside the five yard line touch. Uh Kaylin Black did not get any of those on three
10:02separate drives there. So that's telling me that the high value touches are definitely going to go Christian McAffrey's way. I don't really care
10:07about losing, you know, a a run up the middle from the 50 yard line. Um so I think still think he's an awesome
10:13player.
10:13>> Yeah, and last year he had a lot of success against the Cardinals. I know there's some changes obviously year to
10:18year, but 140 scrimmage yards and had 10 catches in their first meeting and then in the second game 121 yards and three
10:25touchdowns when they squared off there.
10:26So, a lot of signs pointing to him having a good game here.
10:29>> To your point, Boon, Nick Rolls is still the DC as he was last year, even with the head coach, a new head coach coming
10:34in. So, there is some stability there.
10:36Uh it's always a good sign when two of the top four ranked running backs are on the teams with the two top projections
10:43of the week. Uh, and also the biggest point spreads as well at 11 and a half and eight and a half for the Chiefs and
10:49the 49ers. Hayden, I want to come to you first with Derrick Henry who's also in this tier as the running back five. This
10:55is at the Dallas Cowboys. Um, it's so fun. I mean, again, we're here in week three. In the summer, you can tell
11:03yourself, well, Derrick Henry might not pay off if the Ravens aren't as good and they work from negative game script. And
11:09then you can on the opposite end of that say, well, the Ravens are going to be pretty freaking good. And when they're
11:14good, Dererick Henry scores at least 12 touchdowns.
11:16>> RB3 and RB7 usage so far averaging 20 carries over 100 rushing yards. That's like the the normal for Derrick Henry.
11:24Uh thing I'm paying attention to, Ronnie Stanley, their left tackle, toe injury.
11:27He's kind of been in and out of the lineup. I like to see him out there because he's like probably their best
11:31offensive lineman right now. And then the other kind of new thing is a couple more targets than usual to Derrick Henry. Uh I think that's largely just
11:38like a Declan Doyle thing. Uh three of his targets were like checkowns. Like I wouldn't read into that. a couple of
11:43them. Derrick Hendry's like laying on the ground, then gets up and then is out in the route. So, they weren't like
11:47necessarily by design, but at least two weeks in a row there was a screen involvement. I'm not going to say he's
11:51going to catch that many more passes than he usually one more a week. Like, that's that's a an extra fantasy point
11:57um in favor of Derrick Henry.
11:58>> Yeah, four catches for 38 yards through two games is extremely notable for a guy that had what 15 catches and like 150
12:05receiving yards last year. Like, he's well on his way to having much higher receiving stats this season. So, that's big. very high projection for this game.
12:13Yeah, Derrick Henry, Josh, you mentioned like people in the summer talking themselves out of Henry. That's me. I'm the guy that's always talking myself out
12:20of Henry in the summer and going, "No, the age curve. It's totally going to fall apart. This dude's going to play
12:25until he's like 50. He is one of one. He is the king. I am wrong. I bow down."
12:30And you know, I just I ask for his forgiveness on this one. He's going to have another great fantasy season.
12:35>> Hey, is it already fair to say that at the one-two turn, the ideal picks would have been Derrick Henry and Ken Walker?
12:40Like is that what the draft should have been at the one-two turn?
12:43>> Yep. Turns out you know the teams that are always uh in in the playoffs uh their running back.
12:48>> You want those running backs that are bellcows? Yeah, that's pretty good.
12:52Awesome at football. Yeah, Kevin Walker and Derk and if you watch a single game of theirs, they might be good. Like
12:55yeah, turns out >> uh Okay, Ashton Jensen is up next for you, Boone. This is different than Consensus. He's running back eight for
13:04Consensus and running back eight for Hayden. He's your running back six. Does he also belong in the A tier for you? Uh
13:09yeah, he's still he's still in this tier in my mind. I mean, we saw the the big game in week one. We know going against
13:15the Saints, there's going to be a lot of opportunity for for plays, for scoring.
13:19We've seen that with other guys this year so far. Um I mean, New Orleans 186 yards and two TDs to Gibbs in week one,
13:2587 and a touchdown to Henry last week. I know Hayden kind of joked around about Ashton Genty and his talent level
13:31earlier, but I do think he belongs here.
13:33I would put him up against. It's very close with James Cook obviously and with Jonathan Taylor, not to spoil the next
13:41couple here, but these guys are all very close. If you want to shuffle them up, put them a different way. To me, it's
13:46just sort of matchup based. And I like Gent's situation here. We're not seeing Mike Washington Jr. get that involved in this backfield. And that's almost
13:53surprising. I did think the way things progressed through the summer, I know there was the Genty injury obviously, but I thought Mike Washington would get
14:00more involved. I still think he's a player that people should be holding on to as a potential one- injury away guy
14:05who could have a lot of value if Genty gets hurt. We had a an injury scare last week, right? We we saw him leave with
14:10trainers. Got back out there though.
14:11Seems like he's fine. U but yeah, that's one thing that is kind of surprising to me that Mike Washington Jr. not really a
14:17thing in this offense so far. Ji was stuffed on four straight inside the five yardd line carries and then had the
14:22three dropped. I don't think it was the the best game all around for for the Raiders through two weeks. Uh 111 missed
14:28tackles per carry, which is pretty low.
14:30point4 yards before contact is also pretty low for the Raiders. So, it's a better environment. It's not the greatest environment still for Ashen
14:37Genty. He's still catching a ton of passes. Uh, and he's going to get all the goal line works. I think he's firmly
14:41an RB1. The Saints defense has been like pretty solid um over the the last couple years uh with Brandon Staley. I think
14:48Chase Young's been playing excellent football at at edge rusher there. So, I think that he's going to be uh totally fine as an RB1 volume play. Um totally
14:56good in a tier. This is such a different team environment than the ones we've already talked about where again the Chiefs project for 28 and a half, the
15:0349ers projected for 28, the Ravens project for 28, the Lions projected for 27. Obviously have the Falcons down at 19 and 3/4, but only just above that is
15:14the Raiders next at at 20 and a half.
15:17So, you know, Brandon Staley in his past has been known to just allow the run and then not give up explosives. That's
15:23changed a little bit in in recent years.
15:25Um, but obviously the the Saints had a whole bunch of injuries along their interior defensive line. So, I think this is a good test for the Raiders
15:34versus, you know, the week one Dolphin stuff and then what week two they face on top of it. Um, of of what this really
15:40is for him. Next up is James Cook as your running back seven. Is this A or Btier, Bo?
15:47>> This is still A tier. It's It's a little tougher. It's a tough matchup going against the Chargers, right? And you
15:53know, we saw him have a quieter day against Houston in the opener. Of course, he goes off where basically everybody for the Bills went off in that
16:00Lions game, except for DJ Moore, who got hurt early, of course. Hopefully, he's going to be okay. We want to see him
16:05back out there as a Bills fan. But, uh, yeah, this one's a little bit tough, right? Like, you think the Chargers,
16:11they held Genty to 63 yards on 25 touches. Not great there. I wouldn't be surprised if Cook doesn't have a huge
16:18day, which is why I moved Genty above him and why I've kind of been struggling with the Jonathan Taylor and the Cook
16:24and trying to figure out where he belongs here. But he just doesn't have a lot of backfield competition, right?
16:29Other than Josh Allen, he doesn't have another back that's taking anything away. But I do want to say on that note,
16:34Tai Johnson would be the guy that would get more involved in the receiving game.
16:38And Tai Johnson's been dealing with a hamstring injury. He hasn't played this year. Last week was limited in practice all week. Let's monitor that one because
16:46I do think if he gets back out there, that's another reason that I think we would be worried about Cook because we
16:51haven't seen this thing that we talked about all summer and that we heard the beat writers talk about where his role
16:56in the passing game might evolve and he might get more work there hasn't really come to fruition yet and if Tai Johnson
17:01gets back healthy, he might actually eat into that a little bit as well. So that's one thing where Cook's value, he's had some big games, he'll continue
17:08to have some big games, but if he wants to be in that next level above, he would need to have that role in the receiving
17:14game and we just haven't really seen it yet, guys.
17:17>> The same exact targets per route uh in this year as the last two years like that nothing's changed and I don't know
17:22why they would change that up. You add DJ Moore and Don Kades breaking out like I don't know why you would throw the
17:27ball to James Cook. That said, they're projected for almost 29 points. The Chargers have been a complete joke. Uh, and they're at home here and like James
17:36Cook's going to go crazy. I I think that that the Chargers like held the Genty at the goal line this last week, but there
17:41were still some opportunities for Genty in the past game with some of those drop passes for to to get going there. And I
17:47just don't think the Chargers like that skilled on defense just looking up and down the roster.
17:51>> Yeah, the running back 12 in points per game so far. James Cook is, but he's coming off a 20.4 uh point week and that
17:58was on 22 touches. So, I think like that week one is still kind of anchoring him from that department and it'll just only
18:03continue to rise there until the top 10 back.
18:05>> Who would have thought? You guys talking up the Bills player and me trying to talk down the >> shocking.
18:10>> We're We're just trying to get you to rank him above Ashton Genty this week. I think that's what we're doing.
18:14>> Uh, okay. Jonathan Taylor is up next.
18:17Fantastic player and on paper a difficult matchup against the Houston Texans. Boon, you are two spots below consensus here. Uh, he's running back
18:25six for them and he's running back eight for you. Still A tier or Btier?
18:29>> Still A tier. I made a few mistakes in that expert league when it came to the middle rounds. I don't regret the the
18:36bold call to take Jonathan Taylor at 103 though. He's playing really well. He's right up there with the top guys at the
18:42position, right? There's four backs that are averaging over 25 fantasy points per game. He's one of them. And the next closest guy after that is DeAndre Swift
18:49at 21. So, there's a big difference so far between having one of those four versus having any other backs here. Um,
18:55you know, he's been outstanding and, you know, he's done it in the against the the Ravens, against the Chiefs. So, two
19:02pretty tough defenses. Now, he gets the Texans, another very tough matchup. So, the matchup is a bit of the tiebreaker here. I'm maybe leaning on that a little
19:10too much, but that's why I have him bumped down below the two guys in front of him here. Colts are also underdogs
19:16now. We don't have Alec Pierce. We don't have that threat to kind of pull defenses away. I'm starting to get worried that defenses are going to come
19:23down and start to crowd and be a little bit more of a problem for him, but he's so good. He can still break off these
19:28runs. He can still have a big game, which is why in my mind, he still belongs in this A tier. Texas have a
19:34couple issues at defensive tackle and like their edge depth like Javon Cleone's been been missing some time, too. So, I think the matchup is like
19:40definitely difficult. It's maybe not as difficult as you'd uh possibly think heading into this season. I think the Colts have played very good football. Uh
19:48they're ninth in scoring to uh even uh with those two difficult matchups to open the year. Um Taylor had 86 rushing
19:55yards plus 36 receiving yards in week 13 against Houston last year. That was when Daniel Jones is like completely limping around like off a broken leg. Um and
20:03then I'm just throwing out the backup quarterback game in in week 18. So I I think he's just too good. I think Shane
20:07Styen's too good. And I think they're they're catching the Texans defense I think at the right time. And unlike the James Cook situation, this is actually a
20:15spot where there was talk in the off seasonason that Taylor would get maybe more work in the passing game. And that's actually coming to fruition,
20:20right? Seven catches for 63 yards as a pass catcher so far. So that would put him on pace for almost 60 catches. That
20:27would be a careerhigh for him. So hopefully that can keep up for my fantasy teams that have him and for everybody else out there that draft him.
20:33>> And my other thought is once they get to the red zone, he is such a pivotal player for them, especially inside the
20:3710 yard line. Like their wide receiver one is Josh DS now. You know, I I don't think of Josh DS as this go-to player in
20:43the tight field. You know, uh Tyler Warren has gotten there on touchdowns so far. Um we'll see if that continues or
20:49if that, you know, kind of progresses back to what it ordinarily is. So, I think some JT stuff inside the 20,
20:54inside the 10 is on the way even more.
20:57Um okay, let's talk about Chase Brown as your running back nine. Boom. Just quickly at the Pittsburgh Steelers. One word answer. A tier or Btier?
21:06>> We are Btier. we are dropping down to the the B tier, even though I'm pretty hopeful for him this week. Um, you know,
21:13the Steelers have been hit pretty hard in the ground. They're giving up the seventh most fantasy points to running backs this year. Brown went off against
21:19them last year, at least 100 scrimmage yards in both games. Um, I think there's potentially a situation where you might be able to buy a little bit low on him.
21:27Saji Pine is not really a concern. I think this is a player that last year showed he had like a top five ceiling,
21:34has a role in the passing game, can really do it all. So, I think bigger days are ahead and I think it could
21:40start this week. 11 targets through two games. I really like Brown. I liked him before the season. Maybe that's carrying over a little bit here, but I think he's
21:48going to get some better matchups and I think we're going to see some exciting fantasy days from him.
21:52>> Hey, in stats versus film, we talked about some billows. I should have thrown in Chase Brown's name. I mean, he's
21:57running back 18 right now, uh, under 17 points in both games, but I think you can really say that because they face
22:04the Bucks run defense and then the Texans defense, you know, and now he's about to get the Steelers who have allowed backfields to score 23rd in
22:13yards per carry. Um, and they've allowed a first down or touchdown on 28% of those runs, which is 28th across the
22:21league. So, this is, I think, a nice bounceback spot for Chase. Every week I write words hoping that you guys are
22:26going to read these words and my first sentence for Chase Brown is Brown is an excellent B low. Um because my RB9 as
22:33well uh the usage is still there. RB5 usage. They're doing more under center stuff which I think their theory of that
22:39is to get more explosives from Chase Brown. I think eventually we will get that. I still think their offensive lines may be a little bit underrated at
22:45this point. So I like the aggressive ranking from Boone here. I totally agree with it and I I do think that he's uh
22:51one of the best buy lows of the week.
22:52Okay, Bree Hall is up next. This is at the Detroit Lions. He still does own 62% of the red zone carries, 50% of the
23:01carries inside the 10 yard line. And Detroit, I looked this up, Boon, is allowing a league high 2.7 yards before contact per attempt. Now, they faced
23:10some good offenses so far. They also ranked dead last in explosive rush rate allowed at 18.2%.
23:17So maybe, just maybe, we get like the vintage Bree Hall explosives, especially with this offensive line he gets to run behind.
23:24>> Yeah, we saw Travis Aan and Kendra Miller pair up to have over 100 scrimmage yards against some. James Cook, obviously 139 yards last week. And
23:32really, guys, and I'm curious to get your take on this one. Does Bruce Hall just not like look good this year? He
23:37finally looks healthy. We've Yeah, we've dealt with years where he was injured or the offense was just a complete disaster. We're getting a little
23:45something from the offense this year.
23:46There's some reasons to be excited and he looks really good in my opinion. So, he's somebody that I've actually been trying to trade for in some leagues,
23:54hoping that other managers maybe don't realize just how good he looks and the potential that he has behind that line and in a Jets offense that could be a
24:01little better than people expected.
24:03>> He caught that ball in the flats on the screen just like he looked awesome to me there. So, that was I agree with that
24:07point. And the other point is they're projected for 20.5 points on the road against like a team that's competing for a Super Bowl in the Lions.
24:14there there's competency in New York for the first time in his entire career. And I think that this is the healthiest he's
24:20looked since that injury. On top of that, he's going to lose some work to to Brilen Allen, but that's also just
24:25because they're using their running backs entirely so much. He's still averaging 19 carries, three and a half receptions, and there's going to be some
24:31weeks when if they are trailing, which I think the Lions are just going to pretty much like not punt against the Jets
24:35defense the entire game where he's going to finish with six, seven, eight catches in a game. I think that this could be
24:39one of them. So, I I really like what you saw here.
24:41>> Yeah. through two weeks, six most touches behind like all the big names that you would expect. So, he's right there in terms of volume.
24:48>> Hayden, we'll talk about this uh on the wide receiver show on Friday, but are you at all surprised that the Jets are
24:54only projected for 20 and a half points here?
24:57>> Yeah, I think this is probably a game environment where I would just be looking at the the higher on both teams,
25:01you know.
25:01>> Yeah.
25:02>> You know, 27 versus 20 and a half. Like, I'm not saying the Jets are going to pull off this upset, but like I I could
25:06see this being, you know, 35 to 24.
25:09>> Yep. Like that a lot. Okay. Next up, Boon. How does it feel to be two spots ahead of consensus on an LA Charger?
25:17Yes, Amomar and Hampton is your running back 11. He's running back 13 in consensus rankings. This is at the Buffalo Bills. The Chargers are the most
25:28disappointing uh team in the league. And I would say Omar Hampton's fantasy stats and production are kind of uh showing
25:38you one side of positivity. And when you actually watch him and look at some of the underlying metrics, a lot of that is
25:44negative.
25:45>> It's like the opposite of the Bree Hall thing, right? Where like you feel really excited about how Hall looks. I think we
25:49had a lot of optimism for Hampton and yet it doesn't look great. All the things we were hoping for from this
25:56offense and Mike McDaniel, it has not come to play yet. Hopefully over time, like we have to give some of these teams
26:02a little bit of time to get comfortable with these new schemes and stuff, but I think we thought we'd get a lot better
26:07out of the gate in some good matchups here. The Bills defense, I mean, still a work in progress. They've given up at
26:13least 20 fantasy points to a single running back in each game so far. I don't know if Hampton's going to be that
26:19guy, but there's things you hate, right?
26:21You hate that he's fumbled in both games. You hate the overall just approach of this offense. And yet, who's coming for his touches? like Katon
26:29Mitchell is just that part-time change of pace kind of guy. He's not a volume player. Kamani Vidal is not even really
26:35getting touches in this back field. So, it's still going to be Hampton. He's going to get the work. It's just Yeah,
26:41it's more of a a volume play and a a bet on hope that this offense is just going to start to figure things out as we go.
26:48>> I'm totally fine buying low on Omar Hampton. like once we start pricing pricing in like that he's not like an
26:54elite running back and that the Chargers are not going to be an elite offense.
26:57Like >> he's going to be too involved in this offense to like completely tank. Uh now I don't think that he would I would be
27:03drafting him 16th overall. I never really was, but uh he's still the RB9 in carries. I think that he is going to
27:10catch way more passes than he has in the first couple weeks. I do think that's what he can do. Uh and there will be
27:16times where he's going to be able to hit the corner and rip off big explosives.
27:19I'm with Justin like there there's not many other options but to keep giving the ball to Omar and Hampton. I think
27:25eventually he's too explosive that there that there will be big plays. At the same time, they are projected for the 17th most points. Uh and if people were
27:33expecting the Chargers to be top five, that level of production is just like not going to uh turn the corner with the
27:39schedule. But I think at a certain point you you can only fade on Ryan Hampton so much. So I actually I'm with Justin
27:45here. I don't love Hampton, but I'm I'm ahead of consensus as well. I really hope one of these weeks they just remove
27:50the magnets from his shoulder pads that go directly to the defenders. Yeah, that would be >> nice.
27:55>> Okay, Saquon Barkley is up next for you.
27:58This is at the Chicago Bears. Um, look, it's been bad in terms of run blocking.
28:05I will say this, the left side of the Bears defense is allowing far more successful runs than their right side is. Unfortunately, that left side for
28:13the Eagles is a center that has turned into left guard and a center spot which changed up for Philly. Um, but if we are
28:22going to get a good game here from Saquon Barkley, it can happen this week.
28:25The Bears are allowing two yards before contact per attempt, second worst in the NFL, and Saquon is still fifth in rushing yards expectation per attempt
28:35over the minimal touches he's had so far, Boon. So, uh, maybe I'm just coping, but I just want to share those
28:40stats before you get going here. Yeah, I liked your little Saquon Barkley State of the Union there. I think it was
28:44important. I think people were waiting for that. Um, with him there, I mean, there's obviously the huge asterisk with the injury as well. Like, I haven't seen
28:50an injury update. We're recording this on Wednesday afternoon. Um, not sure where he stands after having the stinger. He was going for an MRI. We'll
28:58see if he's available to play this week.
28:59They kind of made it sound like he was going to be okay, but I was also recommending that everybody go pick up
29:04Tank Bsby if he wasn't already rostered in your league. So, hopefully people did that. also like a little bit deeper down
29:10if you're in one of these like super sicko leagues like I know we are. Will Shipley got a bunch of work and a bunch
29:15of snaps up there as well. So he could be somebody that you might want to stash just in case. Um but it would be tanked
29:21bigsby. He got more touches. He's the guy to roster. If Barkley was going to miss time, he'd be a high-end RB3 kind
29:28of play. Um Shipley would just be like a risky flex here. Um you look at the matchup, I mean they're giving up the
29:34ninth most fantasy points to running backs. they just let Aaron Jones hit them up for 105 yards. Like I think Barkley would be okay in this one if
29:41he's out there as long as he's healthy and as long as they're not limiting his touches and trying to get the other guys
29:46involved or anything like that.
29:47>> I feel like Stinger, it's like either you're playing or you're totally fine or or you're not playing. Um so I think
29:52that if he's out there, this is probably going to be the range I'll have him in.
29:55Chicago six most rushing yards allowed in 2025 and Chuba hovered him for almost 24 half PPR points in week one. You
30:02mentioned the 100 plus yards for Aaron Jones. So, uh, I I think they're going to win this game pretty easily because,
30:07you know, you were talking about a third string running back and, uh, Josh, like you said in stats versus film, like
30:11they're going to be committed to trying to fix this run game. I'm not sure if like it's ever going to get back to the
30:162024 numbers. So, from 2025 to week one of of this this year, he's the RB 17 on RB6 usage. Like, could we make that RB9
30:24like instead of RB 17? I think like that's the goal. I'm not expecting top five running back numbers from him at
30:29this point.
30:30>> The Eagles are still going to try to run the football, though. And I'll say this, uh, this Bears team might really
30:35struggle if Case Keenum is the starter.
30:37And that could maybe give the Eagles some short fields here, which is always in favor of the offense. And I will add
30:43on the, you know, Shipley Tank Big Bsby split that we saw last week.
30:48>> When Saquin went out, you know, the Eagles were trailing from behind in almost all that game. And so we're expecting them to lead this one. I would
30:55really lean into Tank Bixsby if Saquin does miss this one for the positive game scriptness um of it all. All right,
31:02these are your stand your ground picks presented by DraftKings Sports. Every game day means more with DraftKings Sports. The crown is yours and Boone
31:11this week. His name is Chuba Hubard.
31:14This is back-to-back weeks with Chuba Huard being the stand your ground picks.
31:18This is at the Cleveland Browns because Boon, you have him as running back 13 and he's running back 19 in consensus
31:24rankings.
31:24>> Well, I mentioned earlier some mistakes that I made in the middle rounds of our expert draft. I'm looking at it right
31:30now because I wanted to make sure that I knew exactly where Hubard ended up. I thought I knew who took him, but I
31:36needed to make exactly sure. And of course, it was Hayden. My huge mistake there was that I preached all summer long, fill out your lineup, then go get
31:44your quarterback. And yet I got enticed in the seventh round. I went and got Jaylen Herz. I didn't go get Chuba
31:51Hubard who I knew at least early in the season the play was going to be that he was going to be the starter. You were
31:56going to get that work from him and then maybe Jonathan Brooks would come on along the way and then you'd have to
32:00figure it out and find someone else for that spot. But that would have made perfect sense for my team. And yet I
32:05didn't listen to my own advice. I went with quarterback. Hayden gets Shua Hubard which looks like what the best fantasy pick right now at the moment.
32:13like this guy with now Jonathan Brooks out and of course we didn't know that was going to happen but Jonathan Brooks
32:19out for 6 to 8 weeks here now this is Chuba Hubard's backfield man he's going to be a top 15 fantasy back most weeks
32:27moving forward right like he is going to be a great fantasy play Hayden nailed it it's awesome they have no one else in
32:33that backfield Dylan might get some touches Austin Eckler went in there for a visit today he's 31 and coming off a
32:40torn Achilles not sure what he has left in the tank So, Chuba Hubard, this is back to two years ago, back to 2024 when
32:47he was the RB12 in fantasy points per game. He's the man. He's a great play.
32:52And even though he's not getting like massive volume, I think he's just been around like 14 15 touches here in these
32:58games, he's still getting so much work, the scoring opportunities, this offense looking better than it has. Hayden, congratulations, man. It was a great
33:05pick by you.
33:06>> Yeah, good good run out for him. Um, but he's also RB1 in success rate. like he's playing good football on top of it. The
33:13offensive line is a little bit better than maybe we were expecting. Uh and I think the big thing is he was already
33:19the RB12 on RB7 usage just two years ago and that's exactly what he looks like right now. So the team is projected to
33:26win against the Browns on the road here.
33:29Um I consensus is like very clearly wrong here. Like I think that you can even make an argument uh that he can
33:35even be higher than this. I have him at RB13 right now, but like I feel excellent about that.
33:39>> Yeah. And I think part of his touches were that they were leading so much into the fourth quarter last week that he
33:43didn't really have to play.
33:45>> Um, and he's played 75% of the snaps inside the 10 yard line with all six backfield touches in that area of the
33:51field so far. And Cleveland right now has opened the year allowing five yards per carry to running backs, which is 27th in the league with, to your point,
34:00success rate, 28th in success rate, uh, and really bad after contact. So yeah, Chuba Hopper, have a week. Let's go.
34:08Next up, Kyron Williams continuing on this tier. This is at the Denver Broncos. So, quite a bit of a change versus the Giants defense to the Broncos
34:19defense. And that lands Kairen as running back 14 for you. People have been running on the the Broncos defense this year a little bit. And this is
34:26another guy where he's not getting these massive workloads. That's kind of never really been his story, right? He's getting there because he scores
34:33touchdowns in this offense because he's pretty efficient out there. 14 touches each week, still finished as RB16 and RB8. That's just the story with Kairen,
34:43right? The last three years, he's been a low-end RB1 in fantasy points per game.
34:47He just gets there. Even though Blake Corum has now become like a very viable RB3 type for fantasy, Kairen is still
34:54that RB2 play and a guy that I think you can feel good about having in your lineup. And I don't really see, maybe
35:00other people think that Cororum's going to take over more work as we go here, but I don't think this is going to
35:04change. I think this is how they want the backfield to be with Kairen as that main guy with Corm working in a whole
35:10bunch. Both backs kind of helping lead the way right now. We'll see if Puka plays this week. But regardless, you could have both these guys in your
35:17fantasy lineup.
35:18>> He's the RB9 and RB14 usage since week 10 of last year. That's when Blake Corm was like officially mixing in. That
35:24includes the playoff games. During that stretch, the Rams were averaging 30 points uh per game. This week they're projected for 24 points. So that's
35:31you're taking a touchdown off the board.
35:33That does not mean it has to come from Ky Williams individually. So I I moved him down from like that split and I feel
35:38okay with that. Kenneth Walker got the Broncos. I I do wonder if like that was a Kenneth Walker thing and then like
35:45everyone else will be like, you know, kind of swallowed up by the Denver Broncos defense. They did lose John Franklin Myers at defensive tackle. They
35:51are missing one of their edge rushers.
35:53Uh so they're not going to be the top five unit against running backs, but you know, I think that Kenneth Walker week
35:58one split will be like the outlier. I I liked your point at the start here, Hayden, because I'm a Kairen guy, but
36:05this environment where they're expected to win, but the point total is probably low based on the opposition. Yeah.
36:10Probably means that Kiran stays out of the end zone for the first time this season. You know, in in week one, uh
36:17they were trailing, so he played a lot.
36:18And then in week two, they scored a boatload of points at 28 plus. Uh, and so here if their total and the team and
36:25this the game total stays this low, then I do wonder if uh if he does get in or if he doesn't and that could be a big
36:31change for him. All right, Devon Achan, we're going to keep it going in this tier. Is your running back 15? This is
36:38versus the Kansas City Chiefs. You are three spots above, excuse me, below Hayden on this one. Who has him as the
36:45running back 12? So, uh, Boon, you go first. Actually, let me do this. Hayden, give me the optimistic pitch on Devon
36:52Han this week against the Chiefs defense.
36:54>> I love it.
36:55>> Targets per game, five and a half from 2024 to 2025, 5.2. Nothing's really changed there. Getting the same amount of screens. I'm still seeing him catch
37:02swing passes in the offense. I watch the ground game. He's got 15 and a half carries this this year. Uh from 2024 to
37:082025, 13.4. Nothing structurally has changed for Ton in terms of how he's getting his touches, how many touches he's getting. That actually that number
37:16is up. He's still the RB8 in usage. the Dolphins have to play better. I know that's what everyone's saying, the Dolphins aren't going to play better.
37:22It's like, totally understand that, but we have not seen the explosive from Devon. That is coming. They're not like changing the offense. This is still the
37:28Devon Han focused offense. Don't love the matchup. The Chiefs uh give, you know, inexperienced play callers a ton of trouble, and that's exactly what this
37:36is. Um, but I I don't think that, you know, the coaching staff has like forgotten how to use Devon. Like, they're using him in all the exact ways
37:43that we'd want to. the live betting markets have him predict for 90 and a half total yards here. Uh will he score
37:49a touchdown? I'm not sure, but they don't have anyone else to get the ball to right now, especially with Caleb Douglas, uh and Jaylen Wright that both
37:56those guys picked up injuries. So, you know, it's a volume based play, but at some point Devon is going to look like
38:01Devon.
38:02>> Yeah, last week 26 touches, 93 yards.
38:05That's the story you got to tell yourself, right? Hasn't found the end zone yet. The matchup is a huge part of
38:10it here for me, Hayden. Like I just don't think the Chiefs are the defense where he's going to get over on them.
38:14And to be honest, like the schedule's not softening up after this. It's the Vikings after this. It's the Bengals who are much better with Dexter Lawrence now
38:21against the run. So I'm very worried about Han. I haven't had an opportunity to do the panic meter shows with Harmon
38:27on Mondays for the first couple weeks here for obvious reasons. I'm going to be back on there and I'm going to push
38:33to talk about Han because I'm just very very worried about him. I thought there was a path for him to still come
38:38through. Man, I'm worried about this Dolphins offense as a whole, and I think it's going to bring him down this year.
38:42So, we'll see some games where volume-wise he like gets there just enough, but we're not going to see as many touchdowns, and it's unfortunate
38:49because he's a really talented player.
38:51>> Yeah. Second lowest team total this week. I Hey, and I agree with you that like the usage is very similar. I'm just
38:56worried that it's Bobby Slowick doing the usage and not Mike McDaniel in Miami with the usage. Um, but we'll see. I
39:03mean, he's still an awesome superstar that has been unable to show that I think that superstardom this year. He's running back 24 in points per game to
39:13open the season, but that's just two games. Okay, next is Javvante Williams.
39:19Uh, volume, volume, volume. He's running back 12 though in consensus rankings spoon. He's your running back 16. He owns 66% of this team's red zone runs.
39:29So, why are you lower than consensus against the Ravens? I feel like I haven't really loved what I've seen from him so far. Obviously, it's been a weird
39:36kind of couple games for them. Um, you know, you thought you get a lot more out of the running game last week with the
39:41way that game went, but they did it through the air. Maybe the rushing attack will come along here. Maybe the injuries in the offensive line are a bit
39:48of a problem. I know yards per carry could be like a really misleading stat, obviously, especially on small sample sizes. But like last year, he was
39:55averaging almost five yards per carry.
39:56This year under three yards per carry.
39:58It's almost two full yards difference.
40:01that could change. Again, this is only two games, but I just haven't really loved what I've seen from him. So, he's
40:06another one of these guys that I think belongs in this range because he's just a volume play. It's a better offense.
40:12And like I said, you'd hope with the passing attack really finding its stride last week that the rushing attack will eventually as well. Uh but yeah, I I
40:21haven't really loved what I've seen from Javvante so far and uh just a little bit worried about him, but he has no
40:27competition, so volume wise, he should be okay.
40:29>> Volume's going to be there. RB5 in expected points since 2025. He's RB10 in expected points this year. Uh not having
40:35Tyler Smith, I do think is a big deal.
40:37He's on injured reserve, their left guard, one of the best in the league.
40:39And then the the Ravens, uh since week 10 of last year, Ravens have allowed 66 rushing yards per game to running backs.
40:45That's the second fewest. I think it's just like a combination of, you know, the trenches plus game script. Uh like that type of thing where I have Javvante
40:52Williams in a very similar spot as Boon.
40:54Yeah, it is one of those things where how low can you rank a guy who completely owns the backfield and they're also at home and they're still
41:00projected for 24 and a half, but you know it might be kind of negative game script from them because they are uh
41:05three and a half point underdogs here.
41:07All right, >> hypers speed a little bit more. Uh DeAndre Swift, Boon, I'm going to put him in in Btier here and we're going to
41:14keep it moving because DeAndre Swift is freaking awesome. It's a revenge game here for DeAndre Swift against the Philadelphia Eagles. he is scoring as
41:23one of the best backs in fantasy football as the running back five. That would be tough to continue against Philly uh and especially in this game
41:30script. But I do wonder if you know maybe Ben Johnson understands that our pathway to winning is to go and flow
41:37through this rushing attack as much as possible.
41:40>> Yeah, they have to. We hit on the the K scheme thing earlier that if he's out there, we're basically bringing down
41:45everybody in this offense from a fantasy perspective. But they're going to have to lean on the running game massively in this one. And it's another situation
41:53where Swift can do it. We know he can do it. And I do I will admit to everybody out there is a revenge game little bump
41:59that I give in my projections. So he does get that little bump this week.
42:03It's tough because you're trying to offset that against the quarterback situation. But again, that's another one we're going to have to monitor all week
42:08to see if Tyson Beijing can clear concussion protocol or what kind of state Caleb Williams hamstring is in.
42:14Regardless if it's Keenum, that's going to bring down the whole offense. But Swift can still get there to this point.
42:20He normally like rest of season rankings, I have him as basically a borderline low-end RB1, highend RB2. So, this is much lower than where I project
42:28him for the rest of the year.
42:29>> I got DeAndre Swift buried in my rankings like RB25. There's been six games since 2025 where the Bears have finished with 21 or fewer points. He's
42:36averaged 10.8 half PBR points. And then that's like the RB23. The reality is they're project for 18 and a half points
42:42against Vic Fangio and he gets every other drive. So, I don't think they're going to give him the ball like that
42:47much more. It's like still a drive-by drive rotation and they're going to be a negative game script here and I just I
42:51just don't trust a third stringer against Vanio.
42:53>> Boon, I assumed Btier. Do you want to move to Ctier then for DeAndre Swift instead?
42:57>> No, we we're still going with Btier here. Yep.
43:00>> All right. Bucky last name >> in the B tier.
43:03>> Yes. Are we >> He's still in the B tier. No, he is not the last name in the B tier, but we are
43:07rolling with him in the B tier. Um Buckyy's been great. This is one I was totally wrong on before the season. I
43:14thought Kenneth Gainwell would step into that Rashad White kind of role. I thought he would limit Bucky. He's not at all. Bucky is out there absolutely
43:21crushing it. 61% of the snaps, 79% of the snaps, 183 yards, and a touchdown through two games. He's even getting like the twominute drill work. He's
43:30getting goal line work. There's really nothing stopping him right now. So, uh, he belongs in this spot. It's just a tough matchup against the, uh, a Vikings
43:38and a Brian Flores defense. So, that's the only thing that has him a little bit lower than he normally would be. Yeah, I
43:42I think the Vikings defense is like an absolute problem last four games uh for the Vikings. They've allowed 11.4 Bear points like to the entire room.
43:50Obviously, Buckyy's going to get a lot of that. Um but I think that's pretty worrisome, especially how Baker's been handling pressure. So, I agree with the
43:56team total being low here. Um film wise on Bucky, he's got a great first step right now. Every single time he hits
44:03that second level, he's like one of the slowest running backs in in the NFL to me. Um I haven't loved that. I will say
44:08like the first step and that's the most important part is like hitting that lateral step to get to the next level.
44:13There was a couple times last week where I was like, "Oh no, like that's that didn't have my attention like it had in
44:18previous years."
44:19>> Interesting. I wish we had talked about it more in SAS versus film. I've liked what I've seen from Bucky to avoid some
44:23instant disruption middle or find some extra lanes, but yeah, in terms of like the real explosives and the gamechanging moments, he he certainly hasn't had
44:31that. Uh, and he's only owned 37% of the carries for the Bucks inside the red zone so far. So, that kind of needs to
44:36hike up. Uh, boom. We only have one more spot in the B tier. I'm sorry to tell you. Um, >> that's all right. We will give we'll
44:43give it to Aaron Jones. We will give that spot to Aaron Jones, but this is another one of those ones I I made a
44:49mention of it at the beginning that we're getting injury updates as we go.
44:53We knew last week he left the game at one point, slammed his helmet down. We thought maybe he was going to be out. He
44:58managed to finish the game. Had had a great one, 105 yards on 23 carries.
45:02Obviously, uh they're saying he's dealing with some soreness, but I was just a little bit worried of the way that Kevin Oconor was talking about that
45:09that he still has a chance to play this week or there's some weird wording that he said right before we started. I don't
45:14have the quote in front of me. So, that was the only reason that I'm just a little bit concerned about Jones. We'll
45:18put a little asterisk next to him. Um but this is a spot where they need him to be the guy. They don't really have
45:24faith in Deont Clayborn. DJ Dallas is a special teamer. Um, so yeah, as long as he's out there, he is going to be a very
45:31strong RB2 player.
45:33>> They have no other choice. So I'm assuming that he's going to play. If he's not, then I'll figure out who
45:37they're going to use, but it's I don't know who the hell they use.
45:39>> They have no um Clay Clayborn is a small player who is bad in pass protection and also quite poor as a receiver. And then
45:47DJ Dallas is, you know, kind of a retread one of these players. Hayden, the quote that Boon is talking about is
45:53from KOC. We'll just keep getting treatment around the clock and see if we can pick up his workload as the week
45:58goes on.
45:59>> Yeah. There's also another one where that he feels pretty good, you know? So, is this like not, you know, 31y old not
46:05practicing early on? Like that's my read and obviously if we're wrong, we'll just update the rankings on on Aaron Jones though, he played 90% of the snaps
46:11heading into to halftime. Then he missed a couple snaps, but then he got right back in there. Uh, and then since 2024
46:18uh without Jordan Mason, he's the RB20 and RB13 usage. The Buccaneers defense is not quite as good as it has been
46:24previously. I know it's like you got Vea and that that will be an issue, but their their linebackers have been awful
46:29and I do think there's going to be moments where Aaron Jones can get highlighted in the pass game. So, like if he's out there, I I have a very
46:34aggressive ranking on Aaron Jones. Like it's like too big to fail. Uh you know, and hopefully he can just stay healthy
46:40for it.
46:40>> I know we want to move quick here, Josh, but I do want to say one more thing on it. I think Jordan Mason is potentially
46:45somebody to try to go out and buy because Aaron Jones is not gonna hold up with these kind of workloads. And I say
46:50that as he's my birthday buddy, man.
46:52We're both December 2nd babies. The dude is going to turn 32 this year. We've seen him deal with so many injuries.
46:59We're seeing him sore after this one game where he gets all the work. He is not a long-term starter at this point.
47:04So, I don't even know if he's going to hold up for a whole month. Um, I think Jordan Mason is somebody that people
47:09should be going out to get. Alec Lewis of The Athletic, he had the stat. The Vikings have run a 53.7 run rate here
47:15since December 1st of last season. They haven't lost since. That's the second highest run rate among all NFL teams behind only the Ravens. U they said they
47:23wanted to commit to the rushing attack this year. They are still doing it and long-term I think that bodess really well for Mason. So go out and uh get
47:30him.
47:31>> Okay. Next is David Montgomery. This is at the Indianapolis Colts. Hey, I'll send this to you. There's like some numbers in Dave Montgomery's favor. even
47:40if the offensive line has, you know, failed to create space outside of even parts of week one, um he still owns 85%
47:48of the red zone carries. So once they get down to the tight space, then he is most likely to score a touchdown for
47:53this team on the ground. And who they face this week, the Colts are allowing 5.3 rushing yards per attempt, the second worst in the NFL. So, we've kind
48:04of gotten a tale of two weeks here for Deont. And him being running back 20 here, uh, I think for around for both of
48:10you, uh, makes it side in one direction.
48:13>> Yeah, the Colts are a great match up for him. They're they're really struggling at at linebacker. I think the Texans
48:18offensive line like definitely falls into like the joke category in terms like the the the volume at the goal line. Back in week one, he got stuffed
48:25multiple times at the goal line. So, like that's inflating his percentage share. Like I'm not convinced that he's going to get every goal line carry. Like
48:32the way they've been doing it's like been every other drive goes to Woody Marks. Like am I convinced that Woody Marks just wouldn't stay on the football
48:38field and score a rushing touchdown at that expense? Like I I think this is pretty close to the you know DeAndre
48:44Swift Kyle Manungai split. Uh except that the Bears offensive line's awesome and the Texans offensive line stinks.
48:49And I also think you know straight up Montgomery is worse than DeAndre Swift.
48:52So I think he's going to be an RB2 because of volumes the RB15 in usage.
48:56But I I don't love what I see here.
48:58Yeah, touchdowns are are really the difference and that for that reason I think we keep him in this range. But Woody Marks has not really in my mind
49:05done enough to take the the work away from Montgomery. I think this is another one where it's just going to kind of
49:10keep rolling like this unless there's an injury.
49:12>> Hey, and I'm going to send to you first with Jaylen Warren. Uh this is against the Cincinnati Bengals. So there's a lot
49:17of negative stats right now for this Steelers offense at every level. Um Pittsburgh has converted 20% of their third downs. That's 31st in the league.
49:26Uh, you know, we have seen the Steelers backfield only has one carry inside the red zone and that one actually went to
49:32Rico Dattle. Neither one of these players practiced on Wednesday and through two games, this Bengals defense has allowed a league low 78 rushing
49:40yards to running backs on 27 attempts, just 2.9 yards per carry.
49:44>> Yeah, they they shut down the the Texans and that's not that surprising to me. I think for Jaylen Warren if Rico Dow
49:50who's still in a boot on uh Wednesday and he was on a boot leaving the game with a toe injury. Um if he's not going
49:57to play like Jaylen Warren it's too big to fail. He played 50 of 52 snaps without Rico D on the field last week.
50:02They got Travis Homer out there like he will get every single touch in this backfield if Rico D can't play and the
50:09offense has been terrible. Um but like if you play every single snap pretty much like you're going to be an RB2.
50:15>> Yeah. Don't love the matchup with Dexter Lawrence, but Bucky Irving, seven catches on them. Woody Marks, who we just talked about, five catches on them.
50:21Like Warren will find ways. He'll get the volume and yeah, he'll come through.
50:25>> Talk to me about Cam Scataboo Boon with Jameus Winston as his quarterback as he faces the Tennessee Titans.
50:31>> Man, my guy Cam Scataboo. This is a a sad one. Like to see them have all four backs active last week and all four
50:38backs doing something like that's not great for Scataboo to begin with. And then he loses his buddy Jackson Dart and we just take this whole offense down a
50:46notch here. So not really feeling as strong about Scataboo as I felt before the season, Jo Josh. And yeah, like volumewise he'll get enough. He's got a
50:54chance for touchdowns. Tennessee is an okay run defense. This is a game they should be competitive, but I'm curious how many games are going to be
51:00competitive the rest of the way.
51:02>> I think that this is a good spot for Scaboo, though. And I watch Naji Harris.
51:05Naji Harris left leg is about half the size of his right leg. True. Like we got to we got to post that on here. like
51:11it's I don't think that Naji Harris is going to do that much this year. I know he got the goal line carry and it wasn't
51:15his fault but didn't go anywhere. And then you know Tyron Tracy I think is going to get cut. He's like a special
51:20teamer. And then Deon Singleary they at least this last week went away from Devin Singleary when the they were in uh
51:26catch-up mode and that was like what made me nervous in week one for Scott.
51:30But if he's going to catch four passes a a game like that's that's what we want and he's he's the he's the entire
51:35heartbeat of this operation right now.
51:36So I think they're gonna stick with him.
51:38>> Okay. Bashel Tutin is your running back 23 against the New England Patriots.
51:42I'll say Bashel Tutin has better film than the running back 23. Unfortunately, this Pat's defense is quite good. Um though the Jaguars are still two and a
51:51half point favorites. Hayden, we've talked a lot about him during stats versus film. Um I am a bit nervous about this Jaguars offensive line and like it
51:59kind of is a pendulum of hey, they can look fine against certain opponents and then other ones they can get pushed and
52:06pressed in the background. I bet the Patriots in that good defense. Good.
52:09They have two awesome, uh, defensive tackles there. Um, and they just want to like put a lot of resources there. So,
52:14difficult matchup, but Jacksonville's their seventh in projected points. So, uh, and we at least got Basel too at the goal line uh, for this last game. So,
52:22it's not only going to be Chris Rodriguez down there. So, I I feel good about >> Little disappointing that he's not being
52:28used much in the passing attack. I think that would be obviously the thing that could unlock him for fantasy. We haven't
52:32seen it yet.
52:33>> Why throw it to when you could throw it to Parker Washington, you know?
52:35>> That's right. That's right.
52:36>> Fair enough.
52:38>> It's true. Okay. Jeremiah Love is next for you as the running back 24. Uh we are in like real flex conversation here
52:48right now. This is at the San Francisco 49ers. Um one of these weeks I really hope like the usage boon gets directly
52:56on track with what we can say from here on out. This is what Jeremiah Love is going to be. He's going to get, you
53:01know, 80% of the passing work and add another 10 carries on top of it. But uh we're not quite there yet.
53:07>> Yeah. All right. So So Josh commented. I want to flip this one back to you guys and I'm gonna lead the witness a little
53:12bit here. I guess I'll give it to you Hayden since Josh already talked a little bit about him there. But this
53:16backfield has been like painful so far, right? Like it's just been rough with Alier playing 59% and 64% of the snaps
53:23in the first two games and love being around 40. I'm with you Josh. Like I think this is the spot to buy in. We see
53:29these guys that are early picks in the real NFL draft. these running backs always end up coming through. I think he's going to get his opportunity. I
53:38just think it it has to happen soon, right? Like we saw Bjon Robinson. I always kind of looked at it like the
53:43situation when Bjant was a rookie and he had Algier there obviously and it's not the same. They're not the same player
53:49and I don't even see him as the same type of prospect. He's maybe a notch below. But still at some point when you
53:55use that high draft capital on him, you have to turn this over to the guy. Are you buying here Hayden? Are you in on
54:01this one? Because I think Love, we're going to see that breakout. We're going to see that switch come soon.
54:06>> There's going to be weeks where he doesn't have the role and then all of a sudden he will have the role and we have
54:09to guess when that's going to be. And I had the same exact thoughts as you guys.
54:13I was coming into this and I was like, they just got smoked by the Seahawks.
54:16They're one-on-one. They're trying to win this division and they got to play their best players to pull off the upset here. And who is their best players?
54:23It's Jeremiah Love, not Tyler Algier.
54:25So, I was going to take an optimistic angle on this one. I'm glad that you guys uh agree with me. I might have a
54:30more optimistic angle in week four and and not week three. Um I feel like any matchup advantage that Jeremiah Love could bring to an offense is negated by
54:40the 49ers defense. But we'll see.
54:42>> Yes. But I think that if they're going to be losing by 10 points, then like I think he's going to have to catch a lot
54:46more passes. Like that that would be step one to this would be could we get Jeremiah Love catching four, five, six
54:51passes in a game. I think that this would be the first game where I think we can show that off. And if we're talking
54:56about buy low, especially this early in the season, I think when fantasy managers see that 49ers matchup, knowing the 49ers defense has been good for so
55:03long, that might be one that adds to their fear and their concern about him and maybe they're willing to make that
55:07trade.
55:08>> Okay, running back 25 is Quinn Chan Judkins. This is against the Carolina Panthers. This is not my show, but Hayden, I think that this might be the
55:16sneaky play of the week. Okay, he is coming off 12 carries for 21 yards and a win, but that was obviously against the
55:23Bucks defense. He's also been held below 50 yards rushing in eight of his past 12 games. But again, I want to reiterate
55:30that the Carolina rush defense is not the Bucks and it's not the Jags. They're actually allowing the highest rush yards per attempt at 6.3 right now. And yes,
55:40they have faced DeAndre Swift and Kungai and especially Bjon Robinson, but the Browns are only two and a half point dogs.
55:47>> And certainly it will take Deshun Watson playing well in this contest. But I think Quinn John Judkins is talented enough and I'm still kind of iffy on
55:55this Panthers defense that Quinn John Judkins might be like the shock performer of the week.
56:00>> Yeah. No, Dylan Samson, he he's not going to catch a bunch of passes, but he he did have five receptions this last
56:06game without Dylan Samson in clear negative game script. So that's at least like somewhat encouraging. I I I saw it the same way like if it's not going to
56:12happen here, then it's just not going to happen for for quite a while. I thought there was enough signs of life between
56:17the rest of the skilled guys and and Deshawn Watson. Um, so I think that he's a flex start, not like a a bench player.
56:24>> This is it, Josh. We talked in the summer. I had a bold prediction about Judkins that I thought he had a chance
56:29to be a top 15 back. And I said there was the caveat. The first two games are going to be very tough matchups for him.
56:35This is it. He has to show it this week.
56:37If he doesn't show it this week, then we have to be very worried about his fantasy outlook the rest of the way. I I
56:42do think there is a chance that when Deshawn drops back and in, you know, the changing coverage that he sees pre and
56:49postnap that he just throws picks to like JC Horn and Mike Jackson and Devin Lord over the middle and all that stuff.
56:54But if Deshun Watson plays like turnover free football, then Quinn Sean should have a nice day here. He should have a
57:02nice day. And that's not something I would have said in either of the first two games. Okay. Jadarian Price is running back 38 in consensus rankings.
57:10He is running back 26 for you. I'm assuming for a lot of consensus rankers that they uh just assume that he's going
57:17to be out.
57:17>> Boon, we just got word that Price is going to practice all week, albeit he's still going to be determined if he's
57:23going to play, but that's, you know, a positive in his direction versus leaving the game.
57:28>> Yeah. And that's how they've kind of talked about it, right? They kind of downplayed the injury and made it seem
57:32like it was going to be minor and that he'd have a chance to be out there. So, another one I've mentioned along the
57:37way, these ones that we have these like little asterisks next to that we're going to have to monitor throughout the week. This is another one of those. And
57:42this could be an opportunity for him. I think a game where they are big favorites. They're going against a Washington team that is just probably
57:49floundering at the moment after losing Jaden Daniels and what is the rest of their season going to look like and when
57:54is he going to be back? And I know Marcus Mariota can do that like 60 70% version of what Daniels does in the
58:02offense, but this is still a spot where the Seahawks should roll in this game.
58:06Let's get Price going. So, the only worry I would have is that because of the injury, even if he does play, do
58:12they get those other backs even more involved and not give him a big enough workload to come through for fantasy?
58:18>> Didn't love that in the first half.
58:19Amino Wilson had three goal line attempts there and that was like before the the injury there. So still don't love the the role RB32 in usage. It is
58:27just like one of those spots where in if they're winning by a lot then you would have to think that they're going to get
58:32Jarian Price kind of going and I don't think that the Washington offense is going to be able to hang with Seattle.
58:37So you know I would still consider this like you don't have to start Jaden Price but I think that he's like a little bit
58:43in the mix here.
58:45>> All right. Uh let's go back and forth.
58:47Um one speaker for each of these. Okay.
58:50Okay, so Boon, you're up first with Tony Pard as running back 27. Are we down in Dtier or is this still Ctier?
58:58>> Uh, we are still Ctier. I have a little bit of hope for Pard. Now, this is another one where we got an injury
59:03update today and both Pard and Spears are sitting out. I think it's just soreness they're calling it. So, probably not something that's going to
59:11keep them out of the game, but another one that we just kind of keep an eye on.
59:15We'll monitor throughout the week. Um, this is a spot against the Giants team.
59:18I just talked about it with the Commanders, right? You lose your quarterback. What comes next for you?
59:23Does your team rally or do you fall to pieces? The Titans actually performed pretty well against the Eagles last week, I thought. And we saw their backs
59:31do okay. Combined for over 100 yards in that one. So, this is a spot for Pard where you're going against the Giants.
59:37You should be able to stay competitive in this one. I think he's got a shot to at least give you that like high-end RB3
59:43kind of upside. If he finds the end zone, he becomes an RB2 on the week.
59:47>> All right, Hayden. Travis Achan is next as running back 28. I wish id spoke about him more in Stats versus Film. Uh
59:54because the film was not kind. Like they did some pony personnel stuff with Alvin Chimera that Travis Achan was a decoy on
60:01almost three straight snaps and then passes were thrown in Alvin Chimera's direction. And then there were two other pitches five yards in the back field
60:10that one fell to the ground and another one that was bobbled and it was by about a loss of six yards. So, um, yeah, he
60:17sits here against what should be an awesome matchup as, you know, the Saints favorites by three points and yet he's running back 28.
60:26>> Yeah, I just think that the rotation's kind of set in stone until proven otherwise. Am Chimera is getting like every other touch on early downs and
60:32then CJ Donaldson's playing the passing situations. The the big caveat is like that could change based off the money at any point. Uh, but I don't love them
60:39losing their left tackle Kelvin Banks out for months either. Y >> the only positive is they are still first and neutral pace. They're
60:45projected for 23 points. Uh, and Alvin Kamar's been so bad at the goal line for years that I I do think when push comes
60:51to shove, he would probably be still most likely to have the goal line touchdown. That said, tush push to Tyler Shuck at the goal line this last week.
60:59>> All right. Boom. You get both Patriots running backs and Trevian Henderson and Raandre Stevenson. Uh, this is against the Jacksonville Jaguars who have a heck
61:09of a run defense with just a big long beefy dudes up front. So, we saw a flip immediately in week one because of
61:18Arandre's fumble and then I thought Trevian did quite well uh in his debut.
61:23>> Yeah. And they need that explosiveness that he brings this offense. When you look at the skill position players they have at the moment, they need somebody
61:29that can crack the game open with one play. He showed last week. He can absolutely do that. You mentioned though the matchup is why these guys are down
61:37this low and we can't even push one of them up. But I still think that even based on what happened last week and
61:42Henderson getting all that work, this is not just all of a sudden a complete change in the the script. I think we're
61:48going to still see both backs used quite a bit and week to week that could change based on the game plan, but this is a
61:54great at least start for Henderson potentially becoming that fantasy league winner type and taking over this backfield eventually.
62:01>> All right, we already talked about Blake Cororm. He's the first name here in the Dtier. Hayden, we have not talked about
62:06any of these Broncos backs. Boon has JK Dobbins as running back 32. Then Jonah Coleman as running back 34. Uh,
62:15apparently Jonah Coleman is popped up with an ankle injury that he suffered during the game and is now missing practice because of it. RJ Harvey is
62:25progressing. JK Dobbins is expected to practice this week. So, are we just back to this being a three-person backfield along with Tyler Bedet playing some
62:33passing down snaps when Harvey misses?
62:36>> I'm going to keep this simple. JK Dobbins had cramps. Cramps are not going to carry over to this week. And every
62:40single time JK Dobbins is out there and available, he runs away with every single touch uh including at the goal line. And I just don't think that's
62:47going to change. I think the problem is they're facing the Rams are expected to lose. They're only projected for 21 and
62:52a half points. JK Dobbins doesn't catch passes, but I think the rest of the these guys are going to be in their
62:56roles. Like if JK Dobbins is healthy, he's going to be the starter and get most of the carries until proven otherwise.
63:02>> It's like a choose your own adventure book at the moment, though. We have no idea how these injuries are going to
63:07play out. We're going to have to follow it all week.
63:09>> Okay, common guys. Next, I mentioned Coleman and Boon. That sends us to Bill Crosky Merritt as running back 35.
63:17You know, Rashad White played a lot in the first half. And then when Marcus Mariota came in, we saw a little bit of
63:22Bill mixed in there, too. Uh, it's just going to be not a new offense, but you know, I actually thought the David Blau
63:27stuff looked so much better in week two with Jaden, and I was hopeful of what it was going to be. And then bing bang boom
63:33the injury hits and you know the projections for all these guys drop.
63:36>> I mean I'm normally long with my words but this one's just no thank you against the Seahawks. No chance. You don't want
63:42to play either of these guys. And overall the bet on this offense was that it was going to be better this year.
63:47Jaden Daniels would stay healthy. We'd see JCM be that explosive guy in the back field. Now we completely have to reassess and this is not the week to
63:56play any of them. Hey, and I wish I talked about Caleb Johnson more in the Waiverwire show and then in Stats Versus
64:02Film because I believe his number of snaps is going to drastically improve here. I read through Matt Laflur's press conference and he said, quote, his
64:1412-yard run in overtime that got us going a little bit. Uh, you know, Chris Brooks is going to have his role in
64:20passing snaps, but uh the leap that Caleb Johnson has to take to overtake Marshon Lloyd is uh maybe just a small
64:30step forward.
64:31>> Yeah, Marshall Loy's already benched after his fumble. There was 22 snaps. He played one of them. Caleb Johnson got all the carries. Chris Brooks got all
64:36the pass protection stuff. They're expected to uh beat the Falcons by uh almost a touchdown on Thursday Night Football. I think that I would rank
64:43Caleb Johnson over a lot of the backs we just mentioned and I that he's going to be the starter here. He's not going to
64:48play any of the pass protection stuff.
64:49Falcons defense right now, we already knew that they're missing the top two edge rushers. Now, their top corner is out. Uh their rest of their secondary is
64:57really weak. And then also like their their depth pieces across the uh uh defensive line. We don't know if they're going to play or not, but they're all on
65:03the injury report and they're missing time right now. It's one of the worst defenses in the NFL. Uh, and I think
65:08that there's going to be, you know, close the the the clock, uh, type of game script in favor of him.
65:13>> Yeah. I I think the only counter to that is I think you could argue that the Packers offensive line might be the wor
65:19NFL at this moment, too.
65:20>> Yeah. It's bad on bad.
65:22>> Yes. Bad on bad. But oftentimes offense wins bad on bad, especially when you're, you know, coached by Matt Lafur. Yep.
65:28>> And company. Okay. Boon. I'm just going to throw up the rest of the names. It is Woody Marx, Rashad White, Kaylin Black,
65:35Marshon Lloyd, Brilen Allen, and Emtt Johnson. Is there anything you want to say about any of those players?
65:41>> I mean, I I kind of mentioned EMTT Johnson off the top, right? Like earlier we talked about Kenneth Walker that I
65:46think he could be a sneaky play this week based on that matchup with the Dolphins and perhaps that coaching staff not wanting to give Kenneth Walker just
65:54all of the work. Maybe we could get EMTT Johnson going in that game when they're up big, which they will be. Um he's kind
66:00of in a similar spot with Kayn Black.
66:01These guys are like some of the top backups, some of the top one injury away guys and in good matchups they could
66:07have some flex value.
66:08>> Josh, I'll add uh the biggest sleeper to me would be Emanuel Wilson. Um he's the RB24 in usage. Obviously that's includes
66:15some of the fourth quarter stuff, but like is he not going to get some fourth quarter stuff against the Commanders in
66:19this one? We don't know about the price injury. Like he's also getting subbed in at the goal line. Like I mean obviously
66:25you don't want to be in this situation but like if you if you had three injuries I think that Emanuel Wilson
66:29like touchdown or bus like I would understand it.
66:32>> Yep. Love that shout out. All right.
66:34Boon is constantly updating his rankings. Hayden is doing the exact same thing. Keep in mind on Sunday we have our starts it show for two and a half
66:42hours ahead of kickoff. So, if you still have these flex issues and conundrums, that entire episode along with our Friday wide receiver rankings and tiers
66:51uh is is here to answer those questions.
66:53All right, guys, that does it. Thank you all for watching. Thanks to Mosha and weaves behind the scenes and all of you
66:59for uh hitting thumbs up, liking, and subscribing. Talk to you guys next time.
