Matt Harmon is "frankly mystified" there hasn't been more buzz for Jaylin Noel as a deep sleeper; he goes undrafted in Yahoo leagues and his consensus ADP on FantasyPros is outside the top 100 wide receivers. Though he didn't get many opportunities as a rookie (a red flag), Harmon thought his film was good when he got his shots. Noel is an explosive player who can win at all three levels and is big enough at 5-foot-11 and 200 pounds to work outside as a Z-receiver. Late in drafts, he presents a unique combination of talent and untapped ceiling with a runway of opportunity.

Kayshon Boutte officially out of NE, lands in a great spot opportunity wise and seems all but certain to be a top 3 WR here at worst (probably WR2 favorite behind Nico). Boutte led all WRs in EPA/target last year, and is both a capable deep threat (led NFL in deep receiving TDs) and zone separator (top 10 among WRs in zone separation score).
