As for the Lions, they worked out wide receiver Lawrence Keys on Tuesday. If that name sounds familiar, he was one of the four UFL receivers Detroit signed this offseason, along with Tay Martin, Tarik Black, and Lucky Jackson. Keys never really got a chance to make the Lions' roster, as he was cut with an injury settlement in early August.

Lions work out Keys as injury settlement window closes on UFL receiver.

UFL receiver signed by the Lions offseason alongside Tay Martin, Tarik Black, and Lucky Jackson. Keys was cut with an injury settlement in early August after never really getting a chance to make the roster. The Lions worked him out on Tuesday, suggesting the duration of his injury settlement has elapsed and Detroit may be interested in continuing his development or checking in on his health from a hamstring injury.
