Goff reflects on emotional toll of Campbell injury on team focus

Quarterback Jared Goff addressed the emotional impact of Jack Campbell's injury on the Lions' ability to refocus during the game. Goff told reporters the injury was 'Definitely scary and just brings you back to reality for a moment,' and emphasized the difficulty of returning to play after such an event: 'It's always so surreal, stuff like that happens, blow the whistle and we're off again. It's hard. It's really hard and I think you gotta remind these guys are humans and deal with stuff.' Goff expressed confidence in Campbell's resilience, saying 'If I know anyone that's tough enough to get through something like that, it's gonna be him.'
