Bucky Irving

PositiveProjection0:41

Bucky Irving has efficiency and utilization questions that prevent him from being ranked ahead of Kenneth Walker; however, if he proves durability and maintains his workload, he could command similar value next year.

Insight page

Creed Humphrey

PositiveDepth Chart0:06

Creed Humphrey is a bonafide stud at center, ranked as the best graded center by PFF over the last two years, providing stability and elite play for the Chiefs offensive line.

Insight page

Cyrus Allen

PositiveRole18:15

Cyrus Allen was a fifth-round pick and Senior Bowl winner; his path to utility likely starts as the Chiefs' punt returner before earning his way onto the field, similar to how Parker Washington developed.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveRole0:37

Eric Bieniemy was able to refine DeAndre Swift's running style, getting him to run straight as a one-cut runner; this demonstrates Bieniemy's ability to bring out the best in running backs.

Insight page

Emmett Johnson

PositiveBreakout0:15

Emmett Johnson is bullish as a pass-catching back in the Chiefs offense, benefiting from the inside zone looks and pressure relief that Eric Bieniemy's system will provide.

Insight page

Ja'Marr Chase

PositiveRole0:28

Jamar Chase is tied to Joe Burrow as one of two elite assets in Cincinnati; his health status directly impacts Burrow's fantasy value.

Insight page

Jalen Royals

PositiveRole18:30

Jalen Royals was selected in the fourth round as a skillset match and potential replacement for Rasheed Rice; he's viewed as the preferred option between the Chiefs' backend receivers.

Insight page

Jalin Moore

PositiveDepth Chart0:06

Jalen Moore replaces Juwan Taylor at right tackle, representing a lateral or slight upgrade move, though not a major improvement over the previous starter.

Insight page

Joe Burrow

PositiveProjection0:26

Joe Burrow is ranked approximately one round ahead of Patrick Mahomes in the source's rankings, though the source notes they are in the same tier and the choice is 'pick your poison.'

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:27

When healthy, Burrow finishes at QB2 with 22.5 points per game, but the source notes there are injury risk concerns and elevation/de-elevation factors tied to Jamar Chase's health.

Insight page

Josh Simmons

PositiveDepth Chart0:06

Josh Simmons, acquired at the end of the first round last year due to an injury that dropped him from a top-10 pick, is now positioned as the Chiefs' decade-long left tackle alongside Trey Smith and Creed Humphrey.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveRole0:08

Kenneth Walker is an explosive running back who fits the Chiefs' new run-game focus under Eric Bieniemy and benefits from an elite offensive line, with the potential to be a workhorse back.

Insight page
PositiveUsage0:15

Kenneth Walker had 46 receptions in 11 games in 2024, demonstrating significant pass-catching ability that will be utilized in the Chiefs' offense with inside zone looks and pressure relief from the backfield.

Insight page
PositiveRole0:30

Kenneth Walker is positioned as the guaranteed workhorse in Kansas City's elite offense; the source states 'you can almost guarantee he is going to be the workhorse' and notes there is 'no threat for touches by anyone else in this backfield.'

Insight page
PositiveUsage0:31

Kenneth Walker caught 46 passes in 11 games with Seattle, dispelling concerns about his ability as a three-down back and his durability; he stayed healthy for all 17 games for the first time in his career.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout0:32

The source is 'bullish to the point where' Kenneth Walker ranks alongside Chase Brown and Breece Hall in his top three running backs, expecting a bell cow season in 2025.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:33

Kenneth Walker is ranked RB11 in the crowdsourced FFDynasty.com rankings at 47 overall; the source believes there is 'still plenty of meat on that bone' and he could be a second or third-round startup pick next year if he proves to be a key cog in Kansas City's offense.

Insight page
PositiveRole0:33

Kenneth Walker's ability to catch passes was underestimated due to Michigan State's offensive scheme; with Mahomes as his quarterback, he will function as a safety valve and primary receiver out of the backfield.

Insight page
PositiveUsage0:34

Kenneth Walker should command approximately 23 touches per game in Kansas City's offense, functioning as the team's best receiver and primary mismatch threat.

Insight page
PositiveRole0:36

Eric Bieniemy's coaching will refine Kenneth Walker's running style and discipline; Bieniemy was able to get DeAndre Swift to run straight as a one-cut runner, and will bring out the best in Walker's already elite skill set.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:37

Kenneth Walker is the clear choice over a late first-round pick (27th overall) in dynasty drafts, with the source expressing strong conviction in his value.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:40

Kenneth Walker is preferred over Makai Lemon (a new shiny wide receiver toy) in dynasty rankings, with the source choosing Walker despite the appeal of a young receiver in a favorable situation.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:41

Kenneth Walker is preferred over Bucky Irving despite Irving's potential; Walker's lack of utilization and efficiency questions, combined with his proven durability, makes him the safer choice for the next 2-3 year window.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:43

Kenneth Walker is preferred over Quinchon Judkins in dynasty rankings, with the source stating 'It's Kenny' without hesitation.

Insight page

Makai Lemon

PositiveProjection0:40

Makai Lemon is presented as a new shiny wide receiver toy in a favorable situation, but is ranked below Kenneth Walker in dynasty value.

Insight page

Patrick Mahomes

PositiveProjection0:07

Mahomes is expected to bounce back in a major way with the return of Eric Bieniemy as offensive coordinator and an improved offensive line, positioning him as a fantastic value currently ranked 28th in crowdsource rankings.

Insight page
PositiveRole0:13

With Eric Bieniemy returning as OC, Mahomes will benefit from pre-snap motion, jet motion, and orbit motions that create different running lanes and give him more information to cut up the field.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:19

Mahomes was QB2 in points per game before his ACL injury and had 420 rushing yards with 5 rushing touchdowns, demonstrating elite dual-threat value that should continue with the new offensive coordinator.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:19

Mahomes has gone over 300 rushing yards six times in his career, which is significant value on top of his passing production, and with Eric Bieniemy he gets an offensive play caller who understands how to make the offense function as a high-octane unit.

Insight page
PositiveValue0:20

Mahomes represents a generational buying opportunity at a discount, similar to Justin Jefferson, as a Mount Rushmore fantasy quarterback who can be acquired off a discount and profit significantly.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:21

The return to Eric Bieniemy could be Mahomes' 'going back to Denver moment' (like Peyton Manning's resurgence), allowing him to return to elite fantasy output without changing teams.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:21

Mahomes is positioned as a buy-low opportunity after finishing QB12 and QB11 the last two years; the source expects him to return to 300+ fantasy points per season, noting his 315 completions last year was an outlier and not the new norm.

Insight page
PositiveRole0:21

The Chiefs' commitment to a run game and offensive line improvements position Mahomes for a resurgence, with the source noting 'bombs away my homes' is back and he can manipulate the offense effectively.

Insight page
PositiveValue0:23

Mahomes represents exceptional value in dynasty drafts; you can wait on positional players early and still acquire him in round three, a strategy that would have been considered crazy five years ago.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:24

Despite his worst year, Mahomes helped the source win a championship in dynasty, demonstrating his value even in down seasons.

Insight page
PositiveValue0:26

At ADP 28 in the crowdsourced rankings, Mahomes is undervalued; the source notes 'the grip is loose on Patrick Mahomes right now,' indicating a buying opportunity.

Insight page
PositiveProjection0:26

In head-to-head comparisons, Mahomes is preferred over Jonathan Taylor, Garrett Wilson, Tyler Warren, and Chris Olave, and is ranked closely to Joe Burrow despite being available a round later.

Insight page

Quinshon Judkins

PositiveProjection0:43

Quinchon Judkins is ranked below Kenneth Walker in the source's dynasty rankings, though the source notes he is also drafting 'a shitload' of Judkins.

Insight page

Travis Kelce

PositiveRole0:30

Travis Kelce remains elite in the Chiefs offense; his presence does not diminish Kenneth Walker's value because of Patrick Mahomes' ability to manipulate the offense and feed multiple weapons.

Insight page
PositiveProjection18:42

Travis Kelce is ranked 237th in tight end premium overall by one analyst but inside the top 200 out of respect; other analysts have him at 145, 153, and 200, reflecting uncertainty about his retirement timeline.

Insight page
PositiveValue19:20

Travis Kelce has become somewhat of a value at his current ADP; if he's on the field, he will score a lot of points and won't be priced as someone who scores that much.

Insight page
PositiveProjection19:40

Travis Kelce had 108 targets and 76 receptions last year, putting up 227 points; compared to Tyler Warren's similar target share (112) and receptions (76), Kelce outgained Warren by 30 yards receiving (851 yards).

Insight page
PositiveBreakout20:10

With Eric Bieniemy returning as the Chiefs' offensive coordinator, there's potential for a dead cat bounce year from Travis Kelce; analysts expect at least one more year of solid production from him.

Insight page
PositiveRole20:35

Travis Kelce can serve as a tight end three or four in dynasty startups, particularly useful for teams that punted the position early and need to shore up their tight end room without making major roster moves.

Insight page

Trey Smith

PositiveDepth Chart0:06

Trey Smith at right guard is part of an elite Chiefs offensive line core that includes Josh Simmons and Creed Humphrey, providing a strong foundation for the running game and pass protection.

Insight page

Xavier Worthy

PositiveRole17:24

Xavier Worthy had a shoulder injury that limited him early in the season, but showed talent in spike weeks; if the Chiefs can get him back to a consistent target floor of 4-5 per game with spike weeks of 8-9, he has significant upside potential.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout17:37

Xavier Worthy is dynamic and has the potential to be a huge part of the Chiefs offense if they can break things back down and return to their previous style of play with more big-play opportunities.

Insight page
PositiveValue17:44

Xavier Worthy is at a depressed price now after being a mid-first round pick as a rookie; analysts are willing to trade a second-round pick plus a third to acquire him, viewing the current valuation as a gross misprice given his talent and opportunity in the Chiefs offense.

0:00This episode is brought to you by Troll Co.
0:03Clothing. And oh, is this one worth it? You know, more than a few people have asked me about Troll Co.
0:10So let me actually tell you about it. I wear their hats, their sweatshirts.
0:14I have for a while now. The quality on both is legitimately good.
0:18The hats hold their shape. The sweatshirts are the kind of heavy that you actually want, not the thin stuff that pills after three washes.
0:26I just like them. The reason I connected with the brand in the first place is the story behind it.
0:32You know the phrase, dirty hands clean money? It's a blue collar saying that has been around forever.
0:38It's the idea that honest, hard, physical work is how you build a good life.
0:43Troll Co was started by two guys who came out of the oil patch who could not find any clothing that represented people like them.
0:51So they built it themselves. That is the kind of origin story I respect and the product truly backs it up.
0:58If you want to check them out, go to TrollCo.com slash Profiler.
1:01That is T-R-O-L-L-C-O dot com slash Profiler and use code Profiler25 for 25% off your first order.
1:07What is good? We're back and we've got another team breakdown for your pleasure.
1:11Now we're going to go through this and we're going to talk about a lot of football stuff, but this is a fantasy show.
1:19So we will talk about Mahomes and Kenny Walker and Rashi and Kelsey and the wide receiver core.
1:25And, but it's a take of snapshot view of the offense as a whole, the team as a whole kind of overall
1:32get in the weeds a little bit about the other parts.
1:35Maybe add some context to other things, but we'll do some swipes on the players.
1:40Talk about who we like, what we like and kind of where we see this offense going in 2026.
1:46So obviously it's the chiefs today. We're going to try to stay division by division.
1:51Some weeks we'll do these some weeks. We don't some weeks.
1:54Maybe we have two who knows, but we're going to try to continue these on throughout the summer.
2:00So today we've got the Chiefs. They finished six and 11 and 25 to kept to cap off a forgettable season, especially by chief standards.
2:08Of course, you know, Mahomes then to cap that all off, make it worse goes down with the left ACL on December 14th.
2:15First, the chargers. So, you know, it seems like he's going to be on track to play, but we can discuss that for a minute.
2:23Big changes that come in. We all like the fact that the visor wearing Matt Nagy is now off to New York
2:30and we bring back an old friend in the enemy.
2:33I think we all like those changes. We'll, we'll dive into what this, what that change means here in a minute.
2:40If we look at the changes from the NFL draft perspective for defensive kicks or sorry, for defensive picks to kick off the draft there.
2:48The first pick, obviously the corner at LSU, it took a monster delay.
2:52Then in the nether first round pick that they acquired, they had, they took Peter Woods, defensive lineman at 40.
2:58They took Mason Tom Thomas defensive end. And at one Oh nine, then they took Jaden candidate D back from Oregon.
3:05Right. So really went right back to the well on defense.
3:09And, and one of the strengths that the, and advantages that the charges have had much like Philadelphia and some other teams
3:16where they've got an, a retread older defensive coordinator.
3:18It becomes a strength when you have either the head coach as the OC or whatever that calls play, or you have
3:25a good ecosystem of offensive play callers, because you don't have to worry about rebuilding the defense to sit, to fit the next coordinator that comes in.
3:34And Spags has been the cheat code for the chiefs forever.
3:38So the fact that they went for defensive players right off the rip here, and they, they, they, they do do different things on defense.
3:45Like they run a lot more for three and out of, like they use more linebackers and they typically have used more linebackers throughout.
3:53And they've lost one or two of those guys, but the defense is still really strong.
3:58I'm not going to spend a whole lot of time there, but I just wanted to point out that their first four
4:05picks two in the first round, one in the second.
4:08And then I think the other one was in the fourth, maybe on defense.
4:13Obviously they lost Trent McDuffie in a trade to the Rams.
4:16But they tried to come right back and with Delane who they've had a lot of success with.
4:22Hey, you just go take out that guy and we'll worry about the rest.
4:27Um, right. And Spags, like I said, the fact that he's older and a retread Vic Fangio and the same thing for the Eagles.
4:34Once they kind of got him in, like you're not losing that defensive coordinator every, every year or two, because you're the
4:41hot team and you guys are always good. That's such an overlooked advantage.
4:45I think throughout the league when, when you can get that right.
4:49Well, I saw that happen with Fangio. I saw what happened with Spags and I'm like, damn, this is an underrated part
4:56of these kinds of dynasty like teams or, or teams who stay good for a while.
5:01That, that not enough gets talked about. So then in the fifth round, uh, they transfer or they kind of transition to skill position players.
5:09You got Emmett Johnson and Cyrus Allen, two fifth round players that, you know, we, we like both of those guys, obviously a good bit.
5:17We liked Emmett Johnson a lot. Um, and we'll talk about those when we get to the, the, uh, skill position spots
5:24and then Nussmeyer in the seventh, right? So those are the big changes through the draft.
5:29That's the big changes through the coordinators. Um, and then, you know, we're just real quickly.
5:34We're run over this offensive line because that's also could be a big part of this discussion as we move into the skill positions.
5:42Right. Um, they stick with a lot of what they had here.
5:46Um, they, they, uh, the right tackle, Juwan Taylor, he's, he's out of there.
5:50Right. Um, but they come back with left tackle, Josh Simmons, who was having a nice season, uh, as a rookie last year then and had an injury.
5:59Um, they have Kingsley Suamata Tia, I believe could be getting that wrong.
6:03Uh, but you know, uh, that's a tough one there, but you know, young guy left guard, he wasn't necessarily awesome, but
6:10he wasn't absolutely atrocious throughout the season. Creed Humphrey's bonafide stud at center.
6:14Very, very important. Um, he was the best graded center by PFF the last two years, I think.
6:20Um, very, very strong there. Trey Smith at right guard and then right tackle.
6:24We mentioned, you know, swapping out, um, for Jalen Moore there again, probably not an awesome swap out, not a giant, giant
6:31upgrade, but somebody, the chiefs fans was, I'm sure argue anybody.
6:35But the current guy that we had on the roster playing right tackle would be an upgrade.
6:40Um, so anybody have any comments, questions, concerns on the offensive line and what it looks like this year?
6:46Well, the, them getting Josh Simmons at the end of the first round last year kind of reshapes the whole way that we think about the offensive line.
6:55We knew it was a problem going to the Superbowl.
6:59They did some weird, you know, Howie Roseman magic and Josh Simmons was available.
7:03He's supposed to be a top 10 pick and the injury forces him down to the end of the first round chief scoop him up.
7:11Now it looks like they have their decade long left tackle to go along with Trey Smith and Creed Humphrey.
7:17So that's really, that is a saving grace for them.
7:20And part of the reason why I think that, you know, my homes is due to bounce back in a major way.
7:27If Jalen Moore just isn't absolute dog water, like what's, what's, what's our guy's name that departed?
7:33I don't even remember. Juwan Taylor. Juwan Taylor. Yes.
7:36Been one of the worst, been one of the worst offensive tackles in football for quite some time now.
7:42So if that is, you know, I know I don't want to get too much in the if man territory, but I
7:49really like a lot of the things that the chiefs have done in the off season.
7:54So I'm excited to get into that. Yeah. And just, you know, to recap this group from last year in 2025, this group was ranked 10th overall, right?
8:03Even, you know, throughout the season with, with some bad play here and there and some injuries.
8:08And then despite fielding multiple new pieces, this was a blurb from the PFF right up here.
8:14The chiefs offensive line, when healthy was ranked among the league's best over the 12 weeks, Kansas city's unit was ranked second in PFF pass blocking efficiency.
8:2288.2 having allowed a hundred pressures, including 12 sacks on 475 plays.
8:26Right. Um, so I believe week 12 is when Josh Simmons went down.
8:30Um, so, you know, they had some injuries there, but they were playing pretty well through a portion of the season that they got banged up.
8:38So offensive line is trending in the right direction here for what we want to see with the chiefs.
8:44Uh, that's, that's a very positive for both Kenny Walker, who they brought in, which trending in the positivity of, Hey, we
8:51might actually see somebody run the ball, uh, as, as a workhorse and then actually commit to it.
8:57Uh, but that kind of brings us into the territory of we've switched coordinators from Matt Nagy back to Eric B enemy.
9:04Who's been a guy who was in this system, you know, kind of went around a little bit, but now he's back.
9:11And Shev, what is, I don't think people, at least fantasy guys.
9:15And I think chiefs fans probably alike. What does the enemy mean?
9:19Like just to get away from the Naggies of the world and bringing in back somebody like the enemy.
9:25And I think the run game being one of the bigger.
9:28Bonuses of this. Cause we know who Eric B enemy is as a, you know, run running back and run game kind of coordinator.
9:36He's had really good success, um, in that situation, but just as an overall offensive coordinator, what, what should we expect?
9:43Uh, and then main differences maybe even from between Nagy and somebody like, uh, Eric B enemy.
9:48You talking to me? Yep. You in the hat.
9:51So the, the biggest thing with Eric B enemy is we expect the run game efficiency to take a step forward.
9:58We saw what now Ben Johnson always has good run games, but Eric B enemy is Eric B enemy is no small
10:05part and been no small part of several different.
10:07Very, very, very productive running games. I mean, he was the running back.
10:12He was a running backs coach and offensive coordinator or offensive coordinator.
10:15When Kareem hunt, Kareem hunt's rookie year, when Kareem hunt led the league in rushing.
10:20He was a part of Adrian Peterson's historic year.
10:23And now he comes back to, he comes back to the chiefs with several elite pieces on the offensive line being, you
10:30know, being King or not Kingsley, but Creed Humphrey and Josh, you know, Josh Simmons and Trey Smith.
10:36So they're going to get back to running the ball.
10:39Kenneth Walker, they were actually really good in terms of yards before contact generated as an offensive line.
10:45And then, but Isaiah Pacheco and, you know, Isaiah Pacheco and Kareem hunt just couldn't get out of their own way.
10:51So Kenneth Walker does not have that problem. One of the most explosive running backs in the league.
10:57So I think this was a very, I mean, we all know it was very intentional signing, but even going even deeper,
11:04he fits what they want to accomplish on multiple levels.
11:07So Eric B enemy coming back in, I mean, the last time my homes was over eight yards per attempt was with
11:14Eric B enemy, the 5,200 yards and 43 touchdowns in 2022.
11:18That was with Eric B enemy. So I think that it's an underrated thing just because we get rid of noted, you
11:25know, our coach of terrorists, Matt Nagy, our visor.
11:28So I'm, I'm really excited about this offense. I they've set the table for my homes to just step back into being
11:35one of the most elite quarterbacks in the game from a winning perspective and from a fantasy perspective.
11:40If it ain't broke, don't fix it. That sounds right until you actually do the math for most businesses.
11:46Shipping is that thing. What is it actually costing you?
11:50Because if nobody's questioning it, it's probably costing you way more than it should.

12:36Most people don't realize how much their personal information is being bought and sold every day.
12:41Data brokers are making billions, pulling details about you from public records and the internet, and then packaging and selling it, usually without your consent.
12:49That's how your information lands in the hands of scammers, spammers, even stalkers.
12:53It's why you get endless robocalls and why ads seem to follow you everywhere.
12:58That's where Aura comes in. Aura actively removes your data from broker sites and keeps it off.
13:03They also instantly alert you if your information shows up in a breach or on the dark web.
13:09But Aura goes beyond data protection. With one app, you get a VPN, antivirus, password manager, spam call protection, dark web monitoring,
13:16and even up to $5 million in identity theft insurance.

13:33Protect yourself now at aura.com slash remove. Jeremiah, did you want to add anything to what you may be excited about with
13:40Eric Bien-Ami and Patrick Mahomes in this offense? Well, you have continuity.
13:44Andy Reid is always going to have stabilization as a bullish offensive team.
13:48But getting Bien-Ami back is going to be wholly helpful.
13:51Pre-snap motion, jet motion, orbit motions, create different running lanes.
13:54You're going to opportune that for Patrick Mahomes. It's just going to allow him to do whatever he wants and give him more information.
14:02Patrick Mahomes is going to cut up the field in halves, in quarters, in thirds, as much as he wants.
14:08The enemy is going to give him opportunities that are advantageous, different looks that are versatile.
14:13And it's just going to create mismatches. The one thing that I'm curious about is to see how much can we push on 37-year-old Travis Kelsey.
14:22Because, you know, he's all happy, Travis Kelsey, about EB coming back into the building.
14:26Remember, he leaked that before it was mainstream news.
14:29And I think that just gives us some boost and hope that this offense can recharge this Chiefs offense.
14:35Which, you know, since they lost Tyreek Hill, we haven't had...
14:39It's funny enough, on the NFL Network, they had that Rams-Chiefs game from, I think it was Monday Night Football on.
14:45And it's like, oh my God, yesterday year, that's such a long time ago.
14:50The 5,000-yard passing of Patrick Mahomes. You're like, hey, can we get that back?
14:54We can get some looks of that offense back.
14:57And, of course, getting Travis Kelsey, sorry, Patrick Mahomes healthy.
15:00I'm elated. I'm excited about it. And the different inside zone looks that you can afford for a guy like Kenneth Walker.
15:07And we talk about the PPR pass catching backs like Jarek McKinnon in this offense.
15:12Which, this is bullish for Emmitt Johnson. But, in 11 games in 2024, Kenneth Walker had 46 receptions.
15:18So, there's so much, going back to what you had led off with, the offensive line building up even more.
15:24There's going to be pressure off of Patrick Mahomes in so many ways from out of the backfield.
15:30And then, with his coach, okay, between the ears and what he sees on the field, it's just such an advantage.
15:37You had talked about Steve Spagnuolo not going anywhere and how it's an advantage.
15:41I can remember with the Yankees, Joe Torre always had Don Zimmer as his bench coach.
15:46And it was like having two managers who were just high quality.
15:50You're getting that. You don't have that attrition. So, that's an astute point where you're not losing the attrition and it's helping reinforce.
15:57So, it's a down year last year for the Chiefs.
16:00And now they're reloaded. There's continuity at the OC front.
16:04We didn't get the sexy. The only thing that's missing is we didn't get the sexy wide receiver.
16:09It wasn't like a Carnell Tate went in round one.
16:13We didn't get that blow up. But there's so many things below the surface that are percolating there for Mahomes and the rest of the Chiefs.
16:21Yeah. No, we got to be, I think, pretty excited about the Chiefs kind of moving forward.
16:26I think we do a terrible job in society in general of appreciating things when they're going on and then getting tired
16:33of them and just being like, oh, yeah, that's done.
16:36He sucks. We're over it. And it's like, if you think this run of what Patrick Mahomes is trying to do is
16:43done, I think you're lying to yourself. You're just a hater and you just don't like it and you don't want it to happen.
16:51Or maybe you're a fan of somebody else. Now, I'm not saying that he's going to go on to win a ton
16:58more championships, but he's going to be around consistently.
17:01And my thing is with him, and right now, he's a fantastic value, I think.
17:06Right now in our crowdsource rankings, Patrick Mahomes, he's super flex tight end premium.
17:10He's at 28. So he's out of the second round right now and where you can get him.
17:16He could be your second quarterback or he could be your first quarterback and just have two killers on there.
17:22And that kind of brings me to my point of him.
17:26Like you can take and I don't care. Just whatever stat you have of him.
17:30It just doesn't matter to me. He's a killer.
17:33He's shown me time and time again that he is a killer.
17:37He might be the killer in the entire league.
17:40He is going to do whatever it takes to be one yard, one point, whatever it is better than you every single
17:47week with whomever he has out on that field.
17:50There's no way that you're going to go through your entire career and the whole thing is going to be like this.
17:57I mean, Tom's the best. You can look at Tom's career.
18:00It went like this. You know, there was errors to it.
18:04Right. And I think Patrick is going to be the same way if he keeps the fire and will to compete at
18:11the level that he currently has it. I don't know that it will be until 41, but maybe it will.
18:17You know, I could see it going either way.
18:20The younger generation might be built a little different mentally of like, hey, I can.
18:25I'm OK. I'm super rich at 35. I'm out.
18:28But this is a lot of these guys. They're wired in such a way that this is you.
18:33You take every opportunity you can and squeeze every drop of this, because when it's out, there's a massive void, especially for
18:40a human being like that, who has like you're not a killer like that.
18:45And just put that away. That does. You got to put that somewhere.
18:49Yeah. He's right now. He's putting that into basically being the best quarterback in the league.
18:54And again, I don't care what his efficiency stats are on deep passes.
18:58I don't care about one single Patrick Mahomes stat.
19:01All I know is that man is a certified killer.
19:04That's it. That's all I need to know. We're good.
19:07Pack it all up. Throw everything else away. I just know that guy is going to compete at a high level for as long as he wants to.
19:16So anybody else want to chime in here on Mahomes and kind of the thoughts on the fantasy season or overall football
19:23season here and kind of where he's ranked and what you're doing with Patrick Mahomes long term?
19:29Bye. This is like you. You got back to see you got to see the elite season from Patrick Mahomes.
19:35He's quarterback two in points per game before he tore his ACL and he was doing it in a way in which he like he did it.
19:44He had four hundred twenty yards rushing and five rushing touchdowns.
19:47Now, sure. Could that regress a little bit with, you know, with the knee injury?
19:52Maybe. But I would bet I wouldn't bet against him going over three hundred yards again, which shout out to Jeremiah.
19:59I believe you said in the notes that he's gone over three hundred yards six times rushing in his career.
20:05So that's not a nothing burger. Right. Like that's that's adding significantly to his value on top of the fact that now
20:12he gets he gets an offensive play caller who understands how to dial this up and how to make this offense function
20:19as a high octane unit, as opposed to like death by a thousand paper cuts.
20:24So this is again, you get these windows where you can buy generational talents.
20:28We've talked about having a generational opportunity to buy Justin Jefferson.
20:32The same thing's going on right now with Malik neighbors like you can you can buy these guys off of a discount
20:39and you just profit because you're at the top of the mountain with guys like Patrick Mahomes.
20:44Like he's one of the Mount Rushmore. He's one of the Mount Rushmore quarterbacks from a fantasy perspective because of what he gave you early on.
20:52Now it's dipped down. Casey, you did a beautiful job alluding that even Peyton Manning, one of the most prolific passers of all time.
21:00It took a dip and it wasn't good for a couple of years when he was throwing to Austin Colley and Pierre Garcon.
21:07So and then he goes back to Denver. You get a bunch of spots.
21:12So this could be the going back to Denver moment.
21:15He just didn't change teams. So it's hard for people to wrap their mind around.
21:20Oh, some changes have happened. We could be back to bombs away my homes, which is great for all parties involved.
21:26Yeah. And we, you know, we just need the fantasy output to go back over kind of the 300 yard kind of
21:33or 300 points in a season for the quarterback.
21:36And I think we'll get there. You know, you can see as we're looking at it here, you enter the league in
21:432018 QB one QB four QB four QB three QB one QB eight.
21:47And then the last two years, 12 and 11.
21:50And we're acting like he's just, you know, the worst.
21:53And like you mentioned, you have for a large stretch of the season.
21:58And he was points per game QB one or two.
22:01And then, you know, kind of things fall apart there.
22:04So and then you can see the completions here at 315.
22:07That is by far outside of 2019, like the lowest amount of completions that we've seen.
22:13And I think that just illustrates kind of what was going on with the Chiefs last year.
22:18That's not that's not that's going to be an outlier.
22:21Right. That's not going to be the new norm.
22:24So I think this is a great buying opportunity.
22:27What do you think, Jeremiah? Yes, absolutely. And we're talking about arcs.
22:31That's essentially what it is. So many arcs in a career.
22:34And there's going to be multiple iterations for Patrick Mahomes.
22:37So there's another act. There's going to be a couple acts.
22:41And look, 10 to 15 years from now, I expect Patrick Mahomes to be playing football.
22:46So we're talking about he's only missed five games due to injury up to this point in his career.
22:52He's 31 years old. On the stats, hey, seven seasons, over 4000 passing yards.
22:56Two over five in his career. Low was with 3500 where he missed three games.
23:01So he almost printed another 4000 passing yard season.
23:04But because it's Patrick Mahomes, it's it's worse. We double count it as a negative.
23:09It's the oddest thing. So it's an opportunity. I really like what you said about let him be your first quarterback in a build.
23:16Why not get I've peeped some of the starts that you do, Casey, where you'll go for a guy like and we talked about this pre show.
23:25You'll get a guy like Lamar Jackson, the way it's structured right now.
23:29And instead of doubling up on quarterback, you'll get somebody like an Ashton Janty.
23:34You'll get a CeeDee Lamb or Justin Jefferson. Those first three picks.
23:37It's like quarterback, stud running back, stud receiver. Well, you could opportune yourself the positional player.
23:43Maybe it's a B. John in round one and then you can go and get Patrick Mahomes in round three.
23:49That's crazy. So, yes, play around. Don't be rigid in your builds just for QB early.
23:54Have opportunities. It's funny enough. You can wait a little bit, get other positional players and then get Patrick Mahomes.
24:00If you were to say that five years ago, you'd call all of us crazy.
24:05But here it is. Another act. Let's call it act two of Patrick Mahomes career.
24:10You have that opportunity. Yeah. And we're looking at the points from last year and all the charts on the FFDynasty.com.
24:17New stuff getting added all the time, as you can see on the team chart there.
24:22A lot of good stuff. But, you know, I bought him last year.
24:26Like I was telling you to buy him last year.
24:29I bought him last year and he helped me win a championship.
24:33Like even in his worst year, he got like I had to do some other things at the end.
24:39And Trevor Lawrence coming on at the end, obviously, really, I was able to then plug Trevor in.
24:45And, you know, you got to get lucky at points in fantasy seasons to win championships.
24:50If you're in a competitive league, you could just dog walk people in garbage leagues and think you're awesome.
24:56But when you start playing with people who know what they're doing and want to play for a little bit of money
25:03and are into it, like the margins get a lot tighter.
25:06And when this is why we talk about this all the time, because this is what this is what dynasty comes down to to me.
25:14Like all the stats and all the information is that's great.
25:18I think that's a cool part of it. And obviously watching the game is a big part of it.
25:24But like it's operating when values and markets go up and down and realizing when to get in or get out.
25:30And, you know, and I'm not even a big like, hey, the market's way up.
25:35Get out. We talked about George Pickens on the last show.
25:39I just once it goes past the point where I'm like, hey, get out.
25:43Like, I'm never going to be like, oh, Justin Jefferson's reached the ceiling.
25:47You got to sell. That's silly. But like George Pickens maybe hasn't even reached the ceiling yet, but the value has gone.
25:54It's jumped the shark for me. So I'm OK with swapping out with something I'm a little more comfortable with.
26:01With this, with Patrick Mahomes, where we're at right now, 28.
26:04Like the grip is loose on Patrick Mahomes right now.
26:07So we've spent a lot of time on this.
26:10You guys want to do a couple of swipes?
26:13Does anybody want to say anything else before we jump into this?
26:17No, come on. Come on with it. Come on with it, powder.
26:21I don't know what it means, but it sounds good.
26:24All right. I got to slap my damn. All right.
26:27Jonathan Taylor or Patrick Mahomes? Mahomes. Mahomes. We are a couple spots apart there.
26:31So we'll take. We like Mahomes there for show.
26:34Mahomes are genti. I have genti ahead of him.
26:37I do, too. I'm not going to. I ain't going for it.
26:41Yeah. Drake May or Mahomes? Drake May. May. Jeremiah Love or Mahomes?
26:45Love. I also have love ahead of Mahomes. See.
26:48All right. So we're going love? Yeah. Joe Burrow or Mahomes?
26:51This is interesting to me. What do you do here?
26:54It's Burrow for me. I have Burrow. But when we put into context everything we just talked about, this is screams value
27:01for Patrick Mahomes once again, because Burrow is about a round ahead for me in the rankings.
27:07But damn it. The way I can build my team, I can pass on Joe Burrow and then get Patrick Mahomes round three.
27:14So then one for one, I'm like, crap. Does Patrick Mahomes need to come up towards Joe Burrow?
27:20Right. Yeah. Right. When you're looking, you can see the points per game finishes here.
27:24You can see he's back and forth, back and forth.
27:28I mean, if Burrow is healthy, obviously these are some different numbers and you can see when he was healthy in here
27:35at QB2 at 22 and a half a game.
27:38I think this is really close. I think this is a pick your poison.
27:42I think most people auto click Burrow at this point, but I think they're pick your fighter here.
27:48I don't mind if you wanted to go either way here.
27:51Like you said, if I could extract a little value from Burrow to Mahomes or vice versa, I'm fine with that.
27:58I'm OK with going with Burrow here with the click, but I don't see very much difference at all here for me.
28:05No, there's not much difference in the injury risk.
28:08Jamar Chase, I guess, you know. Yeah. You know that he's tied to two elite assets that he's going to have to bring with him if he's healthy.
28:17So I'll go Burrow. They're in the same tier, though.
28:20You get elevation for Chase and then you get, you know, de-elevation for Cincinnati.
28:24Yeah. You know. So we'll take Burrow there, but by the skin of our teeth, Mahomes or Garrett Wilson?
28:30Mahomes for me. Mahomes. Oh, yeah. Mahomes. Mahomes or Tyler Warren?
28:34Tight end premium? I'm still taking Mahomes. Yep. Yeah.
28:37She's got the head turn. It's close. I got two spots.
28:40Closer than the experts think. Hmm. All right. Malik neighbors or Mahomes?
28:44We can wrap it up. Neighbors. Malik neighbors. Okay.
28:47Do you think, what would be a move here?
28:50Like, it's neighbors. You should take neighbors. The value's on the neighbor side for sure.
28:54Mm-hmm. Yeah. I mean, it's around a value. Yeah.
28:5716 and 28. All right. Mahomes over T-Law, though, still, right?
29:01Yes. Yeah. Puka. Puka or Mahomes? Puka. Okay. Jamar Chase.
29:04Jamar Chase. Yeah. Mahomes or Chris Olave? Mahomes. Mahomes.
29:07All right. 26 early first. Mahomes. Mahomes. All right.
29:10Let's finish that up. Moving on to the running back in this situation.
29:14And then we'll discuss this wide receiver room, which, you know, could buoy the borough conversation that we were having there.
29:21Most people don't realize how much their personal information is being bought and sold every day.
29:26Data brokers are making billions, pulling details about you from public records and the internet, and then packaging and selling it, usually without your consent.
29:34That's how your information lands in the hands of scammers, spammers, even stalkers.
29:38It's why you get endless robocalls and why ads seem to follow you everywhere.
29:42That's where Aura comes in. Aura actively removes your data from broker sites and keeps it off.
29:48They also instantly alert you if your information shows up in a breach or on the dark web.
29:53But Aura goes beyond data protection. With one app, you get a VPN, antivirus, password manager, spam call protection, dark web monitoring,
30:00and even up to $5 million in identity theft insurance, all backed by 24-7 U.S.-based fraud support.
30:06Other companies might sell just credit monitoring or just a VPN.
30:09Aura gives you all of it, together, at the same price competitors charge for just one service.

30:17Protect yourself now at Aura.com slash remove. Kenneth Walker comes into a new situation.
30:22You would think if he was the Chiefs or rather the Seahawks lead guy and being that you would think this would possibly be a worse situation.
30:31But the way the usage was in Seattle for a lot of the year, not the playoffs because they couldn't.
30:37This is clearly a situation where you can almost guarantee he is going to be the workhorse of what we know to
30:44be an elite offense, regardless if they have the elite wide receiver position there or not.
30:49Or Travis Kelsey is still elite elite. I don't think it matters because of how good Patrick Mahomes is and how much he can manipulate.
30:57Now, I think what brings Mahomes now back up is a commitment to a run game.
31:02And so we think Kenny Walker is going to be that guy, right?
31:06Is anybody out on Kenny or is this just how in are we in on Kenny?
31:11In, in. In. And, and in. In. What makes you comfortable?
31:15Oh, all the stuff that we talked about at the front end of the episode.
31:20Sure. Eric B enemy coming in, them getting stronger on the offensive line addition by subtraction on the offensive line.
31:26The, the fact that Kenneth Walker, when featured Jeremiah mentioned the 46 pass 46 passes, 11 games answering the questions about his
31:33utility as a three down running back. And, and I just, I think that this is, this is going to be his opportunity to prove to everyone.
31:41Cause there's still a lot of people that feel like he wasn't worth the deal in spite of watching him be clearly
31:48the most effective and best runner that Seattle had.
31:51And their second best offensive weapon. He wasn't deployed in that manner and he stayed healthy for all 17 games.
31:58I believe for the first time in his career.
32:01But now that we've dispelled those rumors about him being able to catch passes about his ability to stay healthy.
32:07I think that we're going to get probably the quintessential best outcome for Kenneth Walker being tied to my homes who we
32:14know will just hyper focus on his best weapons and feed them.
32:18So we're in a situation where there's no threat for touches by anyone else in this backfield.
32:23And Kenneth Walker can just function as a primary bell cow.
32:27It's become fashionable. Sorry. It's become fashionable to just say, Hey, I'm, I'm out on Kenneth Walker.
32:32I'm bearish on him. I don't see the ceiling just because he's a chief, but my God, this is Nick Chubb who can catch passes.
32:40And we've seen it on display and we're getting the opportunity where the Seahawks aren't going to appreciate it.
32:46Damn it. Andy Reed, Eric B enemy. And the chiefs are in Patrick Mahomes.
32:50Hell yeah. Sign me up for Kenneth Walker. I'm bullish to the point where it's Chase Brown, Brees Hall, Kenneth Walker, three
32:57straight in a row for my rankings. I'm right there.
33:01I'm expecting this bell cow season for Kenneth Walker.
33:03If there is ever a time it's right now.
33:06So I'm in, I'm not missing the bus. Okay.
33:09You want to ride the ride. You got to get a ticket.
33:13So damn it. I'm buying ticket to Kenneth Walker show in 2026.
33:17Yeah. You can see here, super flex tight end premium on the FF dynasty.com crowdsource rankings.
33:22Kenneth Walker's coming in here at 47 RB 11.
33:25Um, I think there's still plenty of meat on that bone.
33:28Like this, we could be talking about, um, somebody who is a second round startup pick third round startup pick next year.
33:35I know, um, the age at, at, you know, it'll be 26 next year, but if he comes in and proves that
33:42this was a key cog in the Kansas city wheel, um, then it's going to be undeniable and everybody's going to want it.
33:50And this is a guy that we've been so high on for so long.
33:54The pure talent is insane. He just has to stay healthy and be used accordingly.
33:59And Oh, by the way, you know, this is why you don't, you know, we, all the analytics and thresholds in the
34:06world, you could throw them out a lot of the times in college to pro evaluations in certain situations of, well, he can't catch passes.
34:14It's like this dude can catch past the dumbest shit ever, uh, to go ahead and say something like that.
34:20It just said his college career, they just Michigan state did not throw the ball.
34:25To the running back. Now we just, we mentioned how, you know, burrow does has chase and maybe my homes doesn't have
34:32that, but what my homes does have is that safety valve out of the backfield and chase Brown.
34:38And if Kenneth Walker turns into chase Brown, like usage for the Kansas city chiefs, like he's going to be the MVP
34:45of this team, like throw the ball to like, he's, he's going to be your best receiver.
34:50Like, you know, I don't know where Rashi rice is going to end up, but like, he's going to be your best threat.
34:57He's going to be your best mismatch in a lot of situations.
35:01Like this Kenneth Walker should come in here and have 23 touches a game, you know?
35:06Absolutely. And I second, I agree with all of that.
35:09I just think this is we've for so long and Andy Reed finally kind of addressed it at some point last year
35:16was just like, we need to have a commitment to the run game.
35:21Kansas city broke the mold and changed how defenses play.
35:24They get, they should get a lot of credit.
35:27They shouldn't get all of it, but like to play the mold of how a lot of defenses play, Hey, bend, but don't break.
35:34We're going to kind of shell it up and do this and that.
35:38Um, that, that was kind of to, to how can we slow down Kansas city?
35:43Well now Kansas city has realized, Hey, we can't just, you know, just bludgeon our way through this.
35:49So now we're actually going to try to come in here and bludgeon you guys to make you get out of this.
35:56And by the way, we've got a hyper athletic, hyper explosive guy back here who can be a workhorse.
36:02And by the way, there's really not a whole lot of deficiency to his game outside of maybe you don't love that
36:09he dances and tries to maybe cut it up or do too much, uh, every once in a while.
36:15But you saw what that was for Seattle in the playoffs when they gave it to him, like you said, second best player.
36:22And obviously we're talking about JSN, but like he was a lot, he was the MVP of that run for the most
36:29part, like the run through the playoffs, because it just changes the dynamic of what you have to defend.
36:35Yeah. I mean, that's, that's, that's the, the best running backs in the game deny, deny the defensive math that the teams want to follow.
36:43And, you know, when you have everything accounted for, and there's a guy that Kenneth Walker has to make miss, he's one
36:50of the best at making the miss. He's one of the best at generating explosive plays.
36:55He's one of the, he's one of the most physical compact runners in the NFL.
37:00So him being in this system with a guy like Eric B enemy, who magically was able to figure out how to
37:07get Deandre Swift to run straight and like be a one cut guy.
37:11Well, imagine what he's going to be able to do with a guy who's already good.
37:16He brings out the best in all those guys.
37:19So yeah. Yeah. Really excited about Kenneth Walker. The point of the enemy there is just like just being tough on running
37:26backs and getting them to do hit the assignment, do what they're supposed to do.
37:31And then once that's automatic, then, then you go do what you do.
37:35So I think that's going to be huge. I think this is huge for the chiefs.
37:40I don't think it could be overstated. Um, the only thing that can derail this in my opinion is injury.
37:47Um, so you've, I've, I'm super bullish on Kenneth Walker.
37:50So let's do a couple of swipes here. We'll move on to this wide receiver core.
37:55Um, all right, we got Kenneth Walker or a late 27 first.
37:59That's a good question right off the rip. I think Kenneth Walker.
38:02I love it. I absolutely love that answer. I love that.
38:06There's not a whole lot of hesitation and this is, you know, I think dynasty in some way, shape or form has
38:13become a beauty pageant, um, of saying, look at this.
38:16Like it's a, there's a lot of shitting in one hand and wishing in the other.
38:21Um, and there's a lot of people who, you know, it's just all, and obviously look, we're out here to have fun
38:28and, and, you know, we have to make content week over week.
38:32So I'm not going to sit here and sell it and tell you that everything we do is, is exactly how we would do it.
38:40It's, it's to have a conversation and have some fun and tell you what is available.
38:45But at the end of the day, when you really strip dynasty down to what it is, like the, the beauty contest
38:52that it's become because of probably a lot of people who make content and, and the popularity is rising.
38:58Um, not maybe having the best grasp on how the actual dynasty game gets played and the actual football gets played.
39:05There's a lot of spreadsheet guys out there who do their thing.
39:09And a lot of guys who've been watching football for a long time, who don't necessarily know what they're looking at, but
39:16there's a lot of guys out here telling you what to do that buy into leagues, do all the high risk stuff.
39:23Their team sucks. And then they leave. And then they only show you the ones that are the best teams ever with a bunch of randos.
39:31And that happens all the time. You will not find one person out in this industry that will ever tell you that
39:38I've ever done that one time in my entire life.
39:41As a matter of fact, I'll come in and take over an orphan and lose money, build it back up and then
39:48get out because I, the fun part for me was getting me getting this back up to league average and having some
39:55stuff and having somebody to want to take it over.
39:58Um, anyway, that was a long winded say of this beauty contest thing, but I love the Kenneth Walker answer.
40:05So I'll get off my soapbox here. Hey, the haters, faders and doubters are just going to want to play on that injury front for Kenneth Walker.
40:13And it's just going to be which brick do you want to shit?
40:17The one where, you know, Oh, his oblique is not really working on Wednesday and there's some tightness or you want to
40:24shit bricks where Friday he gets clear and he's good to go and he just kills it.
40:30So I'd rather decide where I'm sweating for Friday and I'm not sweating the Tuesday, Wednesday practice report, which we're going to get.
40:37I'd rather ride that out. To me, it's worth the Nirvana of what the chiefs are about to do.
40:43It's about to go down. Yeah. Running backs seem on the way back wide receivers.
40:48I think it's going to get harder and harder to not be the one and two and have at least for, you
40:55know, it goes in swings and you try to be in front of it.
40:59So I'm bringing that up because the next one is Makai Lemon or Kenneth Walker, a new shiny wide receiver toy in
41:06a situation and a team that we like or Kenneth Walker Walker.
41:10Yeah. It's the walker. All right. Kenneth Walker or Bucky Irving.
41:14Walker. Three sticks. If Bucky was completely healthy and there was no.
41:17Any sort of like fear out there or worries out there.
41:21And I know that's a tough question to ask, but this was this last year would have been a closer discussion if
41:28last year was what Kenny did this year. You see what I'm saying here?
41:32If we had the current Kenny Walker and last year's Bucky Irving, this conversation and where the value is placed on these guys was similar.
41:40Third, fourth round for Bucky Irving last year. Right.
41:43And a lot of startups. So that if there was no concerns, would this be any closer for you guys?
41:49Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. The Bucky Irving showed me he could stay healthy and put up akin to what he put up
41:56when he was given the workload last year would be zero questions.
42:00But we were coming out. We have some efficiency questions.
42:03We have some we have some utilization questions. All of that are like all of those things are things that I don't
42:10have to worry about with Kenneth Walker. So I could get a little bit older.
42:15Right. There's a year and a half difference, almost two years difference.
42:19But we're not at the point where the wheels I think the wheels are going to fall off.
42:25So I would take maybe a haircut on what my utility and viability is potentially just because I don't have to question
42:32it for the next two to three year window.
42:35And that's where I'm looking to try to make money.
42:38So both of these guys are guys who can help you make money.
42:42I would just bet on Kenneth Walker helping you win more, more times than not over Bucky Irving.
42:48Yeah. Either one. I'm walking here. Yeah, I would I would say Bucky Irving and then, you know, taking it fast forward this year, everything equal.
42:56Bucky Irving could easily be what we're talking about right now with Kenny Walker and how excited we are about him coming
43:03into next year if we put some things to rest.
43:06So but I think right now it's Kenny Walker, Kenny Walker or Mr.
43:10Cement Isle himself. Quinchon Judkins. Damn. I knew we were going to get here.
43:15I knew it. It's Kenny. It's Kenny. For me, it's Walker.
43:18I'm drafting a shitload of Quinchon Judkins as well.
43:21I don't. I'm getting them later. So, yeah. Cool.
43:24You can get both. Yeah. Go get both. But first, first Kenneth Walker, then Quinchon Judkins.
43:29It's like I tell my students first this first gym, then home.
43:33Like first Kenneth Walker, then Lamar Jackson. Hey, put your hands down, bud.
43:37You stopped it. Put it out. You're activating the MK Ultra sleeper cell.
43:41Oh, my God. I got to type. I got to type in the comments.
43:46Kenneth Walker or Lamar Jackson. That's a no brainer.
43:48My Kenneth Walker or Jackson Dart. Now, value wise, we're probably not yet.
43:53We're a good almost 20 spots off there. Yeah.
43:55Darty dancing. Yeah. I could see coming out of this year.
43:59Maybe that's a little closer. Kenneth Walker or Tyler Warren, tight end premium.
44:03Tyler Warren. I've got Kenneth Walker. Sorry. Tyler Warren by six spots.
44:07We got him at 10 in the crowdsourcing here.
44:10But again, we could come out of this year.
44:13And that's a super tight race in the next year.
44:16But I like that. Kenneth Walker or Hampton. Hampton.
44:19Hampton. Because of age? Yes. That's a primary. That's a primary function of it.
44:23I feel like the outcomes of both of these guys are going to be very similar.
44:28And Omarion Hampton is three years younger. I like that.
44:31And whenever people catch our Chargers episode, my God.
44:34Just excellent run out. So because of all the praise we had for Hampton, praise we have for Walker, just understand we can be bullish on both.
44:43But to me, it clears. It's for Hampton. Yeah.
44:46Yeah. Well, I mean, Data Rama guy out there, he doesn't believe in Omarion Hampton.
44:50So he doesn't believe in any of the Chargers.
44:53He's the smartest guy out there. So he must be right.
44:57So shout out to him. I'm not going to lie to you.
45:01That makes me want to headbutt a knife. Shout out to him.
45:04No shout out to him, bastard. All the shout outs.
45:08Kenneth Walker or Tyler Shuck? Walker. Walker. Shree sticks.
45:10It's really close. That's really close for me. Way closer than I think anything represents.
45:15And again, we're talking about the quarterback and non-quarterback are always kind of a tough discussion where we're talking value.
45:22The swipes are always kind of just overarching kind of look down on it.
45:26So, all right, let's we could do one more here and move on.
45:30Kenneth Walker or Drake London. It's Drake London still for everybody here.
45:34Correct. Okay. Okay. Early 27 first for Kenny. I was going to move.
45:38Oh, early. Early 27 first. So we're talking one through four.
45:42Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Okay. I like it. All right.
45:45Now we were going to move on. End it.
45:47End it. George Pickens or Kenneth Walker Jr. The third.
45:51Don't walk me. Don't, don't, don't walk me to the edge here.
45:54I feel like I'm taking three sticks. Yeah, I know you are.
45:58I'm pretty sure Jeremiah is going to do it too.
46:01Well, they're okay. But look, if this is kind of like a little bit special, it's like, it's okay.
46:07Right? Here's the cope. I've got them back to back.
46:11I've got Walker. And then I have George Pickens.
46:13Crowdsource does as well. Wow. You guys, you guys just, are we waiting?
46:18We're not waiting on me. I'm not answering this.
46:20You want to take Georgie? I'm not. No, I'm not.
46:24I'm just, I'm abstaining. I love both of them.
46:26It's like, yeah, you know, I have a favorite kid, but I'm not going to admit that to you.
46:33Correct. Correct. Just whichever one's in the car with you at the moment.
46:37That's right. I've got them on the, I've got them on the opposite ends around four.
46:42It's really whichever one's not being a complete jerk at the moment.
46:46And children with. Yeah. So anyway, let's move on to this wide receiver depth chart because I don't want to spend a
46:53whole lot of time talking about Rashi Rice and his troubles or battles or value here because that's just, I just feel
47:00like it's going to derail what this show kind of is a bit.
47:04But we can do some swipes on them at least here.
47:07And then let's talk, we'll start off with Rice and we'll talk about some of the other options that you guys might
47:14like here and what the utility of those players may be in Kansas City.
47:19Right. So let's take a peek here at Rashi Rice.
47:22I probably got to scroll down and find his name because I'm sure it's been a drop in.
47:28Let's check it out here. Ooh, we're down into the seventies.
47:31It looks like 81 for Rashi Rice. Let's pull up that value chart here.
47:36That thing's kind of steep, steep decline here. Um, so, and we've bounced back, uh, maybe just a little bit here, a hair.
47:43Um, so that, that'll probably bounce back somewhat. Um, but Rashi Rice coming in here and let's see what we should do with Rashi Rice.
47:51So Rashi Rice or T Higgins. T Higgins. Hmm.
47:54I have, I have Rashi Rice ahead of him.
47:56I just moved Rashi Rice back in my rankings.
47:59Some, um, I don't have them pulled up currently.
48:02Uh, but I have not pulled Rashi Rice down.
48:05I've kept him the same. Um, I'm taking some time.
48:08I'm taking a beat. I think I'm still taking Rashi Rice here.
48:12Um, you know, I know just to touch on the legal troubles, he was already going to have served some jail time.
48:19He tested positive for weed, went to jail, had this, had the second surgery.
48:24That was all some kind of weird timing. It was certainly weird and uncomfortable.
48:28Um, I'm still going to take Rashi Rice. Cause when I, when it's on the field and it's working with my homes,
48:35you could, again, once again, you could take whatever efficiency stats and whatever the hell you want with Rashi and Patrick Mahomes.
48:42I don't care. It doesn't matter. All they do is score fantasy points together.
48:46That's about it. That's what they do. You could say it's however you want to phrase it, call it manufactured, call it
48:53whatever you call them a merchant of sorts. All the, all the fun key phrases.
48:58I don't give a shit what he does. All he does is be like a top five wide receiver when healthy and out there with Patrick Mahomes.
49:07Now, will he be a Kansas city chief for a long time?
49:11TBD, but you know, they're not talking extensions and they shouldn't.
49:14Um, but the chiefs will give you multiple chances and they could get a little discount on them and maybe they keep
49:21them around, um, with some clauses, right? You know, we've seen it before.
49:25So a little bit of rationale of why I would keep Rashi in that.
49:30I think T is the safer asset for sure.
49:33Yeah. It's your pain threshold. Like I've talked about certainly, you know, like, are you at the point where you're ready to use safe words?
49:40Yeah. Okay. If you are, then hold on to Rashi rice.
49:44If you're ready to get out, you know, pineapples.
49:47Now you're free of Rashi rice. Go with T Higgins.
49:50Look, I, this reminds me a lot of the Simpsons episode where Mark McGuire was like, do you want to know the brutal truth about the world?
49:59Or do you want to see me hit some dingers?
50:02Everybody just wanted to see him hit some home runs.
50:05It's kind of how I feel about Rashi rice.
50:08I want to see some fancy points, man. I'm, I'm hyped.
50:11I'm not scared. Is it irresponsible? Possibly, but I'm not committing a crime.
50:15Yeah. I'm just clicking a button and I'm feasting on these fancy points.
50:20Right. You're not scared. You don't need a dog.
50:22So we're taking Rashi, Rashi rice or Jared golf.
50:25Rice. I mean, there's, there's rounds of difference in value here for me.
50:29So I got to go with she rice, but I mean, again, safety, security, Jared golf, only five quarterbacks have scored more
50:36points than him over the last two years. Yeah.
50:39That's it. Yeah. That's all I need to know.
50:42Yeah. Um, so, but Rashi's value dropping a little bit, gives us a different range of swipes here, which I, which is
50:49kind of why I thought this would be fun.
50:52So you guys are both going right. Rashi here.
50:55I'm, I'm cool with going. I'm cool with going golf again.
50:58This is all about like pain tolerance and threshold.
51:01Hey, can I deal with, can I deal with knowing that if I include him in an offer, the, the message back
51:08is almost certainly going to be, man, I'm not looking to buy Rashi rice because the other person is trying to get
51:15you to discount him in your mind. Yeah. What, what, what, what would be the, does Eric B enemy addition, what would
51:22be the biggest benefactor for Rashi rice? Or does it kind of stay similar?
51:27I mean, I think it stays similar because we started to see the death by a thousand paper cuts, but you know,
51:34in that 2022 season post Tyreek Hill, right. Like we started to see them, they were still explosive.
51:39They were still generating explosives. And, but I think that with Rashi rice, I think that it just kind of, it crystallizes.
51:46All right, cool. We have a target pecking order.
51:49It's Rashi rice and Travis Kelsey. Everybody else gets in where they fit in.
51:54And it's a lot more high, a dot high variance for guys like Xavier worthy, Tyquan, you know, Tyquan Thornton's like best ball only.
52:01And then whatever the passing, whatever the target tree represents for the passing game was for the running backs in the passing game.
52:09Yeah. Yeah. No, I, you know, Rashi can win vertically.
52:12He'd won vertically in, in points in college and, and, you know, throughout.
52:16So I think that's something that they could take more shots with him on if, if he's around.
52:22Um, but I think Kenneth Walker is really the antithesis and what Eric B enemy does for him to help, you know,
52:29if you're going to say the extension of the run game was kind of past stuff that they did with kind of
52:36Rashi rice and, you know, spamming him targets or whatever moniker you want to put on, you know, manufactured merchant, however you want to say it.
52:44Now you put Kenneth Walker as kind of more of a focal point of this.
52:49And it's like, Oh, now all of a sudden 12 yards down the field just got a lot easier.
52:55Yeah. Right. You know what I mean? Yeah. Oh yeah.
52:58So, all right. So three, two, one, everybody say it out loud.
53:02Three, two, one. Rice. Okay. Okay. All right. Rice or conception, conception, conception, which is it?
53:07Nobody knows. Kevin. It's Kevin. Yeah. We'll just call him Kevin.
53:10Rice or Kevin. Give me rice. Yeah. This is for Dick at three, four or five.
53:15I am taking Rashi rice. So be happy. Harold Fannin jr.
53:19Inside and premium or Rashi rice. Oh, Harold Fannin jr.
53:22Harold Fannin jr. Jr. Yes. I got Harold Fannin.
53:25And yeah, this is my, that might widen too.
53:28When I decide rice dropping. So it is Fannin.
53:31Fannin. I, you know, I could see a brief blip in the, in the value for, you know, cause we were very
53:38year to year on things instead of seeing the whole picture.
53:41Uh, and Cleveland's kind of yucky right now, but I think the safety of fanning, especially tight end premium.
53:47I'm okay with this. I'm okay with just saying I can wash my hands of Rashi rice and long-term I'm probably going to win out with Fannin.
53:56Yeah. Yep. That, that gets to the safety word.
53:59So pineapples. Yeah. Harold Fannin jr. Um, our, our, our editor is going to be very robots.
54:04What is this? Our editor is going to be super upset at me that I thought I had this, the, uh, swipes on the screen.
54:12I did not until now. And then I looked at you guys and nobody made a move and I was like, really nothing on this one.
54:20Um, so yeah, I was looking at it down here and I was looking at it at the bottom and I was
54:27like, Oh, my bad on, on that. Sorry. You guys might've missed a couple of swipes cause he's not going to be able to redo him.
54:36So my bad, but we did verbalize it quite a bit.
54:39Um, I, I'm going to skip this one for now.
54:42Cause I don't want this Josh Jacobs and Rashi rice.
54:45If you're listening on the podcast, obviously some allegations against Josh Jacobs right now.
54:50Um, and I don't, I just don't want to derail this episode with, with that conversation.
54:55All right. Daniel Jones or Rashi rice, and then we'll pack this one up and we'll talk about the rest of this core.
55:02Uh, Dan Jones for me. Ooh. Now I'm going to go.
55:06We're taking golf, right? Sorry. I didn't mean to cut you off.
55:10Jeremiah. You were, you were saying golf for the most part in that conversation.
55:14Yes. Okay. I'm, I'm, I'm, I am petrified that this goes to zero for Rashi rights.
55:19Like Justin Blackman level terrified. Fair enough. Uh, well, all right, go ahead, Jeremiah.
55:24Sorry. Yeah. If I am willing to pass on Jared golf, I'm willing to pass on Daniel Jones.
55:29I love Daniel Jones. And I love the call you made Casey about him being a buy on our buy episode, but
55:36I'm, I'm not playing with fear with here's my, what happens a lot with players.
55:41How often in the NFL are they completely just off the map?
55:45A lot of times how a guy ends up out of the league is they can't play anymore.
55:51So, Oh, the NFL punishes them, but really they were dusty.
55:54And on the other back end of their prime at the very least.
55:58And then I think about who can I remember who just like completely fell off the face of the earth, never came back.
56:06Didn't get another shot. Even, uh, Darius guys, it's like what happened with him.
56:10It was his first or second year in the league.
56:13We met there was just flat line on that, but how often does it really, you know, law of large numbers where
56:20it goes against, especially a talented player. It often doesn't.
56:23And it's a shitty thing to happen, but I think it's a prescient thing to understand that more often than not, the
56:30players are going to get to play. So I'm, I'm going to go with brushy rice.
56:36And that's a great, great point. We've been fighting that battle forever on the show.
56:40Jeremiah of just like, I'm not playing the morality police here.
56:44I'm just playing a silly game. I'm not asking these guys to babysit and then saying, if you're still good, this league
56:51for the most part is going to find an opportunity for you.
56:55If you continually keep shooting yourself in the foot, then eventually you will, uh, be, be gone.
57:00But, um, and then Rashi is certainly dancing on the edge right now of like, Hey, too many more really dumb things.
57:07And we're, you know, we're out of here, but we were really upset about an allegation and that one kind of got dismissed.
57:14And then we, this one kind of then popped back up and feels like we've just dumped the same energy back into that.
57:22Cause it was really dumb. Uh, but there's also time for guys to mature a little bit.
57:2726 probably should be there already. Um, but you know, sometimes you don't see the forest through the trees as far as
57:34who you're around and what they mean or supposed to mean to you.
57:38And they don't have your best intentions around. And the sooner that you figure that out and somebody could actually get through to you, maybe it's Jesus.
57:47I don't know. Um, but Rashi, right. I'm with you, Jeremiah.
57:50I will, I'm going to continue to go down this path and could, you know, Josh Jacobs is one right now.
57:57He was just on there and you know, I'm again, not going to do it, but everyone's going to have their opinion
58:04on him and say this, that, and the third.
58:07And like Judkins was somebody last year that he's done that, that guy stinks.
58:11He's he's out of here. He's a piece of garbage.
58:14And it's like, you didn't hear a single peep about that after, you know, now if that happens again and again, you're probably going to have a problem.
58:23But anyway, I'm going to go with Rashi here.
58:26Um, Jordan quarterback for the Browns this year. Right.
58:29Right. Um, Rashi rice or Jordan love. Jordan, I love me.
58:33I'm going rice. I like the chef has gone all quarterbacks.
58:36I love this. Um, so I could, I could say I could be fine.
58:40Like just, this is pretty much golf again to me with love.
58:44Um, so I could see that. I could see that.
58:47Um, all right, let's wrap, let's wrap up Rashi rice there.
58:51Um, seems like we've got a lot of good opinions and kind of what we're doing and how we're doing it with them out there.
58:59Let's move on to the rest of this receiving core.
59:02And, and, you know, Xavier worthy is, is a name that stands out.
59:06And then you have the rookie and Cyrus Allen.
59:09You have, um, Jalen Royals, who was a favorite of mine last year.
59:13Um, and had some good camp stuff and then had a little bit of a neat.
59:18You didn't really see him. Chiefs typically not the biggest on rookies generally.
59:22Anyway. Um, he could get an opportunity here. We'll see.
59:26You mentioned Taequann Thornton, who was a P whopper guy last year.
59:29I thought he was very good. My homes missed him on a couple of, of big throws.
59:35We could, you go back to the big throw, you know, my homes being at the bottom end of on target deep throws and stuff like that.
59:43You know, uh, you know, that, that is a bummer, but I, you know, I think he can figure that out.
59:50Uh, but Thornton's probably not so like somebody deep rosters.
59:53I'll put them on there. Maybe you can get some spot starts if it seems right, or you can make your play in one day.
60:01If you're, if you really need it, that's cool.
60:04Um, let's talk about Xavier worthy real quick for a minute here though.
60:08Like what, what are we doing with Xavier worthy?
60:11Because I would assume that I'm probably the highest in this group on them.
60:16Um, but I, I don't really know. So, so Chev, tell me where you land on somebody like Xavier worthy.
60:22I mean, the spike week spike week utilization is, is kind of where we're going to live with Xavier worthy.
60:28I think, you know, I don't think he's, I don't think he's a net negative at receiver.
60:34Like, like Nicole Hardman was, and he's just a guy that's like fast and he's a future return guy, but it's really difficult to predict it.
60:42Like what it's going to look like. I thought he played through a lot of injuries last year and it was a shell of himself.
60:50Historically, we're looking at a 26 to 29% target share.
60:53If she rises on the field as a wide receiver one, um, in terms of overall wide receiver targets, uh, in the
61:00offense, the wide receiver two gets about 26 to 29% of the wide receiver target bucket.
61:05So there's not a lot like you can't create a path of volume.
61:09I'm looking at the high, medium and low end outcomes based on some numbers that I've crunched together and it's a hundred
61:16targets, which could be really fun from a fantasy perspective around 13 points a game, but it's going to be really, really volatile.
61:24Kind of like Jordan Addison was in his first two seasons, like really touchdown dependent or big play dependent.
61:30So a guy that I'm interested in, in like, if you have a long touchdown bonus, I might bump him up around,
61:37or if you have like a 40, you know, 40 or 50 yard touchdown bonus, but there's no way for us to create a path of volume.
61:45And we haven't seen him be that type of player.
61:48So I'm not super excited, but it's worth the click every single time.
61:53Yeah. Go ahead, Jeremiah. Yeah. I'm very bearish on Xavier worthy and how I have him ranked, but here's some bullish things,
62:00some things to, to sell on and food for thought as we're examining, right?
62:04Averaged Xavier worthy 21 and a half fancy points in 2024.
62:08That first season weeks, 15 on through to the super bowl.
62:11And then the chiefs were first, the team pass plays per game in 2024.
62:15So she had talked about, Hey, can we get towards a hundred targets?
62:20Revisit that level for Xavier worthy. There were six last year in 2025, not a steep drop off, but then it came
62:27out that Andy Reed had basically mentioned after the week one shoulder injury.
62:31I think it was the labrum, right? That worthy, they were afraid to do certain things with him.
62:36So if you take yourself back to how you were positioning entering week one, that hype before that first drive, wherever they
62:43were playing on that Friday night, you were really excited about Xavier worthy.
62:48There was a lot there. So if you can bottle up that feeling and we have a healthy Xavier worthy this year,
62:55picking up where he left off from his rookie season.
62:58And then the addition of Eric, the enemy, and we can push back towards a hundred targets.
63:03Maybe we're going to get some of that usage where there's a lot more boom spike week potential.
63:09So, you know, he's worth it. It's, it's not somebody I'd want a cornerstone to build my roster.
63:15I'd want him in some depth because he's just a much cheaper Jameson Williams from a war value perspective of when will the spike weeks occur?
63:23And if you have it as your wide receiver three or a deep flex spot, you're not as worried about, I need
63:30these points every single week from Xavier worthy. And then you're feasting when there's a high value war spikes.
63:36Yeah. I, I, I think I like what you said there, Jeremiah, as far as some spikes and then Chevy saying, I
63:43think it's worth the click is kind of where it gets me where I'm like, all right, this is, we got them at one 52 wide receiver 57.
63:52There's plenty of upside here. We all he has to do is just play games.
63:57He's going to be better than wide receiver 57.
63:59Right. Exactly. Um, and you kind of mentioned it.
64:02There was a lot of hype coming into week one.
64:06He had a great playoff run, um, dating back to 24.
64:09We just, we need, we need the target floor to be, you know, four to five a game.
64:15Um, and if there's some spike weeks where it's more like eight or nine here and there, and then, you know, there's
64:22two or three deep shots each game built into that, then there's way more opportunity for him to have those, like you
64:29said, guys said, boom kind of bust weeks. But can we, can we just get a floor back to like nine points a game?
64:36Right. And then that's kind of, if we could just get it.
64:40And I think that's a possible, I think that is a real possibility.
64:44And I saw the same quote from Mandy Reed saying basically like, we just, we didn't have a lot of confidence.
64:51We were scared. I don't think that shoulder was ever right for, you know, a large chunk of that season.
64:57We saw a game or two in there where we, we saw worthy kind of spike in there.
65:03So I think there's some talent there that there's, there's some fun parts of, uh, my homes and the chiefs and how they can run an offense.
65:12If they can kind of break things back down a little bit, I think worthy.
65:16And we get back to, you know, a few years ago of this chiefs offensive, being able to have more opportunity to, uh, make some big plays.
65:25Uh, I think worthy is going to have to be a huge part of that.
65:30And I think we're, um, I think we forget again, really quickly how dynamic he was in certain spots and being like, Ooh shit.
65:37Like, yeah, he is, he's kind of a little smaller guy.
65:41So maybe we have to deal with some bumps and bruises and hopefully it's not, you know, something like that shoulder that lingers all day.
65:49It's just, you know, they're maybe more minor things.
65:52Cause he's, you know, maybe a bit smaller of a guy, but I do really like the click.
65:57Like I said, one 52 water, see her 57.
66:00I think there's a lot of value, um, kind of on where Xavier worthy is kind of hanging out right now.
66:07Like what, what would in picks wise, what do you think you would deal for a Xavier worthy or vice versa?
66:14Like the striplings right here. So let's call that two, three.
66:17I was going to, man, I was going to say any, any, well, that can be two, six, I guess, you know,
66:24any second, any, so a second and I would be willing to throw in like a 27 third, or if I'm a
66:31contender, I throw in another 27, I got thrown a 27 second to acquire Xavier worthy.
66:36Just because the value you have such a wonderful chance to recoup value by going back to the big bomb throw over
66:43the top in the super bowl, where we all, our pants were all ready to come off when we were thinking about
66:50what Xavier worthy could be with Patrick my homes.
66:53And I think that we're at a repressed enough price now to where the it's, it's virtually free.
66:59I mean, he was in the middle of the first round when he went to the, you know, after he was selected
67:06by the chiefs as a rookie pick. And so now we're getting a depressed enough price to where, yeah, it could be,
67:13you know, you could be Deshaun, like it could be Deshaun stripling, but unless Deshaun stripling comes out and puts up 650
67:20yards and nine touchdowns as a rookie, then he didn't do what Xavier worthy did.
67:25So I'm cool with moving around, getting out of that.
67:28We think Xavier worthy can play, but we've seen him be do good things on the football field.
67:33So mystery box versus what we think Xavier worthy can be.
67:37The truth is somewhere between just the garbage, like the garbage that was 2025 and what he did basically from weeks five
67:44to 18 and week 2024, like in 2024. So I agree.
67:47I'm cool moving around, moving some picks to get Xavier worthy onto my team.
67:52Even though I haven't been the biggest Xavier worthy guy, there's just so much going on in the environment that I have
67:59to start adjusting and like adapting to the fact that if he's way down here, all he has to do is just
68:06be on the field and he's going to beat wide receiver 57.
68:10So that's just a gross misprice for what he could be.
68:13Hey, how about a 26 second and you find whoever the Chris Brazil truther is in the league and send it to that bomb?
68:21Yeah. Yeah. So I was going to say like, that would be kind of where my start.
68:26Like once I'm out of the Antonio Williams, Jeremy Bernard kind of area where you were kind of into that middle second,
68:33um, like people like somebody like a Skylar bell sitting there who I don't, I would, I would definitely take, but like,
68:40I don't mind if I could send that pick for Xavier worthy and have him instead.
68:45I would, I would rather, I think take the gamble on that.
68:49In a lot of cases, I don't mind taking Sky bell, but like, that's kind of where I'm trying to illustrate where
68:56that line would kind of be for me. Like kind of in that area post that, like you said, the Brazels, the
69:03fields, the, um, lane, uh, lane, those kinds of, those kinds of backend seconds.
69:08Like if I could do anything in those drafts and just be like somebody, like you said, somebody likes one of those guys in there.
69:16And if I could trade Xavier worthy in that spot, I would, I would do something like that for sure.
69:22Um, so, um, all right, let's just talk about real quick and then we'll wrap up with Travis Kelsey.
69:28Um, who, who's the other receiver here on the chiefs that you want to own?
69:33Is it Allen? Is it Royals? What are we doing here?
69:36A lot, some hype for Cyrus Allen right now.
69:39Um, I was pretty hyped about, uh, Jalen Royals.
69:42I think, I think he's, I think he's a really good receiver.
69:46I just, um, I don't know. And then if Cyrus Allen is going to kind of get a little bit more of
69:53a route, which we didn't see it was Xavier worthy necessarily, but that's a first round pick.
69:58Um, you know what I mean? And it was kind of slow goes it for a minute for him too.
70:05Um, so how do you play out navigating kind of a backend chiefs?
70:09I mean, the answer for me is if I can get them all, that's cool.
70:13And just see what happens for free. But if you were picking like what does any, either one of them stand out for you that either or here.
70:22Jalen Royals. We talked about a whole bunch during the 2025 draft cycle of being a skillset, like a skillset, you know, carbon copy of Rasheed rights.
70:31Like the way that they, the way that they were utilized at their respective colleges, SMU and Utah state and the chief
70:38selecting him in the fourth round, sort of as the Rasheed rice, uh, you know, at least placeholder, if not replacement.
70:45So I place a bit on Jalen Royals, but there's a lot about Cyrus Allen's game to, to like, and he's been
70:52a guy that we mentioned as a winner from the senior bowl.
70:55Then he gets the fifth round draft capital. I think maybe his path to utility is he's their punt returner first.
71:02Uh, and then he starts to earn his way onto the field, but those guys, we've seen that turn into success.
71:09I mean, look at what Parker Washington did, not saying that he's Parker Washington, but there is a path for Cyrus Allen,
71:16but I would bet on Jalen Royals first. She put it perfectly because that's the truth right there.
71:22It's Royals is the skillset match replacement for, and the chiefs were so high.
71:26Bullish on Royals last year. Remember, you know, there's always, uh, the suspension overhang for Rashi rice.
71:31So there was a valid point where you were thinking, okay, Royals, the chiefs could end up plugging and playing him.
71:38Hasn't been a linear path up to this point.
71:41So I guess it's still a toss up, but yeah, everything chef said, I echo and I agree.
71:47Yeah. Get both. I would take Royals as well.
71:49Some injuries by the time maybe there was, he was trying to get right Royals as well.
71:55When, by the time Rashi got hurt, um, and, um, my homes was hurt.
71:59So, um, all right, let's wrap up with Travis Kelsey, what to do.
72:03I mean, this guy right now is at 237 in tight end premium overall.
72:08I've got them stuck in just right inside my top 200 rankings out of respect.
72:13Um, and, but you know, last year it was fine.
72:16Right. It wasn't like he was dead. Um, he can still hoop man.
72:20Like there's no question about it. He can still play.
72:23It's just, we can only make one year bets.
72:26We thought we were thinking he was going to retire last year.
72:30Right. So like, if that's a part of your, if that's a part of the, the, the docket for you, then you
72:37can't be in, you can't be in like the top one 20.
72:41If I'm thinking, Hey, is this guy going to retire this year?
72:45So that's the only reason why he's down so far.
72:48I mean, like, I think I have him the highest out of all of us.
72:52Yeah. I think I might have him at 200 or.
72:56I haven't met 145. Ooh. Ooh. Okay. That is you.
72:59That's already high. I've got them 153 as tight end 18.
73:02Ooh. You guys both have them way higher than I do.
73:06Well, just think, just thinking about it, man. Like if he's, if he's out there, he's going to score a lot of points.
73:13Right. And he's not going to be priced as someone who scores a lot of points ever.
73:19Right. Right. No, I mean, I made some trades for him last year and in the playoff runs and it, you know,
73:26didn't necessarily work out for me for whatever reason.
73:28And, you know, you can kind of see we're 108 targets last year down, you know, a good bit from where we've
73:35been career 76 receptions, but still put up solid numbers for the most part was, was very startable, especially from the tight end.
73:43And if we're looking at premium here, you know, put up 227 points and you can kind of see, you know, throughout
73:50here, there's a lot of green boxes. So it's pretty solid.
73:53The reason I've got them ranked so low is just because like my mentality and viewing rankings at least somewhat through a
74:00startup lens, I'm just like, I'm just, I can't spend the cash on that player at any point in the startup until
74:07we get to, you know, a sub 200 area.
74:10And then I'll be like, all right, well, you know, and it's been in that would then I also probably depend on
74:17how I built that team really depends on if I, you know, I don't want to take a shot on Kelsey where
74:24maybe he gets hurt and it goes to zero when I could take a Jalen Royals and that goes to, you know, plus 150.
74:32You know what I mean? So that's kind of the way I look at that.
74:36But like, if you're, if you're, if you're ready to roll in a contender, like he's somebody that's be great to have in your back pocket for sure.
74:45So, you know, for startup purposes for me, I just, I kind of shy away from a lot of older players for
74:52the most part, unless the teams build a certain way.
74:56But I mean, he has become, gotta be somewhat of a value at this point.
75:00I mean, without question. Okay. For if you just, you're the one person who's going to roster, let's just say from the
75:07exercise standpoint, you hold and have Travis Kelsey in 2026.
75:10Well, last year, the near consensus tight end for, for a lot of people is Tyler Warren.
75:16They both played the same amount of games, 76 receptions, Travis Kelsey, 108 targets to Warren's 112 and Kelsey got them by like 30 yards receiving at 851.
75:25And they're about half a yard within their average yards per catch.
75:29So if you were just to tell me for utility of getting what we know, Tyler Warren is on the rise.
75:35We expect that to get better. But if you're telling me in the Eric B enemy offense, which remember Travis Kelsey was
75:42very high on, Hey, EB is coming back before it became mainstream news.
75:46I like a dead cat bounce year, at least one year out of Travis Kelsey.
75:51And I think it's, as we talk about it, I'm going to be in on him, especially in the redraft streets.
75:58But to your point, Casey, you want to pump the brakes because you want this to be a value pocket fall for you.
76:05Maybe he's your second tight end or third tight end.
76:08He would be my three or four for sure.
76:11You know, and he's at, he's at four here.
76:14Sorry, real quick. She have, he's at 14, 12 and super flexed and premium ADP rankings.
76:19This thing is about to update. There's a bad click in this one and it's got a, you can see all the draft picks.
76:27There is an 11th rounder in here, which is probably giving them a little bit more.
76:32Prop up. So that'll probably be more like 15 or 16 as we move forward into the off season.
76:38And look, I, somebody could have been on, you know, saying what you guys are saying and saying, Oh, fuck it.
76:45I'm going to take him here. And because I've got some younger tight ends, but I can lean on Kelsey for a
76:52year or two and I'm ready to roll. This is what makes, you know, you can, you can, I can sit here
76:59and say, well, that would never happen. And as soon as you say that, uh, you know, that it happens.
77:05Uh, and somebody's excited about it. So go ahead, Jeff.
77:08Yeah. Let me paint a picture though. Sure. Let's say you've got, let's say you've got Gunnar Helm, Isaiah likely, and you,
77:15you know, you've kind of punted tight end in a startup and then you come down and you go, you go a couple more rounds.
77:23Cause I believe Isaiah likely is like in the 12th.
77:26So down a couple more rounds and you're looking through and you're like, well, what could I do to at least like
77:33fortify my tight end position for like the first year?
77:36And that's a perfect person to kind of shore up, you know, give you a solid foundation as a, you know, to,
77:43to fortify that room where you don't have to immediately go start looking at, all right, well, what can I move around
77:50on my roster to get one of those guys that could help me?
77:55Cause you know, he's going to help you as long as he's out there on the field.
78:00Right. So I just, that's the kind of, that's the kind of what you said is a tight end three, tight end four.
78:07That's the kind of picture you could paint for somebody to do something like that in the startup and feel good about that.
78:15I like that. I mean, Isaiah likely is coming in at 10 Oh two Kincaid coming in at 10 Oh seven super flex tight end premium right now.
78:24Both of those guys would be somebody who, yeah, in the 15th, 16th round of Kelsey still hanging around.
78:30And like you said, I did have a likely and a Kincaid and I want to be able to count on those
78:37as guys who are going to get some good volume.
78:40But if that doesn't happen to be the case and you're wrong or there's an injury there.
78:45And let's say, like you said, you took somebody else like a gun or helm or somebody that's like a bit more
78:52of a fun click in that area where you know, think could be the thing, but you're not sure yet.
78:59And Travis Kelsey, that, that, that, that's kind of a good logic is like he can come and just sure you up
79:06for a year or maybe two and, and be like, okay, well, I know I have startability here and then I'm okay with that.
79:13Then, you know, that would have to be a certain, the way the roster was built.
79:18And I got, I feel good about other, other positions around, you know, likely or Kincaid, whoever I would have taken there.
79:25But yeah, no, I'm, I can be, I can be down with that.
79:29I can be down with whenever you're trying to fill in the cracks.
79:33It's something you can do. Something you could do.
79:36All right, let's wrap this one up. Appreciate you guys.
79:40Like I said, we're going to be doing these all off season.
79:43There may be some weeks where we don't do them or there'll probably be some weeks, maybe where we do too.
79:50So hopefully you guys are enjoying it. They're, they're a little longer, but we're trying to, you know, like you said, go
79:57through paint pictures and talk about all the different positions and what things mean and what the scheme means and what the
80:04offense means to these players and whether we like it or not.
80:08Um, so not as listy and quick fantasy football hitting, but overall, I, hopefully they can be some, some helpful shows for some people out there.
